Extremely nearby to shin osaka station, around 10mins walk. If you are a fast walker, it might take you around 5 mins. Complimentary breakfast is definitely a big plus. How I wish there were more affordable hotels provided this service. Great job comfort hotel shin osaka. Keep up the good work.

Comfortable room & bed, friendly staff, daily housekeeping & good breakfast. Best of all, it's an easy walk to Shin Osaka station.

Free breaker is amazing. Also, I really liked the working space where I can still use after the check out. The area is very quiet and I like to stay there again.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms where large than expected. The buffet was amazing with lots of delicious and healthy choices. Free coffee/tea is also available 24/7. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfort Hotel Shin-Osaka strikes the perfect balance between affordability and accessibility. It’s ideal for travelers who prioritize easy transportation and a quiet environment over being right in the middle of the nightlife.
Excellent transport links, free drinks until midnight, spacious rooms, and wonderful staff.
A short subway ride away from the "main" shopping districts (Namba/Shinsaibashi).

The hotel is super close to Shin-Osaka Station, which was perfect for us since we had to catch the Shinkansen early the next morning. It's also only 2 or 3 stops from Umeda (if I remember correctly?), making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

First, the location is unbeatable: it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, so getting to all the sights (or catching a late train back) was totally hassle-free.
The Library area — you can grab coffee, tea, or fresh juice there until 12 midnight! It was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring.
The room was nice and tidy, with everything I needed (no clutter, which I really appreciate), and the staff were so easy to deal with — friendly, quick to help, and never made me feel like I was asking too much.
Overall, it’s exactly what you want from a hotel: convenient, comfortable, and with little touches that make a big difference. Would definitely book again!

Loved the service and the complimentary breakfast and lounge

This hotel is a perfect stopover for Hiroshima, with an incredibly convenient location. The service was excellent and it offered great value for money. I'd definitely choose this place again if I have the chance. The breakfast was good, though it did get quite busy.
