Very ideal location — just a 3-minute walk from Shinkansen Shin-Fuji Station. The staff were helpful and friendly, able to answer all our questions using a language translator device

The location is excellent, with a shuttle bus to Aeon Mall and the JR station, making it very convenient. It's also very close to the Shinkansen Fuji Station, and the noise wasn't an issue, so it didn't disturb our sleep

Mount Fuji is right outside the window. The facilities are comprehensive, the transportation is convenient, and it offers great value for money.

Highly recommend visiting the tourist information center at Shin-Fuji Station for tips on getting to Mt. Fuji — very useful for those who prefer free-and-easy travel

The hotel also provides free transport to Fuji Station, making it easy to connect to Fujinomiya Station for attractions

The pod for sleeping is cozy for 1 night or 2 max because it’s tiny but it does the work ! The sauna and showers are very nice! There’s the temperature for each shower and great explanation of what to do on the wall

The capsule look a bit old but the toilet is very clean. There are private showers, open showers, and a sauna which is fantastic

I liked that each capsule had a curtain that could be pulled down and that there were sauna facilities. It would have been great if I could have rented a charger.

Overall, it's a great place and I would recommend it. It's very close to the subway station, just a two to three-minute walk, which is super convenient if you have a lot of luggage

The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly, and they speak English. Fresh towels, toothbrushes, and other toiletries are provided daily. The male and female dorms and shower areas are on separate floors

The beds are decent, and there's a fan above each bed. They provide fresh toiletries daily. The only slight inconvenience is that even if you're staying multiple nights, you have to fully check out by 11 AM each day

Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall

The room was very spacious. The only downside was the breakfast restaurant, which reeked of cigarette smoke. This made it quite unpleasant and unprofessional, especially for business travelers.

Perfect location to visit events, shows at the Makuhari Messe. Outlet park just next to it. Train station is only 5min. walking distance from the hotel. Nice bar with view on the sea.

For a hotel that's around 20 years old, the cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations. The only thing that could be improved is the Spa closing at 10 PM; this feels unreasonable given guests' typical routines.

A great hotel in the heart of Roppongi and the international districts of Azabu Juban and Hiroo. Also attached to Roppongi Hills. Outstanding service. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

An amazing hotel. The staff is so attentive and respectful. The decor is beautiful with wood paneling and soft lighting throughout. Terrific location. The gym is quite nice, especially the heated lap pool and jacuzzi.

The room's decor is a bit on the dark side, but the cleanliness and maintenance are quite good. The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall right downstairs. My friend's room even had a view of Tokyo Tower.

Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.

5/5 Self-serve with a wide variety of options. The only minor drawback was that one of the hot dishes was a bit cold. One small suggestion for improvement: The conditioner was very difficult to get out of the bottle

This is an impressive hotel with excellent facilities and service. Although it's a bit far from the commercial district, the hotel shuttle bus is very convenient

On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good

Compared to a UK station it’s amazing. Compared to other Japanese stations such as Shin-Osaka it’s just very good. Great food options and as a station has great connections and friendly staff

They let me use their glue which I needed for something. A small thing, but appreciated. Slight minus - despite giving a Japanese address, they still asked for my residence card

It is my first visit to this hotel, ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The hotel itself is very classic with different facilities. Location is very good and convenient. There is a convenient store in few minutes walk

A five-star hotel that costs almost 2,000 a night, but no slippers? The bathrobe is so thin and cheap? There is no plug at the head of the bed? The stool in the room is broken like this? But I have to say that the breakfast is delicious, the facilities are complete, and there is a gym, sauna and swimming pool

Also, thank you for the assistance of Ms. Saki Kamada and she was very helpful to answer my questions before my arrival. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and it is recommended to come back again

A nice experience at the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The rooms were clean although there were a few stains on the mirrors and in the toilet. Service was exceptional, staff were kind and ready to help

The breakfast served different kind of food including the authentic Japanese breakfast items. Room is clean and well maintained. The view is overlooking the river so it is very nice

Great Hotel with lots of amenities for kids and adults. There are 3 different restaurants that you can choose , Japanese style , Foreign style and an open buffet

Nearbybthere is a very big Kids entertainment park with animals and toys. Restaurants starts from 8 pm and you can enjoy the hot springs( inside the hotel)

At first I really couldn't find the main door

I thought I had to take the stairs to carry my luggage up, but I ended up taking the elevator from the hot spring area to the second floor and walking through the overpass to the main building to check in! The environment is very beautiful and the soup is also good!

I booked an Executive Room. While it wasn't huge, I had a nice view of Tokyo Tower. There's also an executive lounge on the first floor. The offerings weren't extensive, but it was enough to grab a quick bite.

Overall good location direct access from Haneda airport. There was shuttle bus available from Prince Hotel Shinagawa to go to this hotel within the same area

Check in was smooth and generalities staff who helped with luggage was very friendly and helpful

The location is excellent, with a shuttle service that picks up and drops off right across from Shinagawa Station, making travel and shopping very convenient

It has a sizable garden that guests can explore, and there's a discount on tickets to the nearby aquarium, so there's plenty to do during your stay

However one male front desk (not wearing glasses) staff stood out as an unexpected lousy service communication unbecoming of Japanese service excellence

Worth for the price to pay. Good varieties of breakfast and public onsen to enjoy after a city walking tour.

Great place to stay and get around

Wide selection of Japanese and Western choices at hotel buffet breakfast - sashimi (salmon and tuna), miso soup, ramen, fried prawns, sukiyaki beef, fruits (pineapples, mangoes), breads, hotdogs, bacons etc

I ate too much (laughs) Before the breakfast place, I went to pick up food with a corona test and vinyl gloves, but I was able to take appropriate measures such as how to divide the food and how to take measures against corona at the table

I think it was from a hygienic point of view, but I was disappointed because I was worried about the smell of chlorine. The room clothes were also made of durable fabric and the slippers were thick and disposable

Room that we booked are quite spacious for 3 Adults with 2 medium luggage laying open on the floor. We are given a room on the 24th floor (highest floor) with a nice city view and part of the train track

The location is great, quite quiet, and there are a few good restaurants nearby. Getting around is super convenient, both to and from the airport and to the city center

Excellent location with panoramic views of Osaka Bay! The room was spacious and offered fantastic scenery – I got to watch both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening

Right outside the hotel, there's a convenience store and a bakery, making it super easy to grab food and essentials. There are also subway and JR stations nearby, so getting around is pretty convenient

Downstairs, there's a Family Mart, a pharmacy, fast food joints, and a large hot spring (which costs extra). We stayed for 5 nights and I'd love to bring my kids and wife next time

Nice place to stay with special price to Onsem . Three stop to USJ . Basement got Daiso and big supermarket. Around got many restaurants and shops.

They also offer a shuttle service to Disneyland and the subway station, which makes exploring the area a breeze. The rooms are quite spacious, and the service is good

There's a Lawson convenience store at the Hilton, about 200 meters away, which is great for grabbing snacks. It's a fantastic choice for a Disney trip

Hotel is so clean and newly rennovated. We are happy with our stay with them, and its value for money! Love their shuttle bus as it’s so iconic!

The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks

If the weather is good, you can even see Mount Fuji in the morning. The location is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The front desk staff speak fluent English, and there were many Western guests

Great location, very convenient to the National Stadium, and the surroundings are beautiful. The accommodation itself is quiet and comfortable, and I particularly loved the large balcony in the room.

A beautiful hotel! The rooms are a bit small, but they come with a large balcony offering amazing views. There's also a rooftop observation deck where I enjoyed a spectacular night view of Tokyo

I stayed at the Mitsui Garden Hotel specifically for a concert. The National Stadium is right across the street, and I could even see it from my balcony. Once the concert started, I could hear it clearly from my room

The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station just a left turn outside the entrance

The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I used trash and towels, put them in bags, and left them at the door the next day. They cleaned them up and brought new ones, which was incredibly convenient

Stayed there for nearly 3 weeks during my stay in Japan。The rooms were very comfortable、clean and cozy and the staff was really nice and attentive with whatever we needed。The breakfast is free and delicious。 there aren't many choices for dinner but there are plenty of restaurants very close and the people who worked there were super nice when I stayed。

The room was very clean, staff was great and there were no problems with service, but the room was really warm all the time despite the heater not being on and it being December/January.

Went to the restaurant only, for their basic set menu, 3000 yen with all you can drink included. Rather nice selection of food and quite a varied drink menu. Well worth a return visit!

One is a buffet-style restaurant — the food was average, acceptable but not particularly memorable. The other is a Japanese–Chinese fusion restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience there was less pleasant

This hotel is quite large with nice garden views. They offer a shuttle service to and from Narita Airport, and the driver even helps with luggage, making it perfect for layovers or late-night arrivals

For the return trip from the hotel to Narita Airport, the hotel provides a shuttle bus timetable, which you can request directly from the front desk. The staff are happy to assist and explain the options clearly

The hotel was nice and precisely located near Ueno stations and Ueno Okachimaci stations. The only downfall is not the size but the hygienist of the room. Upon check in I found several hair (woman hair) on the bed.

Standard squeeze for Tokyo hotel room but there was a sign which tells me to tuck my luggage under the bed. Location is superb, 5 mins to Keisei Ueno station / JR Ueno station with luggage. Value for momey.

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Ueno and other subway stations. However, the entrance is a bit hard to find; the red front door is automatic, and I didn't even realize you could just walk in

Location was decent, quite a walk to Kitte mall and Lucua mall but there is a route you can walk where you can get to Osaka station without steps (by taking the elevator at Breeze)

Exiting from Umeda Station, the West Exit is closer. This is my second time staying here. This room was a bit smaller, and there wasn't much space for two people's luggage, but it was fine for a one-night stopover

In the afternoon, there's a complimentary afternoon tea with rice crackers, juice, bacon, and sparkling wine. In the evening, you can also enjoy ochazuke. The rooftop hot spring is open until 1 AM

There are fewer Tokyo hotels that include an onsen but this is one of the few that do, and it was amazing as well - both an indoor and outdoor onsen. Luggage storage available both before and after check-in/out

If you are here because you want to be next to the diet building or the prime Minister's residence, this is the perfect hotel. However a lot of restaurants and convenience stores are much further away
