THE AOYAMA GRAND HOTEL in Tokyo

The room was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located within walking distance to Omotesando. However, the garden room had very poor lighting, with the window facing a small, courtyard-like garden, making the room feel a bit damp.

It was totally wonderful experience and awesome moment there.

My stay at THE AOYAMA GRAND HOTEL was excellent overall. The service was professional, attentive, and discreet, making the entire experience feel refined without being stiff. The staff were helpful from check-in to departure and handled requests efficiently. The free private black van to the airport was a nice touch as well.
The facilities are modern and thoughtfully designed, blending contemporary luxury with a subtle Japanese aesthetic. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with high-quality materials and a calm atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day.
The location in Aoyama is another strong advantage—quiet, upscale, yet very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Tokyo. Overall, this is a hotel I would gladly return to and recommend to travelers looking for a stylish, well-run boutique luxury stay in Tokyo.

The room is too small for the daily price, easy to get to, and parking is difficult if you rent a car.

We booked a suite, and the room was very spacious and beautiful. Japanese hotels are truly excellent when it comes to details; they've prepared everything you could possibly think of, and even things you wouldn't expect. Lots of little surprises, including a free mini-bar every day, packed with a wide variety of items – not just drinks and snacks, but various alcoholic beverages too.

Suites also include complimentary round-trip airport transfer service. The Alphard was definitely comfortable.

The hotel's front desk is combined with a small bar. It's a bit cramped and noisy, but it also has a unique charm.

The downside is that our room faced a main road. Although the view was great, every night there were many street racers roaring down the road, making a lot of noise. You could hear it very clearly inside the room. It was my first time realizing Tokyo had so many street racers!

Overall, though, it was excellent. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel. The service was top notch (need a reservation at a top sushi place with an hour’s notice? Text them on WhatsApp and voila Michelin Star reservation. Need a taxi to an activity? Booked and waiting for you. Luggage forwarding? Handled). Not to mention the restaurants in the hotel were fabulous. Would recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo.

Spend relaxing time in a quiet room and have dinner at the restaurant in the same hotel. I could refresh my body and mind when I was tired from work. The location is very convenient and the check-out time is quite late, so you can start with a little work. I want to come again!
