Osaka, 3-6-12 Honmachi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The surroundings are great, shopping is convenient, and there's a wide variety of food options. The hotel is cozy with excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet, combined with a la carte options, was delicious!
Great location, excellent service.
I’m a usual customer of Regis Osaka, thanks to its excellent service from the moment that I enter the premise. The friendly, helpful and thoughtful front office and concierge staffs differentiate the Regis brand ! Champagne sabering daily is a highlight!
Location is great. Within walking distance to train station and many places of interests. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Polite staff and impeccable service. Valet parking is 3500 JPY per day and you don't need to worry about anything else.
The service crews were top notched. The room was clean and smell good. Toilet was a little old and some doors are light and should build in soft closing. I could door banging noise beside my room. Their additional complimentary services, such as iron pressing was great. Breakfast spread was good and fulfilling too.
The hotel location is great and easy to walk around exploring right in the middle of the city and you will find this gem ramen store open 24/7! The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service. For the price we are paying, I expected much much more from St Regis as I have been accustomed to at other St Regis Hotels. The hotel is beginning to show its age and...

Good location to transport, plenty of eateries options, ample and clean room facilities, friendly customer service team. The hotel does not provide bottled water. Breakfast menu most dishes are repetitive, but sufficient. Will stay here.
Overall a less satisfying stay due to staff communication, especially when they emphasise politeness instead of problem solving when there's any issue. Room is small and compact, location is a distance from nearest station but sheltered, and the next 7-11 isn't 24 hours. Breakfast spread is good but they have a hard stop at 9.30am! Wasn't told about this during check in, only informed that its from...
Had a great stay at this hotel. Location good and easy to find. Place is clean. Hotel staff helpful. I’d recommend this place. Onsen was good.
The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to Kyobashi Station. I've stayed here multiple times. I enjoy the relaxing silk bath, but it was very crowded this time. The hotel offers self check-in. I hope the service staff can improve. Thank you.
I stayed at this hotel in Osaka and honestly, it was very new and amazing especially the location. Located right in the Kyobashi area which you have full access to JR line, Keihan line (goes to Kyoto) and Subway tsurumiryokuchi line (goes straight to Sinsaibashi), made getting around super easy. There are heaps of restaurants right outside that stay open until midnight, so even if you arrive late,...
A little bit of a walk from Kyobashi station - it is connected via a link bridge from West entrance, but it is a maze to find the west entrance in Kyobashi station. At least there is lift and escalator. Kyobashi is a direct local train to Kansai airport - please remember to sit in the first 4 carriages to secure a seat for the ride. Early check-in not possible. No water cooler in lobby. Breakfast...

A large hotel just a few minutes walk from the underground path connecting to multiple transportation options. Luggage storage is available before and after your stay. The breakfast buffet was quite good considering it's just a three star restaurant. Refill for the breakfast items will stop at around 9AM. The room was a little dated and very small. No drinking fountain or water bottles were provided...
Hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good. The onsen is nice. Though the room is a bit small, it's comfortable. Good value for the money.
Room is a bit small. But location is good and provide car park. The hotel has free onsen. Very convenient.
Walking distance to JR osaka. Walk for about 8mins, there is a lift to bring you to basement which leads to osaka Station. Eateries just along the stretch opposite the hotel.
Hotel is clean and has a onsen that’s free to use. Situated in an area which many night life. May feel slightly unsafe for solo female. Otherwise it’s near to Osaka Umeda station.
The location was convenient and close to attractions and public transport, but the vicinity was slightly shabby. The hotel staff were extremely professional and helpful. The room was small, but had everything necessary, apart from an iron.

Day 3 requested for room cleaning, after came back, we noticed that our own lotion appear to have decreased unexpectedly...
Okay, the front desk service was good.
Conveniently located near the train station, and the large public bath is a huge plus – the bubble bath was incredibly relaxing! The room itself was quite spacious and very clean. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!
Bery cozy , nice staff , and comfortable, woild come back and stay more, there is onsen to try ss well Very close to osaka castl
The hotel is small and neat. Just a bit too tiny to manoeuvre luggage if you’ve a big one. Staff are friendly and some of them are English speaking so no problem on communication. But the window blinds are different at different floors so it’s kind of weird and some don’t shield off external light well.
The room was tiny and not soundproof at all. However, the facilities were comprehensive. The lobby offered free iced water and coffee, and there was also a public bath available.

it is a budget hotel. but price was increased we book at the high season. room was very small, so luggage with 28inch could not be freely open…the good thing is they provide beverages and room for eat at the first floor and we can freely drink any coffee, tea, soda, calpis, etc.
I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, the location is close to Dotonbori. this hotel can take unlimited drinks in the dining hall, they have a large dining hall and it can be accessed by anyone staying in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, but the air conditioner gave off a slight smell, which was uncomfortable for my sensitive nose.
great hotel for the price. the rooms are very small, you kinda just get the bed. just the bed, and bathroom. there's not much to it. however, what sets it forward is the service and location. excellent service, with regard to the buffet and amenities. i loved the quiet and laid back pace that this small hotel provided. the location was also wonderfully central. super close to dotonbori, while also...
I had an overall pleasant experience during my stay. Even though I requested a single bed, I received a room with two double beds instead, which was fine with me. However, the most disappointing part came at the end of my stay. The staff member who returned my luggage didn’t speak a single word. The interaction felt completely emotionless, with an extremely blank expression. This stood in stark contrast...
This was an excellent hotel to compared to the one I stayed at near Shinsaibashi a few days ago, this place felt like heaven. Booked two rooms for our summer trip to Japan with the kids – one for my older child and one for me with the younger one. The rooms were quite small, but very clean and hygienic. Great location, and everything else was good too, it's just that the room was tiny!
Easy to get to from the station. Perfectly functional business hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing spacious, but it gets the job done. We don't smoke, but that was the only room type left. It didn't smell of smoke unless you turned on the air conditioning.
The location is very good. It is just two blocks from the Shin osaka station. The room was clean and they have many amenities in the first floor.
Hotel location is convenient for people who travel by metro. Different brands of convenience store around the hotel.
Booked this hotel because of its closeness to Shin Osaka station. And It was right choice! Very convenient to spend a night when you came to Osaka by plane and you need just to crash a bed. They also provide breakfast which is okay: eggs, bakery, potato salad, coffee, juice etc.

Good overnight stay! Bathroom was very clean and although small, they were able to put in a bathtub 😁. Location was great! A lot of restaurants around the area and some were even open til morning which was convenient for is since we arrived around 10pm.
Very convenient location, only a short walk to Dotonbori. The room was comfortable and well-suited for a couple’s stay.
Nice location, easy access to different public transportation
The staff are very friendly; they call a taxi for us and bring me an umbrella on rainy days.
The room was incredibly small with very few amenities. It's within walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Namba, but getting to Universal Studios requires three transfers. There are no convenience stores nearby, and the closest Aeon store doesn't have much to offer.
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. Nice location and breakfast selection A stone throw away to the main shopping street

This hotel is so cool! Rooms are large, bed is comfortable and the amenities are plentiful. My husband and I were shocked at how cool this place was. Everything was also very clean and we actually didn't want to leave to go to our next hotel. We had the best experience.
I stayed here for 4 nights fall of 2025. Large, comfortable, quiet room. Lots of freebies: curry rice, alcohol, ice cream, etc. My only complaint is the room key. They give you a physical, metal key strapped to a huge piece of wood with the room number on it. They do not want you to leave the hotel with this key. So, you have to check it at the front desk before leaving and receive a plastic card ...
Fantastic location, only a few steps away from Dotonbori craziness and Shinsaibashi shopping. The hotel itself is a little oasis, and very much styled in the Bali vibes. Impressed with room size, amenities in room, and also access to free additional things in the lobby, like drinks, ice cream etc. There wasn't really anything to not like about this place and would happily stay there again if I visited...
Much credit has to be given to the staff and management, as they accomodated us after a difficult night in a smoking room. My pregnant wife was thrilled after we were upgraded to a non-smoking room, free of charge. The amenities are endless (free popcorn, drinks, etc.) and the location is top notch, away from the hectic atmosphere of Dotonbori. Would love to stay here again.
Rooms are super clean. Service is top notch. Location is great for downtown fun. Free drinks and snacks with accomodation. They didn't seem to care that we were getting drinks and food even after checking out. Place is not seedy/sketchy/dodgy at all. Feels like a higher scale hotel. This hotel location excellent closed to subway and speed train station widely supported by Japan Government . Also with conveniences shopping malls and restaurants plus hotel buffet breakfast with good coffee and lots of variety.
Great location, but the room facilities are old, there's a strange smell, and it's dimly lit.

The free breakfast was a big deal. Room was nice with a window view and cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Complete amenities. We will enjoy booking here again on future trips..
The free-flowing coffee and soup were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious too. It's a bit noisy every time a train passes, but that's to be expected given the location. The amenities provided were also very helpful!
The free soup provided to guests was not in the pot, so I couldn't drink it. I appreciated the welcome drink. The soundproofing was poor, so I felt it was a bit noisy due to the voices of neighbors, the sound of doors closing, and the sound of trains. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you.
The location is quite close to the Shin Osaka Station. Just going stright from central gate near Starbuck. They provide breakfast and you shall get it early. 24hrs coffee machine free for you.
Free breakfast is provided, but it's very crowded and you have to queue. The room is quite spacious, with a bathtub and a smart toilet; I could easily unfold my 24-inch suitcase. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station.

It's pretty good. It's super close to Shinsaibashi, just one street away, which is really convenient. The subway station is handy too. Downstairs there's a 24-hour ramen shop, and Don Quijote is also very nearby. Perfect!
The Japanese here are comically disorganized. The hotel sign was only in Katakana, with no Kanji or English.
