I've stayed here many times, and it's consistently comfortable and quiet. The staff are always warm and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The large public bath on the rooftop is wonderfully relaxing. My only wish is for more washing machines.

The hotel was clean and amenities were available on the ground floor opposite the lifts. Service was courteous and the view was great. Location was pretty central but not the closest to the train station. The hotel is very inflexible with checkout timing, but this is par for the course for Japan outside of western chains.

The room was very clean. Although it wasn't huge, I could still lay my 24-inch suitcase flat on the floor. The bathroom was also quite clean with no strange odors. Being on the ninth floor, the soundproofing was decent. There's a mini-fridge, perfect for storing puddings.

The hotel is small and neat. Just a bit too tiny to manoeuvre luggage if you’ve a big one. Staff are friendly and some of them are English speaking so no problem on communication. But the window blinds are different at different floors so it’s kind of weird and some don’t shield off external light well.

The room was tiny and not soundproof at all. However, the facilities were comprehensive. The lobby offered free iced water and coffee, and there was also a public bath available.

The room was quite a bit larger than ones in Tokyo, and the facilities were newer too. However, the lack of a separate shower stall is a definite drawback. The hotel isn't far from Shinsaibashi, and there's an airport bus stop nearby.

Everything deserves a perfect score: the service, the ambiance, the price, and the location are all superb. It's only 1.6km from the Umeda shopping district, so you can walk there in about fifteen minutes. The hotel is also very quiet.

This hotel was the perfect base for my tours. The main pickup point was very close by. It's a bit further from Umeda Station than some others, but still easily walkable. A major plus was the reception staff—their English was excellent and made everything smooth. Overall, fantastic value for the convenience.

Nice price in such convenient / famous location, cleaning service and lobby welcoming are pretty good. But elevator and corridor have strong cigarette fragrances mixed with perfume, would recommend to improve it for family / inhalation sensitive guests. Spent the weekend here with my wife and two daughters (5 and 9). We all had such and amazing time and the girls loved the bunk bed. One of the coolest hotels we have stayed at in mainland Japan and would definitely return!

The front desk is super friendly and helpful and we get to check in slightly earlier. Stay was very pleasant and location was good. I dint get to enjoy their complimentary coffee tho.

Okok… room too small but the location is good

Room has the basic amenities required and staff is very friendly. however we felt that the bed was not very comfortable and the room is quite small - but this is common for rooms in japan, as long as you are aware of the room size at the time of booking we can’t complain.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to Honmachi subway station, and exit 5 leads directly to a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. The Honmachi area is also very quiet on holidays. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and they even offer complimentary drinks and instant noodles for a late-night snack, which is a wonderful touch!

Hotel is near Honmachi station exit.5 but this exit will close in weekend and weekdays after 9 PM. You have to use exit.4 instead. Cleaning is everyday that’s good. 👍 The lactation is not near the shopping center like Shinsaibashi or Namba but is very good for use Holiday in peace.

The hotel was good, not great. Friendly staff. the location is nice because you’re out of the fray of Osaka, but since it’s a central business district you have to take a 20+ min train everywhere. Plus on the weekend a lot of surrounding restaraunts are closed.
