The location is great, and there's free parking, which is a big plus if you're driving. It's very close to Fushimi Inari Shrine and there are tons of good restaurants nearby. It's definitely worth the price. I'll stay here again next time I visit Kyoto.

The room was unexpectedly huge, HUGEEEE. Got massage chair, with various amenities such as bath salt, toner etc. They not only provide hair dryer, but also hair straightener and hair curler. A love hotel indeed hahaha. We came with car, have no problem at all to find parking spaces since the hotel got plenty of it. The service and the staff were very nice and helpful. Got 7e in front of the hotel if need to run errands.

Hotel is a bit far from central city but it is good for traveller who have a car, so many car park around hotel. A couples will love it.

Very nice facilities, a bit old, but very very cosy and comfortable. The location was not easy to reach by public transport, it's needed 20 min walk from the closest train station.

It's pretty good, just a bit far from everything.

The room was really clean and spacious, with all the amenities. However, I was a bit surprised to find a vibrator on the bedside table when I first walked in. While I appreciate that the hygiene checks were thorough, it's something to consider if you're sensitive about these things. I guess it's pretty common in Japanese hotels, so I can understand, and frankly, the cleanliness and other aspects of the hotel were indeed top-notch!

As a solo traveller I was surprised it is actually a love hotel which I did not pay attention when booking. It does not matter though. Very good condition and big space. Good breakfast included. It is also very nice having a massage chair.
It is over 1km from train station which is slightly inconvenient from people with large luggage.
I did see a 1cm long bug on my pillow on the second day but I would think it is accidental considering the general cleanness is significantly better than most other hotels I stayed.

Amazing space ,wonderful private bath with jacuzzi, steam room and massage chair. There was an assortment of bath scents and amenities. Robes and slippers provided. We enjoyed the pampering. It was a long walk from the train but so worth it.
