This hotel is the best hotel in this trip!! Room interior was bright and everything was clean. The toilet provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. Also the water pressure nice so you relief some tiredness

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot yet still very central. It's a convenient 15-minute walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around

The single room was quite spacious. There's a small entryway by the door where you can hang clothes and change shoes, and the luggage rack can easily hold a 30-inch suitcase

But one thing I don’t like about was the sound proof. Cuz you can heard kids screaming. Tho that was not happened at night time but still a bit annoyed

The lobby offers free coffee and drink machines. It's close to Daikoku Station, and there's a Life supermarket nearby that's open until midnight

Location is good near namba station. l stayed here for 5 days 4 night. When l checked in at late night l realise bathroom smelly next day l inform receptionist request to clean up bathroom still got the bad smell

The hotel is a striking black building, quite prominent in Osaka, and even the bathrobes were black. Our room was immaculately cleaned every day, and they also provided us with W's special facial masks

Beautiful, stylish, with a great view from the upper floors. But the service is incredibly slow—both at check-in and at breakfast (there's a line there, actually).

Cool design, we stayed in a room with a city view. The cleaning is good, and the breakfast includes eggs, cheese, bread, and fruit. There is a large and stylish swimming pool, a sauna, and a gym.

My husband and I came to Osaka, Japan, for the third leg of our honeymoon shopping trip! We booked a Fantastic Suite at the W, and the location was superb – very close to Dotonbori, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient

Excellent!!! The room was very spacious. The location is convenient, close to both Shinsaibashi and Umeda. The service was fantastic, and it was very clean. Being on a high floor, the view was also great!!!

This hotel is located not far from the subway station, which is quite convenient. There are two 24-hour supermarkets directly opposite, and the area is surrounded by high-rise buildings and countless department stores

Coming from Umeda Station, you'll want to find the East Mall, then walk straight until you reach exit M10 of WHITY PLAZA Izumi Square

The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and efficient with a quick check-in. We were given a room on the 11th floor, which was quiet and clean. The room size was decent, and they offer luggage storage

The first time can be a bit confusing because there are so many people, so make sure to look up for signs. Once you've done it once, it's easy to navigate, and there's an elevator exit

I have to praise their system here; they have a dedicated luggage room on the first floor where you can secure your bags with a combination lock from the rack. No need to keep a key, just remember your code

After arriving at JR Osaka Station, I followed the navigation and eventually reached the hotel after a right turn and a left turn through a shopping street. It's a quiet oasis nestled in a bustling area

Amenities are simple but sufficient for a longer stay focused on exploring the city. Overall, a great base for sightseeing in Osaka. Convenient, comfortable, and good value for a group of friends

great service, good location next to exit 4 of NAGAHORIBASHI metro station free ice free amenities free microwave but the bed was a bit small and blanket too and also bad smell from smoke🥲 all over the first floor

It takes about 15 minutes of walking to reach Namba. Rooms were above average in-size and hotel was located off the busy nightlife area. 2-3 minutes walk to train station easy with luggage

Stayed here for 4 days with friends and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, right near Shinsaibashi, making it very easy to walk around, shop, and find food

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly sufficient for one person. It's located right above Namba Station on a high floor, offering amazing panoramic views of the entire Namba area

Even though it is dull, it is not the dated type of room which I initially worried when I booked the hotel. The room is in fact super clean and classy. I choose the room with cityview which was beautiful

The location is just beside OCAT which is super helpful if you are taking the airport limousine bus. It is next to a big supermarket too. To take subway, use exit 30 which is right in front of the hotel

Rooms are big enough to open up two 24 inch luggages. Only thing is I feel the dark blue carpet, wallpaper n warm lightnings makes the room alittle dull and dark even in the daytime

Situated right above JR Namba and OCAT bus station. 10mins walk to Dotobori, super convenient, and it’s consider decently sized for Japan city hotel! Supermarket right below too!

Very elegant classy European-like hotel. The lobby makes you feel you are in a 5 or 6 stars hotel! You will see a small cathedral in the lobby

Provide espresso machine in the room. (Not sure if for executive floor only) Very helpful, friendly and very polite staffs with kind heart to provide excellent service. Truly recommended for both locals and travelers

The twin room I booked had spacious beds, and there are multiple shopping malls conveniently located near the hotel, making dining and shopping very accessible

However, despite the renovation, the showerhead, shower stall size, and sink still left something to be desired; you could definitely feel its age. Service: This is a classic five-star hotel

Room was large in Japan hotels. Around 2mins walking distance from subway station. The hotel is located on the upper floors of a building while the lower floors are shopping malls

There are other shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants around. On the other hand, some garbage (used plastic bags) from previous tenants was found inside the room

and the lounge closes at 9:00 p. but that didn't seem to bother Yasuhide. He went into the kitchen and returned with very elaborate bento boxes. At no time, did we feel rushed even when closing time approached

The hotel isn't right in the heart of Umeda, but on the upside, it's much quieter. It's about a 10-minute walk to Hankyu and a 15-minute walk to Hanshin, which is totally acceptable

However, the breakfast was just average and not very varied. Overall, it was decent, and I would consider staying at the Intercontinental again if the price is right next time

However, as other reviews mentioned, the room is very small, making it difficult to open large suitcases – we managed to open ours with some effort under the desk

Considering Japanese standards, the room size was quite good. We could comfortably open both a 28-inch and a 20-inch suitcase after shifting the table and chairs

This station is very convenient; next to it is Umeda Station, and before it are Honmachi and Shinsaibashi Stations. If you want to go to Kyoto, you can take a train from Yodoyabashi Station as well

There is a good supermarket next door. Furniture is a bit old and used, but that's ok. The bed is extremely comfortable. I think this is one of the best beds that I've slept on in hotels

The place is huge and many people stay in the hotel, so maybe number of amenities like laundry machines is not enough for such a big hotel

Extra good location near Dotonbori (5min walk). Lot of cafe, shops, money exchange, subway and railway stations, etc. Perfect for active travellers. Small rooms but it is normal for Japan

However, the room was dusty, and we noticed particles floating around, which caused my son to cough. The hotel has self-service laundry facilities on the 7th and 8th floors

We tried using them but felt that no washing detergent was added to the machines. Here is a catch- it is next to 7Eleven

Hotel provides a shuttle bus service there, and hotel is walking distance to many nearby good food places. With a late supermarket which closes at 12 nearby, it is convenient place to stay with river view

The hotel was clean and amenities were available on the ground floor opposite the lifts. Service was courteous and the view was great. Location was pretty central but not the closest to the train station

Amazing location to explore around Osaka and Kyoto. It’s in beautifully located in the midst of a river. Walking distance to 2 metro lines, with Hidobashi being one stop away from Umeya Osaka area

It's also very convenient for getting to Umeda and Shinsaibashi, a pleasant 30-minute walk away. If you'd rather not walk, the Yotsubashi and Midosuji lines are nearby, just one stop away

I had to turn off the AC in the room because it was too hot, but the window wouldn't open. The air purifier's filter was incredibly dirty; I've always seen clean filters in other hotels, but Japanese hotels these days

The lobby has a smoking room, and each floor has an ice machine, microwave, and vending machines, which is really convenient. The best part is the excellent location. I'll definitely stay here again next time

In Umeda, walking above ground with Google Maps is fine, but the underground is a nightmare – you'll definitely need to use the overhead walkways to find your way

The room isn't big, so it's better for one person. There are convenience stores nearby too. The guy at the front desk speaks a little Chinese

Great location with everything you need. The hotel has a free drink and snack service plus free washer and dryer. They also have a vacuum bag provide for those who need to save space in the luggage

The room also has a bathtub, and the bed is soft and very comfortable for sleeping. The room was clean, and the food was delicious

The down side is the hotel is right inside the shopping area and the room seems o be aging and may require renovation soon

My second time staying at remm Shin Osaka. Check in was very smooth with the staff’s assistance. Check in was done in 5 minutes. Some amenities are available at the side of the check in desk for hotel guests to take

The hotel is clean and tidy, and its location inside Shin-Osaka Station makes it incredibly convenient for taking the Shinkansen, other train lines, and the subway!

The area outside the city is more of a business/residential district so there is not quite a lot to do at night. The room was clean, although a bit small, our 23kg luggage could barely fit when we opened them

Staff is very friendly and will say welcome whenever the lift open its doors. Room was nice and clean, great view of the Shin-Osaka station from the bathroom
