Stayed for 4 days.
The place is accessible esp.for shopping, transportation including transfers and some local restaurants. Theres also convenient stores nearby. No complains to be honest. Staff are very respectful and attentive (receptionists and housekeepers).
Overall it was a very satisfactory experience. Keep up the good work!

Great place to stay,right across the street is Ginza Mall,and close to subway station, and very clean

This hotel is right in the heart of Ginza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk to Shimbashi Station, and there are also subway lines nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. The room was exceptionally clean, and for less than 400 yuan in such a prime location, the room was surprisingly spacious – enough to open two suitcases without a problem. Disposable slippers were provided. The bathroom was a good size, and I really appreciated the detail of the stepping mat at the entrance 👍. The toilet paper wasn't the cheap kind, which was a nice touch! The front desk and cleaning staff were all very friendly. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, and it offers great value for money. Check-in is self-service, which is very handy. Although the room is small, it has everything you need – well-equipped, clean, and tidy. Overall, it was a very good experience.

An average hotel, good for a transit stay. The environment and hygiene are both good. It's located in Ginza, about a 10-minute walk from where the bus drops you off coming from Narita Airport. It's even closer to Shimbashi Station, making it convenient for JR connections.

The location is quite convenient, and the room was clean and tidy. I chose the deluxe king room. It felt a bit more spacious than the 11 sqm room I stayed in before. While a large suitcase might still be a tight fit, for a solo traveler, this space is quite economical and comfortable.

Pros: Great location, right next to Don Quijote, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Mitsukoshi, Ginza Six, etc.
Cons: The bathroom was EXTREMELY smelly!!! There was a very strong sewer odor. When we reported it to the front desk, they offered no apology, only saying there were no other rooms available. They sent a staff member to our room, and their solution was to spray perfume down the drain!!!! The soundproofing was very poor, and the bed creaked every time someone sat on it.
This is my first negative review on Trip.com. If you only care about a good location and are used to a smelly toilet at home, then I recommend booking this place.

Every time I come to Tokyo, I stay at this hotel. I've stayed here over 10 times already.
The location is great, right next to Ginza, and the room rates are reasonable.
I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.
