This hotel is perfect for shopping and dining! 🏨 It's right at the entrance of Shinkyogoku street, with a whole row of SOU・SOU stores downstairs. Takashimaya is just across the street, Nishiki Market is next door, and Daimaru is only a 10-minute walk away. It's incredibly convenient to get everywhere. If you head north, you can hit up Smart Coffee, Inoda Coffee, and Ogawa Coffee ☕, and enjoy browsing the machiya (traditional townhouses) along the way 🚶. This area is also a gourmet hotspot with delicious restaurants like Hiro Yakiniku, Udon Konoe, and Morimori Sushi 🍣, all within walking distance. What's more, the hotel staff are incredibly warm and welcoming ❤️, and the front desk even offers Chinese service ❤️. You can even open up two 26-inch suitcases, making it fantastic value for money! P.S. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit inconvenient to take a taxi with large luggage 🚕 as they can't park directly under the hotel, but with so many other great points, it's not a big deal.

The hotel is conveniently located in a shopping area and within walking distance of Nishiki Market. The train station entrance is also just a short 5-min walk away, making it easy to get around.

The room is clean and well-maintained. Daily housekeeping is minimal, as staff do not enter the room unless requested - they will only clear rubbish and replace towels when needed, which offers a good level of privacy. The in-room washer is a nice touch and operates quietly. There’s also an additional tap and sink located outside the toilet, which is convenient for boiling water or washing up when the bathroom is occupied.

It would be helpful if the room provided luggage stands, instead of having to leave opened suitcases on the floor. In the limited space, it can be inconvenient to squat down to access your luggage and then stand up again, with a risk of hitting your head on the corner of the TV frame.

The lobby offers a wide selection of complimentary drinks, including coffee, juice, soda, wine, and sake. A nice perk is being able to purchase Koe Donuts from downstairs and enjoy them in the lobby, especially when the café is full.

Very convenience location. We also enjoy the washing machine and microwave facilities. Nice lobby too.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with easy access to the subway and bus. Takashimaya department store is right across the street, and there are many dining options nearby.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's so convenient for both transport and daily necessities, and the fact that you can cook your own meals is a huge plus – perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to save some money!

Very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Trash was collected and towels were replaced promptly. Overall, it was great.

The hotel's design is very modern and the location is fantastic, right inside the pedestrian street. There's a subway station right outside the door, and bustling commercial streets are within walking distance on both sides. The hotel service is also good; they have a free coffee machine you can use yourself.
