The biggest surprise was the free onsen, which even included an outdoor bath! After soaking, there's a lounge where you can enjoy complimentary drinks, popsicles, and senbei
I also really enjoyed relaxing at the onsen/spa after a long day of walking. Overall, a wonderful stay with great atmosphere, good facilities, and warm Japanese hospitality
The location is about 500-600 meters from both the train and subway stations. For this price range in Japan, the room is surprisingly spacious, offering a glimpse of Sakuramiya and a corner of the castle tower
Location is excellent – just a short walk to Osaka Business Park and within easy distance of Osaka Castle, so it’s very convenient for both sightseeing and business
While it has some common issues with older hotels, like limited power outlets and dated bedding, these are minor flaws compared to its overall excellent qualities
The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with directions or questions

Nice location, convenient store and pharmacy nearby, walking distance to train station. Room is spacious especially the bathroom, and the hotel provides free spring water bottles in the lobby
Within a few mins walk, there are a lot of nice cafes with lovely views. Though it’s a few stops away from the usual shopping / tourist areas, we appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was in the area
Really enjoyed our stay here mainly because of the 7-11 right across and how near it is to the subway station. There is also a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby
There are travel groups when we r staying there. There is microwave to heat up your food and drink stations at the lobby. Very comfortable beds for 2 adult and 1 kid
Its a nice stay in hotel brighton which is easy access to Kitahama station and has a 24 hours 7/11 opposite
This is my Osaka hotels when I travel, good service and clean near station and good price

But understand, these are BUSINESS HOTELS, designed to cater to Japanese on business. If you're expecting resort accommodations, large rooms, and concierge services, then open your wallet and find somewhere else
The breakfast selection was excellent each morning. The rooms had a practical layout and the bathrooms were stocked with delightful POLA hair and shower products
Check-in and check-out were efficient thanks to the computer system. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The windows were not soundproof, so traffic noise at night could be disruptive
The onsen was pleasant but felt cramped when busy. There were insufficient drying stations near the onsen, so I had to return to my room with wet hair to dry it
Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in Japan w fresh salmon and tuna! Onsen was great and all free ice candy, ramen, and Yakurt were nice plus!!! We will definitely come back again!
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka—especially for its natural spring onsen

Amazing location. Very close to everything. We had 12/F room facing building. Good room size for 2 and quiet. I can easily open 2 big suitcases Very comfortable bed. I will book for city view next time!
Location is very good. Near to the Glico sign. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Would go back again.
2 hour complimentary happy hour was great, as was the buffet breakfast with tons of Japanese and Western options. Good sized rooms with nice amenities
Located in the heart of Namba, the hotel is very easy to get to and close to plenty of amenities
Very pleased with my stay here. The room was larger than I expected and the bathroom with shower and deep tub was fantastic. The front desk was kind and we left our luggage with them after checking out.
My favourite part was that it’s right across the road from Don Quijote! The room was cosy and comfortable for two people, and I loved that they provide pyjamas- one less thing to pack

The location is very good and convenient. The staff was very polite and helpful. All the daily items like toothbrushes, wets, combs and etc were provided. Hair dryers was also available in the rooms
So, i could walk around first without my luggage. It is also near Shin-Osaka station, easy to navigate. The only downside is that it doesn’t have an iron 🥹
If you are light sleeps, you might wanna bear with it as the trains and bikes can be loud and noisy
Good location and 5mins walk to Shin-Osaka train station and the local MRT station
It is a very basic hotel that its price and value are equal
Very suitable for me to just stay over a night and get my laundry done! Friendly stuff and basic amenities in the room that will just do :) and the location is SUPER just a few minutes walk from the train station!

Ladies, the floor was open. It was safe and secure, and the amenities were excellent, allowing me to have a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and varied. I would definitely use it again.
Everything deserves a perfect score: the service, the ambiance, the price, and the location are all superb. 6km from the Umeda shopping district, so you can walk there in about fifteen minutes
The room is quite spacious, but it's a fair distance from the subway station, making it quite inconvenient to get around on foot. On the upside, it's not too far from Umeda.
This hotel was the perfect base for my tours. The main pickup point was very close by. It's a bit further from Umeda Station than some others, but still easily walkable
The staff was really nice and helpful and I would definitely book this hotel again in the future. The breakfast was 5-star and had a lot of options for everyone
Huge, comfortable beds and pillows, great bathroom and the facilities overall was super. We got water bottles everyday, pyjamas and cleaning

Environment: Getting there from the subway station involves using an overpass and waiting at traffic lights, which is inconvenient if you have luggage. However, there's an accessible route available
The location is a bit out of the way, but everything else is excellent. Self check-in was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious too.
There's a very fragrant coffee shop next door – I can't drink coffee myself, but I recommend checking it out. Service: Luggage storage is available via lockers
On the plus side, the kettle can also be used as a humidifier. I got a double bed for a single person, and the space was decent
Check-in is done through a machine, and there's a 200 yen tax to pay
This hotel in Osaka offers relatively good value for money. My room was on a lower floor, and the breakfast was just average, but the transportation was quite convenient. It met my expectations.

We very much hope to stay again. Would suggest putting some photos of the lovely bathroom on the hotel website
Such a spacious room, which is a rare find in Japan, with a large bed and a beautiful, expansive view
One of the best Hotel in Japan so far I stayed, Very Spacious Service Tip Top Security Quite Environment Convenient for the mart (7eleven, family mart and Lawson) Walking distance to Umeda because we want to shop the Don Quijote in Umeda (24hrs) shop
The service was even better than excellent! My child accidentally left a beloved toy behind during check-out, and after contacting the hotel, they responded immediately and helped mail it back to us
Service: The beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk were all very enthusiastic! Even with my poor Japanese, I had a pleasant conversation with them! Thank you very much, I'd love to visit again! ^_^
Large room with unbelievable unblock view. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower sections. Service from hotel staff was impeccable. Namely 小林 Kobayashi, she helped to arrange the luggage transfer to my Tokyo hotel

The front desk staff are very friendly; they helped me store my luggage when I arrived early and check-in was quick. The room was spacious and the mattress was comfortable, though the duvet was a bit thin
This is an older hotel with great value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast offers a good variety of dishes that taste great, and the service is excellent
The room was very clean and tidied daily. The only downside is that it's an older hotel, and the walls are not soundproof at all. I could clearly hear two people talking next door, which was quite disruptive
I saw in the reviews that it's an old hotel, but it's very clean and the service is excellent. The front desk has staff who specifically offer English service, and there are also staff who speak Chinese
Shower water supply temperature not steady, sudden raise temperature every 10 seconds, other than that, everything is perfect. Hotel is direct access to underground train stations, time saver.
It's just 70 meters from the JR East Exit, right across the street. If you're taking the Kintetsu or Midosuji Line, you can easily access it by taking the elevator to B1 and entering the underground passage

A wonderful stay! Very well located. I recommend it 200%, everything was great! Attentive staff, clean room, amazing onsen, and there was even a swimming pool!
Although the hot spring facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. I'd give the environment a 70 out of 100
Great amenities are its upper floor Onsen on the 14th floor, along with the swimming pool and gym facilities for an additional (2 700¥) per visit
Convenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too
Me and my husband enjoyed the stay very much. The hot spring was really good the room, even though it was very small. It was adequate enough and the hotel staff were very friendly and everything else was good
The staff are nice offering me room on the higher floor Very nice view from the room The room is spacious with a working desk that I can work remotely. It's comfortable except the network is a bit slow.

The lobby is luxurious and grand, while the rooms are decent. Room service is excellent and responsive to all requests, including turn-down service and proactively replenishing bottled water
The location was convenient; we managed to walk to the train station, mall, and Osaka castle. The view from the Sky Bar and the room were amazing. Overall the services were professional.
The room was clean and comfortable, and there were staff members who spoke Chinese. Everyone was very polite, the surroundings were quiet, and the night view was beautiful
Whenever I'm in Osaka, Conrad is my go-to hotel. The service is consistently excellent, and the avocado toast for breakfast is a must-try
Even the hotel manager who served us was very friendly and cared/greet all the customers he met in person

It's close to the subway station, which is a plus, and check-in was very smooth
Good location and price. If coin laundering is available it would be better.
It's good, pretty nice. The room in this hotel isn't small at all. It's also convenient to find places to eat nearby. Clean and tidy.
The day I stayed, the temperature dropped, and even without the AC, a single duvet wasn't enough, and it was still cold. The hotel didn't provide extra blankets or duvets, so I unfortunately caught a cold
The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted; the hotel had it set to cool, so the room was always blowing cold air. If you felt cold, your only option was to turn it off
The receptionist was very slow; I was second in line, yet the next counter served five customers while I was still waiting. I booked a semi-double room for two people, but only two pillows were provided

Very comfortable rooms, great amenities. English-speaking staff. Good access to transit and convenient dining options nearby.
My stay was pretty good! the hotel staff were so plite and very kind. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others
The breakfast was good, but the door on the side of the restaurant facing the road was drafty, making the environment a bit cold. The hotel's location is excellent; it's not as noisy as the Namba or Shinsaibashi areas
In terms of transportation, the airport limousine bus goes directly to Kintetsu Department Store Uehonmachi Station, which is a very short walk to the hotel. There are also multiple subway lines for convenient travel
The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka.
My friend recommended this hotel, and I stayed for a week. The location is convenient, and the room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough. My friends and I were very satisfied with our trip

The hotel location is great and easy to walk around exploring right in the middle of the city and you will find this gem ramen store open 24/7! The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service
Within walking distance to train station and many places of interests. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Polite staff and impeccable service. Valet parking is 3500 JPY per day and you don't need to worry about anything else
The friendly, helpful and thoughtful front office and concierge staffs differentiate the Regis brand ! Champagne sabering daily is a highlight!
I’m a usual customer of Regis Osaka, thanks to its excellent service from the moment that I enter the premise
The service crews were top notched. The room was clean and smell good. Toilet was a little old and some doors are light and should build in soft closing. I could door banging noise beside my room
Their additional complimentary services, such as iron pressing was great. Breakfast spread was good and fulfilling too

Perhaps because there are many Korean guests, the kimchi at breakfast was surprisingly delicious! Onsen (Hot Spring): There's no open-air bath, and the indoor communal bath wasn't as spacious as others we've visited in Kumamoto or Kanazawa
I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. They offer late-night snacks and even complimentary ice cream after using the hot spring facilities. The amenities are fantastic, making it perfect for families with children
Accommodation: The room size was decent, with enough space to open large suitcases. The room had a window, and the soundproofing was acceptable. Transportation: Transportation was incredibly convenient
Self service check in w/ the help of a staff. Room is small but clean. The onsen is nice but can be crowded. The room is not too big but clean. Location is good, next to Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi.
One of the best places we've ever stayed. Kudos to my wife for finding this gem. You get spacious accomodation near hot spot with affordable price and every night you get to eat free soy ramen
Room was big and loved the free onsen! Refreshing after a long day of walking and travelling! Free soba for supper as well! And the breakfast was very tasty with a wide range of variety 😋

This hotel seems to be famous locally for hosting weddings. On the day we checked in, we saw a newlywed couple, and there were many commemorative plaques around, showcasing past ceremonies held here
It's especially perfect for those who want convenient dining and shopping, and who prioritize good transportation! First off, the location is absolutely incredible! It's only a 5-10 minute walk from JR Osaka Station, and even closer to Nishiumeda Subway Station
Downstairs, there are convenience stores, plenty of izakayas, and restaurants, so after a long day of exploring, you don't have to go far to find food – a lazy person's dream! The hotel's style is quite unique, with an European retro vibe
The major plus is how incredibly clean they are; the bed was neatly made every day when I returned. Toiletries and free Wi-Fi are all provided, and the bedding is super soft – so comfortable to lie on after a tiring day
If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a higher floor or a room away from the tracks in advance, and bringing earplugs just in case. Also, the decor is a bit dated, so some facilities look a little old
The chandeliers and wooden decor look very tasteful, giving you the illusion of staying in an old European castle – great for photos. While the rooms aren't huge, that's pretty standard for city hotels in Japan

Facilities: Well-equipped and neatly arranged. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, with few people walking around and very little traffic
Will be writing in singlish for fellow Singaporeans to understand and get me. Location was abit ulu and not much shade was provided during the long walk under the hot sun
You can see Osaka Port and the Ferris wheel, so the view is nice. Service: The staff attitude is great, and there are even Mandarin-speaking staff members
The room was decent, and it's very close to the subway station, which made getting around super convenient.
However, some staff from South and Southeast Asia were a bit difficult to communicate with
Convenient location, great breakfast spread, good service, and clean facilities.

This was my favorite accommodation in my entire 23-day autumn trip in Japan. The hotel location is perfect because it’s just a few hundred meters away from the subway station and from the Osaka Castle Park
The lobby is quite small, but there's a self-service toiletries counter where you can grab essentials for free, including dental floss and tea bags. The hotel feels a bit dated, but it's very clean
While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it offered a good mix of Japanese, Western, and Chinese options. We happened to be there during Japanese New Year, and they even served festive dishes like mochi soup
The rooms aren't huge, but they're well-equipped and make good use of the space. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room; it made an irregular buzzing noise, likely due to its age
There are plenty of restaurant options in the area and nearby stations. It’s not a busy area to be honest, so access to trains was a breeze. I love that the room has a Smart TV and everything I need is available
The intersection where the subway is located has a FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Lawson, McDonald's, Sukiya, izakayas, yakiniku restaurants, coffee shops, and Sugiyama Pharmacy, making it incredibly convenient

Conveniently located directly opposite the hotel is the Keihan Line train station, and right above the station, you'll find a large, traditional department store that's well worth a visit if you have some time
We had an excellent stay at Hotel Agora Osaka Moriguchi! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our time there — the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
This 4-star hotel, with over 60 years of history, truly exudes a sense of classic grandeur. The hotel buffet is excellent, and the ground-floor bakery serves incredibly delicious bread, pastries, and cakes
While the reception staff who checked me in was not particularly welcoming (talking to each other for a long time and not greeting me), the overall service throughout my stay was good
One drawback was the lack of clear information about Wi-Fi in the room — either it wasn’t available or the details weren’t provided, which was a little inconvenient
Great Hotel ! The breakfast buffet, excellent! Train station across the street! Was a great time !

The building is quite old, but it's kept clean and I didn't mind. There's an Aeon mall, convenience store, Sugi Pharmacy, etc. nearby, so it's convenient. There's also a parking lot (paid, but cheap), which was helpful.
Close to a metro station, just 30 minuites from downtown Osaka and an hour and 15 minutes from Kyoto. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, very friendly stuff
Although the hotel is not in the city center, it is quite close to the train station. When booking, I was offered a buffet breakfast for all five mornings. I quite liked the buffet breakfast
Booked a room for 4 person. Sleeping area is tatami style. There is a sitting area in front of our sleeping area which we like to spent time on for breakfast and sitting around chatting and eating at night.
Although the room was not very spacious, it was quite clean. It was also nice to have a window. It was great to look out the window
The only negative is the room size which is a bit claustrophobic for a European, but since everything is so comfortable and well designed, it's really not a problem for a few days, once you overcome the initial feeling
