The hotel is conveniently located—within walking distance of several metro stations. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, but it's about a 10-minute walk, so we had a hard time finding them. There's a supermarket nearby. The rooms are large for Japan, with a large bed and separate bathroom and toilet. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there is a coffee machine in the room. The staff speaks very little English, but they use a translator and try to help with any questions.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when staying here as there weren’t many reviews, but we absolutely loved it. It was in a good location and the front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. Loved the little extra toiletries that were provided. Would highly recommend staying here.

We like the area - quiet, calm, a large selection of inexpensive restaurants. You can get from Haneda Airport directly by subway, and a limousine bus goes to Narita every half hour. Several subway stations are nearby, you can easily get to the sights of Tokyo. The hotel itself is very comfortable - a warm attitude, spacious rooms, a large comfortable shower and washbasin, there is everything necessary for a traveler and even more (for example, for girls there is a cosmetic set with face masks and other cute things), there is breakfast - they bring it to the room

Wonderful staff, very clean rooms, and delicious breakfast!

I made a reservation one month ago and used it for sightseeing with my friends.

The older sister at the reception was very nice and I had a good time.
The room we stayed in was generally smaller than the one seen in the photo, but it feels calm and is especially recommended for couples.
I personally had a lot of amenities, so I was happy.
If I had the opportunity again, I definitely wanted to stay again.

Thank you to all of our staff at Hotel Crest for providing such a good time.

The female clerk who has been working here for years is the best! The bed and mattresses are nice and the rooms are fashionable ♪ The amenities are nice and I have been waiting for you from time to time. A woman is not afraid to stay alone.
