I have ever stayed several super hotels in Japan and loved their high quality.
However, this time's experience had made my impression of Super Hotel worse.
Bathroom was very narrow and water bottle is not clean. Room is cold and bed is hard.
Breakfast is realky poor...not like other super hotel..

Worst hotel I ever stayed at in my entire life. The bed is hard and old, the pillow is made of rocks, walls are dirty and the window faces a wall preventing all the light to come in. The room lights don’t help much either and it’s really dark. Very despressing. Don’t stay here even if you come for business. It’s worth 0 stars but let’s say it’s 1 star for the staff who were nice.

For the same price, you could stay at much nicer hotels in the area. Very cramped room and bathroom (my knees were almost against the wall when I sat on the toilet). They do offer complimentary breakfast buffet, and the price isn't bad, but other hotels for similar prices have more to offer. Also, the toilet seat hadn't been properly cleaned before I checked in, which was a bit disconcerting.

Super clean rooms. They are small, but this is normal in Japan at this price range. They allow you to choose a pillow that suits you. Very polite and helpful staff that speak good English. Extremely fast internet too, about 100 mbps.
