There was a slight issue with my initial room, but after speaking with the staff, they moved me to the room next door. The room was quiet and spacious enough. This hotel seems to be famous locally for hosting weddings. On the day we checked in, we saw a newlywed couple, and there were many commemorative plaques around, showcasing past ceremonies held here. The chapel is also beautiful, truly a lovers' sanctuary~ The room was a bit small, and it's a little far from the subway station, but it offers good value for money.

The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, and there were very few power outlets. The clock on the wall was noisy, and there's no coin laundry. The location is good though, less than 10 minutes from Umeda. The hotel view is absolutely stunning! Every day, there's a free-flow beer session and a ramen session, all-you-can-eat and drink. The ramen is incredibly delicious, featuring a generous slice of char siu! Besides beer, they also offer a variety of fruit liqueurs and other alcoholic beverages. Perfect hotel and stay in Osaka! The location was so convenient as it was connected to Namba station and restaurants and shopping was steps away. Room was also impeccably clean and beds were super comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The transportation is incredibly convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. The room was standard, but the breakfast was quite disappointing; there was hardly anything appealing to eat. The biggest plus is definitely the excellent transport links. You can take the subway directly from the airport, and the subway station even connects straight to the hotel.

A decent city hotel located near to Honmachi stn. It's easy to confuse with Honmachi Eki-Mae 「Tower」, which is more taller and more popular to foreigners. Conpared to that, the room size seems to be smaller and there are not so much convenience facilities such as Family mart. However, still, the service including room cleaning is perfect. And, overall, the room is quiet.

Location is great but you have to use stair from train...No elevator.... that's the tough part if you have big luggage. Solid and good hotel for the price! The reason for three stars is that there were mold visible on fittings in the bathroom. Other then that the hotel is up to the Apa standard of well run, wonderfully staffed and easy to use living accommodations for normal working people visiting or doing their job in Osaka.

We stayed for 3D2N, it was undoubtedly pleasant stay, with the unlimited refill of ramen as midnight snacks, and the superb breakfast to start my day, will definitely come back Osaka again for the stay. The hotel is very near osaka castle so do make use of it to see the castle in the day and at night (the latter is one that I regretted not doing). The room was clean and I really enjoyed my stay. The croissants and meat soup for breakfast were delicious. I was on the 7th floor and couldn't see the Tenmabashi Festival fireworks from my room, but the venue was close by and there were lots of stalls and people gathered outside, so I had a great time and the fireworks were very impressive. The location is absolutely fantastic! There are convenience stores, drugstores, shopping streets, and izakayas all nearby, yet it's surprisingly quiet, a true oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. As for everything else, Toyoko Inn consistently delivers on its reliable standards. It's great, and I'll definitely be staying at Toyoko Inn hotels again in the future.

The location was about a 10-15 minute walk from Umeda Station. Anyway, it wasn't too far from the station, which was nice. Since I only used it to sleep, there weren't any major inconveniences. Breakfast was also available. The only inconvenience was that the elevator didn't come very often...?? There was only one elevator, so I remember waiting quite a bit. The room was clean and very nice.

I chose this hotel because it's near Umeda, which helped reduce transportation costs. The hotel is close to both the metro and JR train stations. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping options in the vicinity.

The entire building is non-smoking. If you want to smoke, it's a little far away, but you can do so under the footbridge opposite. The noise from the nearby train was so loud I couldn't sleep very well.
