comfy beds/blankets, had basics (small towel, shampoo/body wash). we were on the 3rd floor and it was a bit tricky to haul all our luggage up the narrow stairs, so be aware that there’s no elevator.
there is a water jug/kettle/microwave is on each floor. No cups, so bring your own!
the hosts graciously let us check out late (my brain is completely fried from all the different places we’ve stayed at in Japan, and I remembered the check out time incorrectly), without a late fee. That was very nice of them (please do not check out late!!!!!)
loved the lounge with all the guitars to play on, wish I had more time to do that! Side B also has a bass guitar and a digital piano!

Great value for the money!
Nice little hotel, nicely renovated, great staff!
Cons:
The towels are very small, really! And they don't change them.
The rooms are also small, there's absolutely no space.
But, again, for the price, you definitely won't find better!
I recommend it!

The hotel pleasantly surprised us: it is located close to transport hubs and stops, the room is quiet, the staff is not intrusive (the latter is especially nice 😊). The rooms are small, but you don't need more for relaxation. The room has towels, a hair dryer and, most importantly, air conditioning! We definitely recommend visiting for a short trip 🌸

The price is pretty good for Tokyo. It's great to have a supermarket nearby. It's a little far from the subway station, so it's more convenient to take the bus. The mattress in the room I stayed in was very unstable, so you can't sleep on the edge. I accidentally fell off the bed one morning. There was a handle on the wall for some reason, so the mattress couldn't get close to the wall, but it was really okay. The room uses a key system, which I think is good, so that the refrigerator will not be cut off when the room card is not used. Finally, I think the location of the socket is a bit bad, and the table in the room is a bit small. There is no chair and you can only sit on the bed, but for the cheap price to survive in Tokyo, all this is okay.

Good option. We were looking for the cheapest accommodation. The location is not bad, the metro station is not far. There are many grocery stores and convenience stores nearby. Responsive staff. There is hot water, a clean toilet, the room has a refrigerator, a mirror, a hair dryer. As a budget option, it is generally fine.

Facilities: Very old, the toilet on the third floor has a mixture of fermented feces and urine smell;
Hygiene: The hygiene situation is very worrying, and you may get a respiratory infection if you stay for one more day;
Environment: The air conditioner blows out substances similar to volcanic ash, which is very strange, and the table is full of black dust;
Service: The store's service attitude is good, but on the first day, because I encountered a dusty room, I was only given a room change on the second day instead of a refund for the next few days.
Summary: It's worse than the slums I lived in in Egypt. If you want a good travel experience, it's best not to live here.

Cheap, beautiful, 10 minutes from Sento MRT station, nice view, great location
Everything is nearby and very convenient

A little dirty, the air conditioning seems to have not clean for a long time, open the moment blowing out a lot of dust. In addition, there is a peculiar smell in the corridor of the third floor, as if it is coming from the toilet. The room is small enough, and very, very unsoundproof! The voice of the next door was heard clearly. But you get what you pay for.

It was terrible. The toilet and shower were dirty and there was not enough space to change. Ventilation was bad. We booked a twin room and the upper part of the bunk bed was so dusty that I coughed the whole night and couldn't sleep. Had to rebook another hotel last minute and go elsewhere.
