Rooms were clean and the size is similar to other hotels in Tokyo in this price range. The front desk staff were very helpful! The location is also conveniently close to multiple stations.

While our stay on October 19-22, 2024, was largely pleasant, our initial experience upon arrival was unfortunately marred by a less-than-ideal interaction with the front desk.
As part of a tour group, we arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled check-in time. Wishing to store our luggage, we approached the reception desk, staffed by two women. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a language barrier and a misunderstanding of our request. Despite our efforts to explain our situation, the receptionists persisted in asking if my friend and I would be sharing a room. As we were not accompanied by our tour guide, we were unable to provide a definitive answer.
While this initial experience was disappointing, it's important to note that the remainder of our stay was quite enjoyable. The other staff members we encountered were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service.
It's unfortunate that a single interaction can cast a shadow over an otherwise positive stay. We hope that future guests won't encounter similar issues and that the hotel can improve its staff training to ensure a seamless check-in process for all visitors.

comfortable western style hotel. Great amenities and large sized room. Toilet is extremely well fitted. Only downside it's slightly far from akihabara station, and a decent walk from the other 2. Has a 24hr supermarket close by and a convenience store right downstairs

Room: smaller than expected. Need to close up suitcase if you have more than one suitcase in the room. The windows are not as big as in the picture, and there is no view to speak of. 🟢
Cleanliness: overall clean and tidy room. However we found a dirty sock in one of the drawers next to the kettle. 🟡
Location: easy access to Akihabara station and Okachimachi station. Good choices of restaurants near both stations. Convenience store nearby (Lawson, 7-11) 🟢

Rooms small but clean and well-maintained. Friendly, professional staff. Close to Akihabara and markets. Close to train stations. Great value!

Nice location perfectly nestling between Akihabara & Ueno. My room was large enough not to stumble over my suitcase, a huge comfortable bed & not too noise from adjoining rooms.
Friendly checkin, housekeeping & breakfast service staff.
Breakfast incl. a bit small selection but choice of three main dishes.
TV is very limited, Internet connecting easy.
Bathroom is small but functional.
Good Cospa for being in the middle of Tokyo.

The staff were all very polite, and they are able to communicate in english as well. I booked a superior twin room, it's small but definitely worth the price. There's a small fridge and ample space to hang your clothes. The check in process was also very smooth too.
