The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is right next to a bus stop and a convenience store, which made getting around super easy. All the staff were really welcoming and provided excellent service

I had originally scheduled to pick up my luggage at 6 PM, but my plans changed, and I went to pick it up at 1:50 PM. The staff helped me with my bags and even asked if my kids and I were hungry, offering us a simple meal

There are also many supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which is handy for shopping. However, it's a bit of a shame that the public bath isn't a hot spring

Getting into the hotel between 3 and 4pm was difficult because of check in being on the second floor and buses of guests arriving at that time

The hotel's location is truly excellent. We chose this hotel after traveling from Kyoto to Osaka. After getting off at Osaka Station, simply follow the signs for Kitashinchi and walk in that direction

The location is good surrounding with lots of resturant and shops. JR stations are also nearby. I ordered goods twice  from Amazon Japan delivered to hotel and the services were very good.

As you approach the end of the passage, you'll eventually spot Exit 43. Take the elevator up, and you'll see a drugstore

Great location if staying in Hiroshima

Environment: Every room offers a sea view. My kids had a blast collecting shells and coral on the hotel's private beach. There's a path leading to the sea with a warning sign; it would make for great photos on a nice day

Facilities: When I booked, I chose the option for a free extra bed for the child. I was initially worried the hotel might be old, but it seems to have been renovated as all the facilities are new and very clean

The capsule hotel is worth more than it charge. The location is great close to JR & Namba stations. Friendly staff, comfy rooms, with TV & a locker.

The capsule is just a bonus on top of the sauna experience. They give you clothing — not a robe, but loose Japanese pants and an oversized T-shirt

Locals don’t usually come here to sleep — they come to wash, relax, and go through the full spa ritual

000 yen as for lost item, not even suggesting to wait for it to be found by staff or guests, as I hadn't left the premises. Of course, the key was found by someone very soon

Unlike other budget hotels, this one offers daily cleaning. Although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was delicious, and eating while gazing at Sapporo blanketed in snow outside the window was incredibly romantic

The location is absolutely excellent. From Sapporo JR Station, you'll need to head towards the West Exit due to ongoing exterior maintenance, though the signs might point to the North Exit/Hokkaido University direction

I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a deluxe twin room, and the shower was super spacious. They also gave me a complimentary cocktail voucher for the top-floor bar, where I could enjoy the night view of the Skytree

Excellent hot spring situated on the plateau of Nasu. Surrounded by the forest, it is the Ideal place in summer when the heat wave hits hard. There are three different bath available, plus a central illuminated pool

There is also a free soft drinks bar opened in the morning and early afternoon, mainly during the check in time. There is a safe guard at the pool but he was half sleeping when I checked out

I found this hotel and made a reservation when I was planning to go to a hot spring in Nasu. The food was delicious and the baths were great too. It's a hotel I'd like to visit again.

We traveled to Nagano Prefecture for 2 days from Tokyo and returned to stay at the Conrad again. This time, we switched to a bay view suite. The room was still spacious, and having two bathrooms was very convenient
