The room is very spacious considering the location. The hotel is conveniently connected to a train station with multiple lines, which makes traveling around the city very easy.

Coming directly from Tokyo Station, you can access the hotel's exclusive elevator via the Marunouchi underground passage, which saves you the hassle of crossing streets above ground. Being on a high floor, the view of Tokyo Station with its busy trains passing by is quite spectacular. The room is small but exquisite, typical of Tokyo style. Breakfast was relatively simple, and at 2500 JPY for a child, it felt a bit overpriced.

Enjoyed our short stay the night before our bullet train to Kyoto early the next day, which the location was perfect for. The rooms were a combination of new and traditional, which was extremely comforting. The view over Tokyo station was also great!

I really love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, right by the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station, just across the traffic light. It's also very close to the Imperial Palace, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. This time, I noticed some changes: the twin beds were wider, and the 8th-floor breakfast is now entirely self-service.

The location is great, very convenient if you need to switch cities as it's easy to catch the Shinkansen from here. Plus, Ichibancho has tons of delicious food! It's also super close to Ginza, just one stop away.

Very convenient location. All the way underground from train station to hotel. Will definitely come back to this hotel in the future when visiting Tokyo

The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are new and very clean, and the staff are friendly with incredibly prompt service. Downstairs, you'll find the Oazo shopping mall, and you can access Tokyo Station directly from B1 without needing an umbrella, even on rainy days. It's super convenient.

Overall, I was very satisfied. It's super convenient to buy things and find food nearby, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. I had a comfortable stay. My only minor gripes are that it felt a bit smaller than the online listed area, and although there are multiple subway lines, it's still an 8-9 minute walk to the station.

Spacious room and bathroom for one person. Great view of Tokyo Station and the trains coming and going. Quiet room but if you are bothered by train noises, you may want to request room on the Marunouchi side of the hotel. Staff were friendly amd helpful, giving me detailed info on the airport bus upoj request. Hotel laundry was also returned promptly.
