The room's decor is a bit on the dark side, but the cleanliness and maintenance are quite good. The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall right downstairs. My friend's room even had a view of Tokyo Tower.

For a hotel that's around 20 years old, the cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations. The only thing that could be improved is the Spa closing at 10 PM; this feels unreasonable given guests' typical routines.

A great hotel in the heart of Roppongi and the international districts of Azabu Juban and Hiroo. Also attached to Roppongi Hills. Outstanding service. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Misleading room type - Paid for view but got nothing
Booked and paid extra for "Panoramic Ocean View Room"but was assigned a standard room facing parking lot. Didn't raise immediately due to late check-in, but this is unacceptable. Requesting partial refund for the price difference or a future stay compensation.

Room was well maintained and dated for a hotel that has been open for a long time. The hotel itself is huge with over 7 restaurants. Had a room with the Tokyo tower view which was a plus. Breakfast at the French kitchen was good but small considering the size of the hotel.
