The hotel is located just three minutes from Exit 5 of Esaka Station, making it an excellent location. There are drugstores and convenience stores nearby. Recommended for those using Itami Airport or Shin-Osaka Station.

I stayed here while attending the Expo. They were able to store my luggage before check-in. The basic amenities were provided and the room was clean. It was sufficient for an overnight stay without meals.

I stayed overnight without meals. It was sufficient. There were restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it wasn't inconvenient. If I had to say something, I wish they had provided mineral water.

Despite being close to the station, I am very satisfied with both the value for money and the service. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Even in February, there can be hot days, so it would be really helpful if the air conditioning could be individually controlled in each room

Great location! The hotel is right near a subway exit (I think it was Exit 5a from Shinsaibashi Station, heading towards the Nagahoribashi Line). There's an elevator, and once you exit, it's just one block to the hotel

You can also walk directly underground from the subway exit all the way to Shinsaibashi Station. Service: There was a male staff member at the front desk who spoke Chinese

The toilet & bathroom were decent & clean albeit a bit cramped. Of course, they use those amazing Japanese toilets! It also has a public bathroom, but I fell the public bath in capsule hotels are much better

I chose to stay in the hotel because i was trying to go to a concert At the osaka dome. The location of the hotel is very convenient because it is only about fifteen minutes walk away from the stadium

Great value hotel with excellent transport access! This hotel is a bit way off Umeda or Namba but these places or anywhere else in Osaka can easily be accessed in a matter of minutes because the Taisho MRT station is just across it, making travel to any part of the city super convenient! You’d be greeted by a nice covered patio at the front, perfect while waiting for your Uber ride if you ever needed...

Although there isn't A bathtub in the room, There is a public bath on the third floor which is very clean and tidy. It was not crowded so i had a very relaxing time at the public bath

Just across is the Taisho MRT, a few stops away is Umeda through the Osaka Loop Line, while Namba is a few minutes away with the Hanshin-Namba Line or the Nagahoritsurumi Ryokuchi Line

And the hotel is located right next to two subway or train stations. There is also a bus stop nearby. So it was quite convenient for me to go to various locations in osaka

This hotel is the best location, just besides the Shin-imamiya station, I can walk from the West exit gate to the Hotel within 2 minutes. The room is clean and good, the toilet is also very clean

If you want to change your towel, you’ll need to go to the reception and exchange your used towel for a new towel

This can lead to people accidentally trying to open the wrong door. It's a hassle having to lock my luggage every day or send it downstairs for storage. The wardrobes and desks in the room have been removed

I was a bit worried when I first arrived, being a capsule hotel, about it being messy, unsafe, or noisy. Turns out I was overthinking it

While I can manage without a wardrobe, not having a desk is really inconvenient. The air conditioning in the hallway on my floor wasn't turned on, even though it was below zero degrees

The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, and just a short walk from the subway. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful when I lost my passport — they contacted the airport and the consulate for me

If you're using google maps to find it, use the 7/11 as your landmark, it's on the first floor and the hotel starts on the third floor. A great experience, staff was kind and courteous

Very small room, no English speaking staff. Different price for room than listed online. Difficult to utilize breakfast room as promised for sketch group. Had to pay an extra night for staying 4 hours past checkout time

If you’re staying around Tennōji, there’s no reason to skip this hotel. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the north exit of Tennōji Station, and perfect for those using JR Haruka

The room is pretty tight but amenities, toilet, bathtub, shower were great! Coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, hair curler and charging chords were all provided

Breakfast is excellent, and you really don’t need to hesitate about adding it as an option. The 9 PM bar time is unbelievable: a variety of drinks and light snacks offered for free

The hotel room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy, the towels are fluffy, and the air conditioning works great. The only downside was a dripping sound in the bathroom of my room, 703

The hotel's location is excellent. Get off at M14 station on the Red Line, take exit 2 from the subway, and walk past the convenience store for another five minutes, and you'll be there

Remember to return your key to the front desk when you leave the hotel and ask for it back when you return. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other amenities are in the basket in the lobby for you to pick up yourself

Very friendly staff. Only problem I had was the excessive amount of furniture in the room leaving no where for us to put our luggage.. Would have preferred no furniture in the room.

The location here is great, with the subway and railway station very close. It's also convenient for grocery shopping. I'll definitely book here again next time.

This location is really great for shopping if you want to go to the very hip Hep 5 mall or the high end Hankyu Umeda mall or the local Keihan mall and it is obviously close to Osaka Castle and you can take a little longer trip over to the Nara Deer park as well

APA hotel always have large beds, big tv and smaller than average rooms. That's fine One thing I don't really like though it's the positioning of the AC. It points directly at your head when you sleep

There was an issue with my room smelling like smoke and the beautiful employee at the front desk did not hesitate to rectify the issue and change my room right away

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are as described and pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is traditional and yummy

There are shopping malls and restaurants at Senri Central Station. The subway can go directly to the city center. There is also a light rail line to Wanbo Park, where there is also Lalaport

It is a great choice for taking the kids out! Take the subway to the hot spring bathhouse near Osaka University, called Mizuharu (Minoo Yumoto Mizuharu), which has an open-air hot spring

However, this hotel only has laundry service and no coin-operated washing machines, so the price for doing laundry is a bit expensive. The location is very close to the subway station

This is a traditional European hotel with a retro style. The room facilities are a bit old-fashioned, but the hygiene is very good. The room is bigger than the average Japanese hotel

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagata Station on the Osaka Metro Chuo Line (50 meters from the elevator). There's a Lawson downstairs. The room wasn't large, but it was adequate.

It's a very good place! But I got the smoking room when I did not directly request it, and my lungs were burning the whole night as the scent permeated the bed

The location is not that close and not that far from the tourist spots but the it located the safe area plus the staff there are really nice and friendly.

There was a Chinese waiter at the front desk (I only stayed for 7 days, and she seemed to work the day shift, not sure if she worked the night shift). The disposable razor was on the left side of the front desk

The worst thing for me is that there are only two charging plugs, and they are not at the head of the bed. The quilt has no cover, but only a sheet inside. The sheet and quilt separated while I was sleeping

Also, it’s walking distance from Universal Studios Japan (USJ) and I came to stay the night before going to USJ and should have booked to stay the night after as well instead of going straight back to Kyoto, so would highly recommend everyone going to USJ to stay here both before and after

Walking distance to Universal Japan makes this hotel a great location. Walking around 10min will get you to the gate. It is also close to a subway station and bus terminal that goes directly to Osaka Expo

Check-in process was very smooth and took less than 10 seconds with the front desk staff being very friendly, warm, helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was international and delicious

It's good location and easy to get around to shops or subway. However the hotel room is small with two suitcase, it has little room to move around for more than 1 person

Since most of my business trips to Osaka are around the East Exit, its proximity to both the station and my workplace is incredibly convenient. The staff here are exceptionally kind

As for amenities, it would have been perfect for me if they just had skincare products. The amenity bar had toothbrushes, cotton pads, cotton swabs, hair ties, body towels, combs, and several items for children

There was also a water dispenser in the laundry room at the back (I didn't use it, but the washing machines are paid, though detergent is provided). The disposable slippers in the room are incredibly plush! Haha

They offer a great variety of breads, which makes choosing fun. I stayed for two nights and couldn't try every single one, but some options change daily, so it wouldn't get boring even on longer stays

Each room is supposed to have its own Wi-Fi, but for some reason, the Wi-Fi for my room wasn't showing up. I called the front desk late at night, and they promptly and politely assisted me

Great location if you wanna be near the shinkansen station. A convenient store near by and rental car as well. It is very easy to access and excellent room for family with babies.

Cheap and amazing! their share bathrooms have amazing all of the amenities. Love the grand bath! The bed is extreme soft comfy! Also just located next to the subway!

Throughout my stay, the room had a very weird smell which came back when closing the window and turning on the AC and the room felt pretty moist. Apart from that, good place for solo travelers that want a bit of privacy

This hotel is located in a good central location. Not too far from dotonbori and denden town. Very close to both 24hr convenience store and Don Qijote store

The free breakfast is also a great deal that will help you save. Could use some new carpet but otherwise, no complaints

It was conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Uehommachi Station, and there was a Don Quijote across the street. It was a shame that the air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted.

Nice location to busy area and airport

This hotel is incredibly clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast toast, in particular, was really delicious every morning. Honestly, I can't find anything to fault. Five-star rating all around!

The staff is very helpful (but only 1 have a very fluent english). The room is very big, I think enough for a family to sleep in. In each room they provide a cellphone that we can bring it anywhere

The location is good , which is quite near to metro station , and there is a convenience store right beside the hotel entrance . Lastly , their breakfast - BREADS is awesome !

Old but clean room, a lot of space for baggage and etc. Lights in the room aren’t good (feels so dark) and a little noisy bc you can hear other guests and noise from outside. Namba station about 15 min by feet

The hotel location is within walking distance to many restaurants, Tsutenkaku tower, Shinsekai, Donki, and just a few minutes walk to JR station and two Metro stations

It was good hotel with facilities to enjoy throughout the day. However few things could be more simplied like hotel checkin process and wristband thing vs room key. Hotel is not wheelchair or stroller friendly

The facilities are a bit old, but the experience was still very comfortable. You definitely have to try the Ganban-yoku (hot stone sauna) – it's very relaxing

The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment

First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel
