Loved this place so much that we are staying here again during our next scheduled trip! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and the laundry available is super awesome! Very close to a lot of convenient stores and the JR line

Bathroom very nice and also has indoor and outdoor onsen on the top floor. Great location only 1 minute walk away from subway and 5 minute walk away from JR sugamo station. Very easy to get to shinjuku and shibuya

The onsen on the 14th floor was so relaxing! The location was also really great, not too busy but with enough restaurants and shopping nearby. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this APA hotel for 6 days. The room was small but enough, bed was comfortable and the shower was just right

Every time I visit Tokyo, I stay here because it's so convenient for getting around.

It's not cheap place, however is worth visiting for the experience and is perfect place to treat a person. Anyone will be impressed by the luxury inside and will cost you less than a good restaurant visit for sure

This is a very old-money hotel, surrounded by affluent neighborhoods. There's a shopping center right across the street. The breakfast is delicious, and there are many weddings held here on weekends.

Just across the street, there's a commercial complex with a convenience store (located on the B1 level of the office building), along with coffee shops, Western restaurants, and more

You'll find plenty of delicious restaurants directly opposite. Plus, there's a large supermarket nearby, handy for grabbing fruit to enjoy back at the hotel

It was clean and nice, and it had a hot spring and sauna.

It also has a spa, making it a very satisfying hotel! It's in a very luxurious location! The 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art and Kenrokuen Garden are within walking distance!

It was a 4-day, 3-night trip and it was a very pleasant one. Thank you very much.

The room was a little small, but everything I needed was compactly packed. The lockers in the changing room at the large bath were small, so it was difficult to get changed when it was crowded

We were seated there for about an hour, yet it seemed that the staff at the reception did not notice us and continued chatting among themselves. This was a bit disappointing and made us feel somewhat overlooked

As much I would love to write 100% positive there was one thing I was not satisfied about. Despite being Loyal Hilton member I request for higher floor which is the least they could do but they put me on lowest possible

2nd floor onzen opening hours are long enough to accommodate guests’ travelling plans/schedules (6am to 9am & 4pm to 1am). Great location and hassle free self check in and check out process. Room is small but comfortable

The new annex has a free public bath on the second floor; you need your room key to enter, and women also have an additional code. After a day of exploring, the public bath was our favorite place to relax every evening

The lobby offers complimentary DHC basic skincare products, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. I especially loved their cleansing oil and facial cleanser. The POLA toiletries provided in the public bath were also excellent

This time, I was assigned a room on the 29th floor with a mountain view, which I think offers the most beautiful scenery! What truly impresses you about Hotel Okura isn't just the hardware (though it's excellent), but the service! That kind of 'proactive' service awareness means they've already anticipated your needs and processes before you even speak

Especially that feeling of 'settling in comfortably' is something trendy influencer hotels can't match, even though the Okura has become quite popular itself 😝. But it still holds up to repeated stays and contemplation

Although it's an older hotel, the rooms and hallways were spotless and tidy. The room itself was incredibly spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated

While the hotel's location is a bit further from Sannomiya, it's conveniently close to Kobe Port, Coast Building, and Motomachi Street, making it a great option for a short stay

Spacious room and facilities, tip: rmb to check in sharp at 1pm and try all their free and discounted water activities, the boomerang slide is a must try if you like water parks! Free cocktail/beer from 2pm to 11pm in two different sessions, and their Japanese-French style breakfast bar is prob one of the best breakfast buffet I've seen, even butter they have 3 types for you to choose from, free flow...

We did a staycation at this hotel and had a great time. We really loved the free-flow drinks service — unlimited alcohol and soft drinks was definitely a highlight of our stay

However, they do have different pool areas, including an adult-only pool where kids are not allowed. That was a great option when we wanted to relax and enjoy some quiet time

The hotel is very kid-friendly, so you’ll see a lot of families and children around. If you prefer a very quiet and peaceful environment, this might not be the best choice

We took a bus from the airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel, then walked to the Hilton, which took about five minutes even with kids and luggage. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke

This prime location offers easy access to the Shinkansen (bullet train), subway, and Meitetsu lines, making it incredibly convenient for exploring shopping areas like Sakae and Osu Kannon, or visiting Nagoya Castle

From gps, it was located nearby Nagoya station. But actually 20mins walking distance!!! Indoor swimming pools and bathing facilities are good. It is open to guests. Comfortable to stay

We requested a room change, and while the second room still had a slight odor, it was much better than the first. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be the best choice. Other than that, everything is ok

His service was incredibly professional, and I'm very grateful! 🙏 The breakfast here is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and there are tons of great places to eat near the hotel

Upgraded to a corner room which is really spacious! But the a/c is a little bit weird which can not cover the bathroom:( The actual location is a little bit far away from the downtown but since I’m here for HYROX which happened just across the road in INDEX Osaka so it can not be more convenient for me

When making my reservation, I noted that I would be staying with my four‑year‑old son. At check‑in, my son had fallen asleep, so while he sat in a chair, the staff kindly and clearly explained everything to me

A very friendly and helpful staff member also assisted us with carrying our luggage

That said, the experience quickly falls short of what is expected from an international 5-star hotel. The room had a large, modern TV, yet all streaming apps were blocked, leaving only Japanese terrestrial channels

The bathroom lighting was poorly designed and insufficient, making basic tasks such as shaving or applying makeup unnecessarily difficult. The indoor pool was the most disappointing aspect

Location is excellent. The staff at reception - in particular - Mr Kim, is super helpful and enthusiastic. It's a pleasant stay overall.

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc)

Looks like an old 80s hotel that got stuck in time. It's huge but hey at least it has view to the castle.

Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English

Any information person at airport can confirm quickly which bus stop you need to wait at. Has its own souvenir store and grocery store and I think a couple dining options. Breakfast is not continental

I checked for the availability of room by ringing the hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle service between the Narita airport and the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful. Room charge was very reasonable

I missed all means of transportation to my city by the time I reached Narita airport (option to hire a taxi was available but it's super expensive). I got a list of hotels from the information desk

After getting into the taxi, the hotel staff were worried that I wouldn't be able to communicate with the driver, so they came out and explained my destination to him again for me

About a 7-8 minute walk from T3, very convenient. Walked both ways, didn't take the shuttle. Unexpectedly, this hotel was the largest one during my entire Tokyo trip

The beds were firm and very comfortable, and although our room was on the smaller side (typical for Japan), it had everything we needed. We were also treated to POLA hair and body products in the bathroom and the onsen

This is a large onsen hotel, not far from JR Kyoto Station, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it very convenient. Upon entering, you need to take off your shoes and store them

The onsen (hot spring bath) area is communal, and it's a good experience to try it out. Hotel breakfast requires an additional payment, and it gets very crowded after 8 AM. They also offer free ramen after 9 PM!

This was probably the best hotel I stayed at in Japan. It felt incredibly clean — guests must remove their shoes at the entrance and store them in the shoe cabinets, so everyone walks around in socks

After each onsen session we could enjoy free ice cream or ice lollies and a bowl of ramen. The rooms blend modern design with traditional tatami style

The onsen was outstanding: there were at least four pools, so it never felt crowded, plenty of shower cubicles, and a steam room with a TV

The area around here is quite deserted, so I wouldn't recommend going out at night. There are also many other activities. I tried boat snorkeling and 🪂. By the way, you can order in-room massages

The hotel has several restaurants, a cafe and bar, and afternoon tea. The food is delicious, but reservations are required. Afternoon tea is a must! The view is stunning, and there's piano music

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus, but it's not listed on Ctrip. You have to call and book it yourself through the hotel's website. Check-in was done on the sofa while we drank tea

My sister and I were a bit lazy, so we ate one meal outside the hotel and bought some snacks at a convenience store. The hotel driver drove us a bit, then we walked for 15 minutes

We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby

I checked out from candeo wakayama amd checked into candeo namba. Buttt the cleaning wasnt good! There were stains on the sofa. Somedays dirty towels that were put aside wasnt picked up

The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and had everything I needed. The large public bath on the top floor has two big pools, one indoor and one outdoor

The location is great in the city center can walk 5 mins to namba. The room size is quite big compare ton other hotel in Japan

After a long day of walking, my legs were shot, so a soak in the evening felt absolutely amazing

The room was very spacious, and they provided pajamas and small skincare samples. It was very convenient to get to Shibuya from there. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, which was quite good

The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍

The only minor drawback, which is a common issue in Japan, is that the food isn't quite as good as what you'd find back home; breakfast wasn't particularly delicious. Otherwise, everything was perfect

Nice hotel in Asakusa, located in a nice neighbourhood, very close to various grocery stores. The hotel rooms have a private fridge and airconditioning.

The room is indeed quite small, but this is something to be expected at this price point in Tokyo, especially in such a convenient and central location

Towels done daily and housekeeping. Amenities in room are great also. We got two rooms for 4 people side by side though it is never guaranteed

im not driving and reached the place by bus, its 15 mins walk from local bus station, around 20 mins bus ride 110yen to city side , however, the road has no light its a bit scary at night

However, I also tried the Teppanyaki dinner and it was just very average. The air conditioning was not enough at that restaurant and the food was very average quality and taste but it was very expensive

The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station! The room was clean, and there's a public bath which was great for warming up

This hotel was super convenient, being very close to Keisei Narita Station. However, getting to JR Narita Station felt like a bit of a detour. The room was perfectly adequate in size

I also really enjoyed the large public bath, it was very relaxing. My only complaint was the mattress on the bed; it was quite soft and my back sank in a lot, which personally I didn't like and I didn't sleep very well

Daily change of towels and amenities given as actual room cleaning is not daily. There is also a free Onsen bath on the 2nd floor for guest use. Highly recommended for price charged

Great location if you are flying from Narita the next morning. Perfect location as it is close to the station. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. Walking distance to Aeon supermarket. Lessons are at the doorsteps

Because of this, the prices for additional services and restaurants also feel overpriced. Dust, dirt, worn furniture, and even mold significantly spoil the overall impression

At the same time, there are many positive aspects. Some areas are beautiful, the food is very tasty, and the staff are extremely polite, attentive, and caring

The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel isn't very frequent, especially the one going to the airport, which only runs in the morning. If you have an afternoon flight, you'll have to take a taxi

On the hotel's beach, during low tide, you could see little fish swimming and crabs scurrying in the glass-like water – it was adorable! For breakfast, you could choose between Japanese or Western style

It feels more suitable for those traveling by car. On the plus side, you can walk to Hoshino Café

The hotel has a shuttle service that runs regularly to and from the Hoshino Resorts Banyan Tree Iriomote, allowing guests to enjoy their 8 pools. Right next door to the hotel is the famous Hoshino Coffee, a must-try

Water activities also require reservations, and they don't accept phone bookings; you have to go early in the morning to get a spot, which is a bit too primitive 😂
