It was a 2nd floor capsule, so going up and down was a bit inconvenient. Be careful when coming down.
I made a reservation for one person in one room, so I thought the room type would be a twin room, but it actually ended up being two capsules, which was expensive. When I checked in, I was asked if it was two rooms, but I was surprised and replied, no, I booked one twin room for one person.
The other account explained that they could only book a twin room because there was no reservation for one person in a different way.
Since it was a reservation that couldn't be canceled, I had no choice but to stay in one of the two capsules for myself, and one of them remained vacant, but I wasted my money.
I felt like I had been scammed into thinking things were wrong.
