The room is spacious and clean! I love the bathtub and the bed is comfortable too :) The dinosaurs at the front desk are pretty cool haha, my family took many photos of them ! Even though there are no people at the front desk, if you need help there’s still a service bell where you can easily find the staffs! The breakfast is provided by the bistro next to the hotel, it’s simple but delicious, love the veggies and soup!
The location is very nice, just a 3 min walk to reach Kyoto station! And have large department stores, restaurants, convenience stores just within 2 min walk too ! Totally recommend ! And will definitely stay again next time !

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s within a great location. The iron is amazing and the staff were really helpful. It could do with more laundry services as there’s only two machines.

Right across the street from Kyoto Station's Hachijo East Exit. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is great. The bathroom itself, with both a tub and a shower, is quite spacious for a Japanese budget hotel.

Raptor receptionists were awesome. Location is very very handy. Didnt get to the bar though. I loved this hotel in Kyoto, larger room than Tokyo for 3 single travellers was very handy. I would stay here again

Very close to Jr station, and right outside is a long-distance bus stop. The self-service check-in and check-out machines are super convenient. There are two dinosaur models at the front desk, which is quite interesting. Plus, there's a mall nearby that's great for shopping.

Love the location.. The hotel was amazing, comfortable bed with complete amenities.
They even have a microwave and drink machine for water and also vending machine.
The hotel provide a smart pack to compress ur clothes for packing. 300 yen for 3 minutes which i think its very convinient.
Last but not least, it is just next to avanti and bus terminal from kansai airport.
Highly Recommended 😀

During the autumn foliage season, the price was acceptable and the location was very convenient. There's a Don Quijote right next to the hotel, making shopping and dining very easy.

The dinosaurs are hilarious! Such a fun hotel to book, we booked a regular double bed room and it exceeded my expectations for the price! It was very spacious, with a seperate toilet and shower room, along with another area with a sink and mirror. The bedroom had lots of space along with a desk and tv! It was very close to Kyoto Station and not far from all the main shops. They even have a vacuum seal machine for luggage down in the main lobby. We only stayed for one night, wish we could have stayed longer!!! If we ever come back to Kyoto, we will definitely be staying here again!

Right above JR Kyoto with access to local and intercity trains. Clean, courteous staff and spacious rooms. I can see the JR train station from my window, but the room is exceptionally queit.

I use it often when I'm on a business trip to Kyoto. I like this restaurant because it has a high ceiling, it is spacious and very luxurious. It was very nice to see young families with small children, it was a nice hotel and the food was delicious. Tokizoya's Hokkaido foodies were served hot and delicious food. First of all, you can see that the hall staff has a very good behavior, attention and service spirit. After all, the access is too good (^^)

Nice hotel situated right in the train station. Very good place to see the city or go on daytrips to other cities. Room was quite large by Japanese standards and breakfast was lovely (Western & Japanese food). Service was great and very polite.

My favourite hotel in Kyoto and Japan. Stayed there for more than 5 times. Excellent location which is next to JR station, Kyoto subway station, Kintetsu station and bus terminal.
