Payed extra to get the view (totally worth it), otherwise the room wS teeny tiny, dusty and humid. Honestly, I do get the environmental issue, yet it could be better with the cleaning situation

Close to Haneda Airport and a 5-10 minute walk from several train lines. The area is quiet, and the nearest convenience store is about a 3-minute walk away. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, which is a common issue with accommodations in Tokyo.

This is right in between a 3 - 4 star in terms of hotels. If you’re a business traveler looking for a place to rest your head, charge your electronics, before moving on to your next meetings? Perfect. For a holiday though, where you might be spending it with family or friends, I think with enough planning and preparation you might find somewhere better value.

The people are really nice, and they definitely go above and beyond to try and accommodate foreign travelers.

One big problem is a lack of wi-fi and strong power outlets. Combined with a not very strong air conditioning system, and it’s an average nights sleep. Thankfully though, the room is cleaned to a Japanese standard (spotless).

In conclusion? 1 - 3 nights for work? Come here, you’ll be fine, you’ll save money, and it’s close enough to food that you will be satisfied when your head hits the bed at night. Anything more, and it’ll definitely start getting on your nerves.

Great location, convenient for the airport and city center.

Facilities: Standard, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was unique enough and definitely filling.

Cleanliness: Very clean everywhere, except for a slight odor in the toilet.

Service: Very attentive service. The subway is just a short walk away. Tokyo Tower is nearby, and I was pleasantly surprised to be given a room with a view of Tokyo Tower during my last-minute stay!

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND; WILL COME BACK AGAIN !!!!

Room was clean and reasonably sized for a Japanese business hotel, but there were no electrical outlets near the beds. There was one direct USB plug in on each headboard but they were broken on both beds. Also the trains are really loud which can make sleeping difficult.

I booked this place for a cheap one night stay before taking the monorail to HND, and it should be perfectly fine if you are on a tight budget, but I think it's definitely worth spending a few thousand more yen to stay at another hotel that isn't quite as run down.

A nice, small, charming hotel in a convenient location, close to several metro and train stations. The staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. Mini toiletries and evening drinks are a bonus. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the service. The room is tiny, fine for one person; it might be difficult for two to separate, but it's fine for an overnight stay. Overall, it's clean; there are some minor imperfections in hard-to-reach areas, but nothing major. Everything was great, thank you!

Its located in a quite place. So, its super okay for me.
The room is not big, but not small either. Just perfect for two persons (i took the twin room btw).
The TV installed with netflix, so you wont be bored.
