Room is spacious for 4 people. No daily room cleaning but they do change towels daily. Within walking distance from Namba station

Room was smaller than expected and a bit dusty. Service was friendly but understaffed at times, waited 30 mins for towels. Unexpected Osaka tax on arrival

We found the service staff attentive & good but the housekeeping has indeed been cutting corners : We pushed the twin beds together for our toddler to sleep in middle & realized there is a part of a toy, a lot of dust , plastic bag & paper bag under the beds from the previous room occupants (the housekeeping do not clean under beds)

The hotel is well located in downtown. Only minutes walk from Namba City Hall. So it is easy to take public transportations. Since it is newly open, the facility is good. Not only the future but the bath rooms

Location-wise, highly accessible to Namba station, we had no problems pushing our luggages to take the trains around. Plenty of food options including vegan & izakaya & sushi joints nearby

We booked a Japanese / Western room. The Japanese bed is beyond my expectations. Mobile check-in is efficient. The coffee from the hotel tastes authentic

It was a little higher than I expected. the reception service was very good 😊👍. Even though I can’t speak Japanese, there were no problems. location is okay and easy to find and near by station.Highly recommended!

Check in process was very easy and they let you leave your luggage before check in. Location was very near a train station so commute is so much easier. We stayed for one night and we enjoyed our stay.

Contrary to all the online booking sites. The hotel has 24/7 checkin and always has someone at the front desk. You must leave your key with the front desk when you exit, and will receive it again once back

As it's located within the district of Nishinari, front door is locked from a certain time from 11pm for safety consideration and accessible with room card. Staffs are friendly and helpful

If you’re sensitive to noise, this hotel is not for you. I’ve already been counting the days until check-out — it’s way too loud, trains pass right outside the window

The location wise it was very good, the amenities very plenty. Only thing that bothered me was at night there were bit noisy caused by passing by cars. Overall good👍

Staff are very very friendly and good rooms. The onsen is segregated by gender and it is an enclosed room rather than an open air onsen so do take note! Overall amazing stay and I will definitely come back

LOVE the hotel, amazing location, amazing staff, amazing amenities! There is a free bar every night from 5-9pm and you can mix your own drinks, free coffee and tea at the reception too

Amenities was great as they provide pyjamas, extra pillow and toiletries at the reception area for guest to pickup, there is welcome drinks too and coffee available at lobby

All people were really kind! Location is one of the best things in this hotel,because the enter to metro station is in 10 meters from the hotel. Breakfasts were good and tasty but without big choice

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Namba Nankai Station if you turn right and go straight down Sennichimae Street. It's also only a minute's walk from Kuromon Market

As staff do not understand and speak English when we call the help desk but they make effort to send those staff who know English to come up to our room to check on our request

The staff are warm and attentive, and the room is spacious, with a bar counter, clean and tidy, and a good view. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Osaka

Excellent Service. Close to the subway. Hotel comes with a free cell phone that you are able to have free Wi-Fi and free international calls. They have free breakfast in the morning. Extremely close to a Street Mall.

We had a queen bed and a loft bed that fits one teenager or two small children. It was a bit cramped, but it worked for what we needed. Staff was pretty friendly! Will most likely use this hotel again

They include a smartphone in your room. Great for using Google Maps with. The rooms are small, but that's just for sleeping in. Outside is where it's at!

Super close to the train station as well as the shopping district. Krispy Kreme and Starbucks is right by the hotel and there are so many stores near by

As expected of a Japanese business hotel, the room was compact, but it was perfect for a solo traveler. The bed was spotless, and the bathroom towels were fresh and fluffy

The location is excellent, near Awaza Station, Family Mart, and Akakabe Drugstore. Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The only thing that disappointed me is that they don't provide shower caps.

This is the accommodation I use every time I stay in Japan. It is located next to a large river, so it is good for taking a walk in the evening, and it is also close to Umeda Station, so it is easy to access

The room was a beautiful Japanese-style room and very comfortable. They have a public bath (onsen) on-site which looked amazing, but I didn't get a chance to use it due to my short stay

Only stayed one night and honestly regretted not booking more! This is a traditional ryokan literally across the street from Dotonbori—the location doesn't get better than that

Unfortunately, the streams that run through Osaka are dirty, and what could have been an incredible asset is instead a neglected, dirty and ugly "water corridor" instead of a beautiful and green area to enjoy refreshments right next to the water

Great accommodations. The room was good but, temperature controls was locked and we couldn't control it. So, it was stuck on high a/c. Nights were freezing. Breakfast was interesting traditional Japanese food.

The accessibility is amazing, it is near to Dotonbori, Kuromon Ichiba and Nippombashi Station (for both Osaka Metro and Kintetsu lines). Walkable distance to Sennichimae which has plenty of good food too

This ia not a hotel, it is more of a AIR BNB Room   The romis so small, Not enough for 3 people. NO staff that you could ask for if you need assistance for extra linen or towels or of you need to extend your time

I recently stayed at Sakura sands hotel, The hotel is conveniently located near shinsaibashi ( Dotonbori  ) can walking around 20 mins to Dotonbori making it a great base for exploring the area

I couldn't tell whether things were clean or dirty since they had some marks though were not smelling. It would be great to label a tray for clean stuff and another one for dirty

In the entire time I have been there (3 nights) I haven't seen a worker, not sure how much management there was. Something I didn't like was where they kept cutlery and plates

The hotel is in a good location. Close to the subway station. Cleanliness is average. Only Japanese TV channels. The room is not soundproof. Overall it is good.

I chose this place also for its location: It’s easy to take the Nankai Airport Express from here and reach Kansai Aiport in 35 mins; and the hotel is basically at the heart of Osaka’s nightlife with hundreds of arcades, restaurants and bars open late into the night

The front staff speaks decent English and is quite helpful as well. Another plus point is there’s a decent cafe just at the foot of the hotel, so if you’re thinking of getting a hearty western breakfast, pay this a visit

The hotel service was excellent. Its location is fantastic, being very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, and right next to Namba Station, which makes it incredibly convenient for getting around.

Albeit looking slight gloomy, the room here is larger than most hotel rooms in Japan, with enough space to open 1-2 large luggages. The bed is comfy, and they offer room service everyday

Short and easy walk from Namba station (yes, Rapit) staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants options, convenience stores and drug stores too.

As the name suggests, the interior is made of exposed concrete and has mural art, making it a stylish hotel. I was concerned about the noise from the next room, but it was within tolerable limits

The walls are thin and I can hear snoring from the room next door, but I only used it to drink and sleep at Tenma, so I think it's a good idea to consider the convenient location.

The restroom is next to the washbasins, with a smart toilet that's very clean. You need to change into slippers before entering the restroom. The room size is quite good; a 24-inch suitcase can be fully opened

On the first day, a bath towel, small towel, and pajamas were provided on the bed. The room has three lights and two mirrors

There are two self-check-in machines, and you can select Chinese for a smooth check-in process. You can check in after 5 PM, but you can store your luggage and they'll give you a numbered tag

There's also a restroom, a changing area (for clothes and towels), washbasins, and vanity tables – everything you could need. After walking a lot each day, a soak is very relaxing

They've thoughtfully provided shower head holders at different heights. The fourth floor also has vanity tables and washbasins, but no stools (the third floor has them)

On the third floor, the bathing area features a public bath with both cold and hot soaking tubs, a sauna, and a member-exclusive room (don't go into the wrong one!)

The location is next to American mura and close to Yotsubashi Subway line. Dotonburi is just 5 minutes walk. The bathroom was spacious and separate from restroom. There was also dressing room which is surprising me

The hotel is quite good, very close to the shopping area for teenagers. It's not far to walk to Donburi, Glico. The rice shop next door is open 24 hours, not expensive, delicious, and a lot

It's convenient to walk to the train. The room has good stuff, shampoo, conditioner from Tsubaki. The downside is that the Wi-Fi is slow and I don't know why they don't fix it

The room is normal size as most hotel in japan, it is a bit small to unpack 24 inch luggage. Recommend for anyone who love big bathroom with bathtub

You can get there in less than 10 minutes on foot from Osaka Namba Station, and you can enjoy Dotonbori and Orange Street within 10 minutes on foot

There's also a convenience store nearby, and the room condition was great and the soundproofing was good. The shower and bathtub were really nice

Showers were on the first level. Robes are provided so you don't have to bring so much with you. Towels are also included and in ample supply

Super affordable hotel in an area that has character. Had my own room (quite small but could move around) with a small TV. Shared bathrooms were a short walk from the room on the same floor and were clean

The first level also has two separate lounge areas for eating and socializing with some food preparation supplies. There is also a vending machine of drinks and cigarettes. Front desk staff were polite and respectful

Apparently you can leave your luggage at the front desk for 2-3 days after you check out, which is amazing. Location is also good, metro, jr line near by 2-3 stops from Namba

Located near the Jr Line, this Hotel is a perfect spot to serve as a headquarters for tourists who want to explore Osaka and its surroundings!

It's kinda of 24 hour staff but don't expect much after 11pm because that's like dead hour. I think you can rent the bike for 24 hours

The room is clean and spacious , very basic though. Good water pressure for shower. As I stayed for a few night and want new towels. It was delivered to me without long wait

The receptionist, Luigi, is very friendly and accommodating. He speaks English so foreigners will not have a hard time to communicate. We were able to find a room even when it was already past midnight

This is a great hotel. The front desk was very welcoming. The room was very spacious. The only downside would be the bed. The mattress was very tough. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

From here, you can access to the center of Dotonburi in 5 minutes. The room is quite larger than others. The corner room, near emergency stairs, is recommended. Clean, quiet, convenient.

Was a bit worried to see the previous comments about the dust and smell. However, given the good price and great location, I still give a try. Zit turned out to be a pleasant surprise

The hotel is very clean, but if the window of the single room faces the parking lot, it is blocked by a large baffle and the window is almost closed. There is a microwave on the second floor of the hotel.

Absolutely amazing, the best that you can get with their cheap pricing for hotel rooms, host is super welcoming, quiet environment, everything was clean and organized, the only thing I would complain about is the matress which weren't that soft, but that is up to personal preference, besides that, this is the hotel you would want to choose for an amazing bargain!

The woman at the front desk looked like a mistress and said that the luggage can only be stored until 12 noon. What's the point of storing it here? I told her in Japanese that I want to complain

Nice spacious hotel converted from an apartment building. Feels more like a basic serviced apartment than a hotel. The location was conveniently between two stations so a short walk would get you anywhere you need to go

At first I thought the hotel was so cheap, it would be bad. But it was really pleasantly surprised. It's much bigger than the hotel I booked in Honmachi before. It's effortless to open the suitcase

This area makes me feel very safe It's also convenient to come from the airport and only a few stops to the Namba shopping district. It has become my only choice for my next visit to Osaka
