The reception staff were very kind and pleasant.
The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was large.
The location is also very convenient.
I was grateful for the ample breakfast selection.
They were able to store my luggage for a certain period of time before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful.

The location is great, very close to Sijo. However, check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am the next day. Only suitable for consecutive stays.

The room's windows didn't open, which was a bit pointless. The smoke smell from the bed was quite strong, and the receptionist immediately dropped her attitude when she mentioned the smoke smell. She told me I had a smoking room. I checked out a non-smoking room that day, and it was only a few bucks more, but she didn't mention it.

The location is good, the transportation is quite convenient, the room is quite clean, the customer service is also good, the room area is not big, the bed is only big enough for one person, if you want a larger space and a spacious bed, it is recommended to book a twin room

It was ,good, but the breakfast is NOT Japanese quality, I felt. Or, I just visited the bad time because it looks so busy.

The location is very good, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat around. When you are tired, you can go back to the hotel to rest before going out. The room is also very clean and tidy. Although the sparrow is small, it has everything. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it is filling.

Although I stayed in Shijo, a busy street, the ventilation between the buildings was obviously poor. The smell of barbecue was very strong in the evening. The room was small and the facilities were old. It was not as good as the Hatton Hotel where I stayed in Karasuma Oike.
