Hotel is 1 train stop away from Osaka station. Not much service as it is a self check in. No public bath in the hotel as well. But hotel stay is value for money. And there are lots of restaurants nearby.

This hotel doesn't live up to its 4-star rating. On my first day, I found multiple small bugs directly in the sink, so I had to use my own disinfectant wipes to clean everything before I could even use it. I booked this hotel specifically for the in-room hot spring. I was out early and back late for my entire 4-day stay, which cost 4489 yuan.

Because it was so dirty, I asked the front desk not to provide any cleaning service for my room (2221) for the next four days. I told them I would leave my trash outside the door daily. I preferred to clean it myself rather than have anyone from the hotel touch my personal belongings. However, the hotel told me they would forcefully enter my room to clean, disregarding my privacy. I repeatedly told the front desk not to let anyone enter my room, but the hotel refused, claiming they had to forcibly enter my room every two days under the guise of cleaning. This is a clear case of **invasion of privacy**. There was absolutely no sense of security during my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't want to stir up trouble, so I decided to deal with this after I checked out. I took many photos and videos of the hotel to prove everything.

Finally, I told the hotel front desk that no one was allowed into my room without my permission, and I didn't need any cleaning staff to enter my room and touch my personal items. I was out early and back late every day, not at the hotel during the day, and when I returned tired at night, I just wanted to take a bath and rest. The hotel front desk, at one point, demanded to forcibly clean my room, which I refused. Every night, they left threatening notes in my room telling me it was mandatory to clean. On the third day, the hotel even asked me to switch rooms at night, which I also refused. Moreover, the room's cleanliness was terrible; even with me cleaning daily, there were still many small bugs active in the bathroom sink. Such poor hygiene wouldn't be solved even with daily cleaning.

Considering Japanese standards, the room size was quite good. We could comfortably open both a 28-inch and a 20-inch suitcase after shifting the table and chairs. The room was clean, and the complimentary toiletries were nice. While the towels were thinner than what we're used to in Chinese hotels, they were perfectly sufficient and spotless. The hotel's location is undoubtedly its biggest asset; getting to Universal Studios Japan and Umeda was both fast and incredibly convenient. There are plenty of dining options and convenience stores right downstairs, plus a supermarket not too far away. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, with convenient public transportation and a full range of amenities nearby.
Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean.
Environment: Despite its close proximity to the metro station, there was no noticeable noise.
Service: Toothbrushes are available for collection downstairs. However, I'd recommend bringing your own slippers.

Whenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transport links. It's very close to both the commercial center and Universal Studios, and there are plenty of local eateries nearby. We noticed many Chinese guests staying here. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service to Kansai Airport; however, I didn't look into the specifics, so it might have limited schedules and require advance reservations. With multiple subway lines in the area, getting around for shopping and sightseeing is incredibly easy.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and it's still a triple room. The space is decent, and the location is convenient. My only suggestion for improvement is that the sofa in the triple room might be old, as it has a peculiar smell.

The location is incredibly convenient. Fukushima Station is right outside the hotel, and Umeda is just one stop away, making it incredibly handy. There's a convenience store downstairs, a yakitori place right across the street, and even a delicious revolving sushi restaurant on the hotel's first basement floor – all excellent dining options! A pretty famous Oden restaurant (about a 7-8 minute walk away) is also worth checking out! Our family of four had a great rest with the four beds provided. Plus, it's not far from Universal Studios either.

Good view! The location is convenient, super close to two subway stations. The hot spring water was relaxing, though the facilities are a bit old. However, it offers good value for money, and I would choose to stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located just over a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station, or one stop on the Osaka Loop Line. There are also many dining options nearby, including Sushiro and Ohsho right downstairs.

The rooms are on the smaller side, and the bathroom is quite compact, but it's a plus that it features hot spring water.

While the facilities are a bit dated, the hotel is generally quiet.

The breakfast, offering both Japanese and Western styles, was good and the dining area was peaceful and uncrowded.

The hotel's public bath (onsen) is a nice feature, though it comes with a fee of 800 JPY per person per use.
