The surroundings are great, shopping is convenient, and there's a wide variety of food options. The hotel is cozy with excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet, combined with a la carte options, was delicious!

I’m a usual customer of Regis Osaka, thanks to its excellent service from the moment that I enter the premise. The friendly, helpful and thoughtful front office and concierge staffs differentiate the Regis brand ! Champagne sabering daily is a highlight!

Location is great. Within walking distance to train station and many places of interests. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Polite staff and impeccable service. Valet parking is 3500 JPY per day and you don't need to worry about anything else.

The service crews were top notched. The room was clean and smell good. Toilet was a little old and some doors are light and should build in soft closing. I could door banging noise beside my room. Their additional complimentary services, such as iron pressing was great. Breakfast spread was good and fulfilling too.

The hotel location is great and easy to walk around exploring right in the middle of the city and you will find this gem ramen store open 24/7! The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service. The hotel is small and neat. Just a bit too tiny to manoeuvre luggage if you’ve a big one. Staff are friendly and some of them are English speaking so no problem on communication. But the window blinds are different at different floors so it’s kind of weird and some don’t shield off external light well.

The room was tiny and not soundproof at all. However, the facilities were comprehensive. The lobby offered free iced water and coffee, and there was also a public bath available.

Easy to get to from the station. Perfectly functional business hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing spacious, but it gets the job done. We don't smoke, but that was the only room type left. It didn't smell of smoke unless you turned on the air conditioning.

Booked this hotel because of its closeness to Shin Osaka station. And It was right choice! Very convenient to spend a night when you came to Osaka by plane and you need just to crash a bed. They also provide breakfast which is okay: eggs, bakery, potato salad, coffee, juice etc.

Good overnight stay! Bathroom was very clean and although small, they were able to put in a bathtub 😁. Location was great! A lot of restaurants around the area and some were even open til morning which was convenient for is since we arrived around 10pm.

Much credit has to be given to the staff and management, as they accomodated us after a difficult night in a smoking room. My pregnant wife was thrilled after we were upgraded to a non-smoking room, free of charge. This is my second time staying here. It's very convenient as it's close to both Shin-Osaka Station and Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station. The price is reasonable and I'm happy that breakfast is included. So I'd like to stay here again.

Spent the weekend here with my wife and two daughters (5 and 9). We all had such and amazing time and the girls loved the bunk bed. One of the coolest hotels we have stayed at in mainland Japan and would definitely return!

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to Honmachi subway station, and exit 5 leads directly to a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. The Honmachi area is also very quiet on holidays. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and they even offer complimentary drinks and instant noodles for a late-night snack, which is a wonderful touch!

Hotel is near Honmachi station exit.5 but this exit will close in weekend and weekdays after 9 PM. You have to use exit.4 instead. Cleaning is everyday that’s good. 👍 The lactation is not near the shopping center like Shinsaibashi or Namba but is very good for use Holiday in peace.
