The room was great, small but perfectly formed. It was super convenient for everything – shopping, dining, and getting around on the subway. Everything was just so easy! I'll definitely be staying here again, haha, it was really good.

The location is fantastic, super convenient for shopping in Ginza, with a subway exit right outside the hotel. I noticed the hairdryer was a bit dirty while washing my hair, but a quick call to the front desk got it replaced very promptly. I recommend the yakiniku restaurant directly across the street from the hotel.

The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent; you could walk to the entire Ginza shopping district. There's a popular ramen place nearby that wasn't very good, but a Yakiniku restaurant called Jojoen (not the one on the Mitsukoshi building) was incredibly delicious. You won't have to worry about food or drinks staying here. The Asakusa Line downstairs goes straight to Narita Airport (if you're not good with transfers, just allow two hours for the trip). I would definitely choose Mitsui Garden again next time I visit.

The location is superb, with an airport bus stop not far away, right in Ginza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Everything is within walking distance, which is why we chose to stay here on our last day.

It was okay. The carpet was a bit old, which surprised me. I'd stayed here 6 or 7 years ago, and I remembered it as soon as I walked into the lobby. The twin rooms are all street-facing. The location is just so-so; it's close to Mitsukoshi. I usually use Ginza Station, so Higashi-Ginza is a station I rarely use. You can get to the airport from downstairs, but there are only stairs, which would be a nightmare for women with heavy luggage. There's a Yang Guo Fu downstairs.

The location is really convenient. It's right by the Higashi-Ginza subway exit, with a direct elevator from Haneda Airport to exit A1. However, if you're heading back to Haneda, you have to use a different entrance, otherwise, it's all stairs. My luggage handle actually broke because of all the stairs! On our last day, the power went out from 12 PM onwards, which was a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast was very plentiful, but I felt the hygiene was quite average. The room wasn't big either. The Via Inn Prime in Ningyocho, where I stayed before, was better than this hotel in every aspect except for the location.

Excellent location in Ginza. We stayed just for a night and only in Ginza, which was walkable and did not take a single train while in this area. Lots of great food options as well.

The location is fantastic! It's less than 100 meters from Kyushu Ramen, and Yu-gumi (a popular bathhouse) is also nearby. There's a great yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant next door with excellent quality meat. You're surrounded by food options, and Don Quijote and Lawson are also very close. It's super convenient to drop off your shopping bags at the hotel after a stroll in Ginza, or just head back for a quick rest if you're tired. Getting to other places is a breeze too, as the subway station entrance is right downstairs. The bed is large, and the bathroom and shower are separate, both quite spacious. For one person, the room size feels just right, but it might be a bit snug for two people or if you have two large suitcases.

The lobby is beautiful, tall, spacious, and has a lovely Christmas atmosphere. It's incredibly convenient, just across the road from Kabuki performances and Mitsukoshi department store, saving a lot of energy. It's also an essential spot for experiencing Tokyo life.

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right outside Higashi-Ginza subway station. The three major Ginza department stores are also within walking distance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's super convenient to drop off your shopping at the hotel afterwards.

A comfortable hotel with a Japanese and stylish concept. Cheap for a location in Ginza. It is new and very clean and beautiful. Is breakfast the only negative point to be a Pronto at the intersection next to Kabuki-za?
Is the room originally assigned defective in air conditioning?
It was cold and I was able to respond properly to the room change.
I am using the Tobu Three Brothers Hotel in Higashi-Ginza, but I would like to stay here again.
The conclusion is a good hotel.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located near a station. Would love to come again.
