Tokyo Marriott Hotel, Tokyo1 / 28
8.1
Tokyo, 4 Chome-7-36 Kitashinagawa, Sinagava, 140-0001 Tokio, Yaponiya (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Super hotel. Very nice club lounge. Nice cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the evening. Great views on higher floors. Superb breakfast buffet with international specialties. Helpful staff. Walkable from Metro and train station, but shuttle available.
I've stayed here a few times and also visited others staying here, so I've been quite familiar with the property over the years. It's an excellent location for access to Haneda Airport and also Tokyo's Yamanote Line and the Shinkansen network. We booked a standard King and although the room was quite compact, it had everything you would expect at a Marriott hotel. The TV in particular is a large new...
The only disappointment was that there was no lounge on the upper floors.
The hotel room is relatively large, the breakfast is very good, the location is also good, there is a shuttle bus to Shinagawa Station
Breakfast: The salad was fresh and the rice was delicious and satisfying.
The hotel facilities are good, and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to Shinagawa Subway Station, which is very convenient. There are not many commercial shopping nearby. The hotel is right next to a beautiful park. There is also a FamilyMart convenience store inside the hotel, which is very convenient. The facilities and room size are better than other hotels in Tokyo.

Tokyo, Koto-ku, Toyosu 2-2-1, Koto, 135-0061 Tokio, Yaponiya (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This is a very new hotel with beautiful views of Tokyo Bay. The large public bath is a great way to unwind after a long day. Breakfast exceeded my expectations; you can even order a main dish and it's available until 11 am, so you don't have to rush – it can even be a brunch! The hotel is right above Toyosu Station and Lalaport, making dining and transportation incredibly convenient. Highly recommended
Super convenient! There's an airport shuttle service, but just a heads-up that after 10:30 AM, the next shuttle isn't until 1:30 PM, as they take a lunch break. It's really easy to get everywhere by subway, and the area is pretty quiet with nice views. Plus, there's a mall nearby with an amazing vegetarian restaurant!
Location is wonderful - 20 mins from Haneda Airport and 1 hour from Narita by airport bus Amazing views of Toyosu from the room Toyosu metro station is right below the hotel
Extremely satisfied! 👍 I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this hotel is. The lobby offers a beautiful night view, the shower was very comfortable and relaxing, and the breakfast was top-notch in both taste and service. All for a reasonable price!
This hotel is excellent! 👍 The lobby and rooms offer beautiful views, with the Tokyo Tower 🗼 clearly visible. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, and the service is warm, thoughtful, and meticulous.
The 36th-floor lobby offers absolutely stunning panoramic views from its floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking Tokyo Bay. By day, you can see the Skytree and Rainbow Bridge, and at night, the city lights up beautifully—it's perfect for taking amazing photos. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were comprehensive. The ReFa beauty shower was a fantastic experience

The lobby lounge has a fantastic ambiance, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering views of Tokyo Tower. I stayed there and had drinks in the lounge both nights. It was a really great experience, and I hope to visit again.
Excellent service, location, style, delicious breakfast with view on tokyo tower.
Facilities: Well-equipped Cleanliness: Spotless I always stay at this hotel for business trips, so I'm very familiar with it. The facilities are comprehensive, and the transportation is convenient. It's definitely worth recommending. The surrounding area is also great, with plenty of dining options.
Stunning view! The tokyo tower is just next to us. The staffs are nice. I leaved the note it's my birthday celebration then they gave me a birthday cake. Really appreciated! 10/10 for here.
EDITION never let me down!! This is a trendy, very happening yet home-like stay for me as always — I was greeted upon check-in by a super friendly lady who’s very thoughtful and attentive (I recall her name starts with P?). The room is spacious and the huge terrace comes with spectacular view of Tokyo Tower. The in-room dining QR scanning system is a great feature too - can order a good selection...
The pagoda-view room I booked was absolutely breathtaking! The in-room dining was also delicious. I was completely satisfied with everything and would definitely come back again!

Tokyo, 1 Chome-6-3 Marunouchi, Tiyoda, 100-0005 Tokio, Yaponiya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The room is very spacious considering the location. The hotel is conveniently connected to a train station with multiple lines, which makes traveling around the city very easy. Every day of my stay truly felt like coming home. It was a very warm and comfortable experience.
Coming directly from Tokyo Station, you can access the hotel's exclusive elevator via the Marunouchi underground passage, which saves you the hassle of crossing streets above ground. Being on a high floor, the view of Tokyo Station with its busy trains passing by is quite spectacular. The room is small but exquisite, typical of Tokyo style. Breakfast was relatively simple, and at 2500 JPY for a child...
Enjoyed our short stay the night before our bullet train to Kyoto early the next day, which the location was perfect for. The rooms were a combination of new and traditional, which was extremely comforting. The view over Tokyo station was also great!
I really love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, right by the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station, just across the traffic light. It's also very close to the Imperial Palace, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. This time, I noticed some changes: the twin beds were wider, and the 8th-floor breakfast is now entirely self-service
Good location. Big bed. Can see the whole Tokyo Station tracks from window yet still quiet inside the room. Good amenities.
The location is great, very convenient if you need to switch cities as it's easy to catch the Shinkansen from here. Plus, Ichibancho has tons of delicious food! It's also super close to Ginza, just one stop away.

For Japan, the room size is quite generous. It's close to the station, making travel convenient. You can walk to various restaurants and shops, and it's also easy to get to the city center.
Customer services can make more improvement
Everything was great except for the slightly small room. I especially loved the design of the atrium and the entrance to the mall – it was very atmospheric and relaxing. The front desk service was also very friendly, and breakfast was good.
The room was better than expected, the breakfast was extensive, and the transportation was convenient. From the Shinkansen exit at Shinagawa Station, turn right and walk about 100 meters across the pedestrian bridge to the building entrance. Take the elevator from the end of the corridor up to the hotel lobby!
A true five-star hotel. Pros: Convenient location, just a five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station via a skybridge. The facilities are new, the rooms are spacious (for Japan), clean, and the service is excellent. Drinks in the minibar are complimentary, and you can check out at 12 PM or even a bit later. The price is a little on the higher side. Minor drawbacks: The bathroom sink area is a bit small...

I chose this hotel for my two-day trip to Tokyo Disney. The hotel and rooms are spacious, and it's very convenient to get to Disney with their shuttle bus service. It's also just a 2-minute walk from Shin-Urayasu Station.
Overall, the service was good. The room was spacious, and the shuttle bus to and from Disneyland was very convenient, taking about 15 minutes. The only downside was that the airport shuttle bus doesn't stop directly at the hotel, only near the Sheraton and a few other hotels in that area.
Great location. Close to station and Aeon mall and Atre shops. Free shuttle to Disneyland and Disneysea. Good sized family room. Highly recommended
Service is excellent&attitude is good
This hotel isn't far from Tokyo Disneyland and offers a shuttle bus, making it great value for money compared to other options. We visited both Disney parks over two days and were able to go back to the hotel to rest in between. The triple room we booked was very comfortable, with individual beds for each person and enough space to open our suitcases, which is quite large for Japan where space is at...
The location is fantastic, right outside a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. I'd give it five stars just for that. There's also an Aeon mall nearby, which is very affordable. Disney is just one subway stop away, and the hotel even offers a shuttle service.

Excellent stay and great location. Breakfast is 24 hours available.
The hallmark of a truly great hotel is not the absence of issues, but the excellence with which they are resolved. Was looking forward to experience the much-talked-about renovated Tokyo Park Hyatt, but was disappointed to discover nothing new, perhaps just refurbishments ! The standard of Hyatt staff service is excellent as before, this time was very impressed the Executive Assistant Manager paid personal attention ! Overall, rooms are average but room rates are charged too high !
The service is very average, the environment is good except for the night view, the price is too expensive, there are very few Chinese services, and they don't pay attention to Chinese tourists.
1. After the epidemic, hotel prices in Tokyo are really scary. 2. I stayed here once before on a business trip. This time, I felt that the overall service quality was not as good as before. The staff did not greet you when you met at the elevator entrance. I wonder if the hotel leadership is so arrogant. The so-called Japanese service is also worrisome. The quality of staff varies. 3. The reservation...
Check out the same hotel in "Lost in Translation". It has been open for 30 years. It still has a full sense of design and warm and thoughtful Japanese service. I like it very much and look forward to reopening it after renovation next year.
The service can be said to be the ceiling of the industry, meticulous and thoughtful without leaving any trace. I stayed in the hotel for a long time. I often drank tea and drank in the room and looked at the scenery, but I never saw the cleaning staff. However, they cleaned up twice a day. Very detailed. There are several staff in the restaurant who can speak Chinese, and communication is very convenient...
Needless to say, let’s catch up on the memories before the renovation. The details and aesthetics are still great. The facilities and furniture are nothing to say for a hotel that has been open for 30 years. It will be temporarily closed for renovation in May 2024. Looking forward to a new life!

Excellent location! Right in the Ginza district, with a subway station nearby. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and there are tons of great restaurants in the area.
We had a wonderful family trip staying at The Gate Hotel Tokyo by Hulic. The location in Ginza is absolutely unbeatable — easy access to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The views were stunning, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay...
This hotel is quite new and situated in the absolute heart of Ginza. The design and decor are really on point. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Ginza, perfect for a short stay in Tokyo. It's great for shopping and close to everything. The room was small, and there was construction noise nearby starting early in the morning.
Few times I stay here but this round they give me a smaller room, after complain then they arrange another room for me. Trying to convince me to accept the smaller room until I show them last few time the room I stay then only accept my request
The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of Ginza, making it super convenient for taxis and late-night snacks. The only issue was the construction site right next door; they started drilling at 8 AM, which was a real pain.
The location is superb, right in the heart of Ginza as soon as you step out of the hotel. Everything else was pretty good, the only minor complaint I have is that the cleanliness could be improved.
Cleanliness: Spotless Ambiance: Stylish and minimalist Ambiance: Elegant Service: Warm and welcoming
Love the interior of the hotel. The vibrant colour found at each floor, the colour at the lobby lounge...  The area reserve for hotel guest at the lobby level is thoughtful and comfortable. The classic pac man and Space invader station is so classic and free!  Location wise is perfect.

It's located right above Tokyo Station, which is both bustling and convenient. While Daimaru department store is next door, I found the shops within the station to be more than enough to explore.

Every staff member was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The room's ceiling height is a rare luxury for Japan, and the breakfast was abundant, offering a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel's attention to detail is exquisite.
Our favourite hotel in the Tokyo Area. Stayed here numerous times over the years. Very conveniently located right on top of Tokyo Station, makes it easy to travel anywhere. Breakfast has a good selection of both Japanese & Western cuisine, and served up in the pleasant Atrium. Service is good as usual, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff.

We recently stayed at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi and had a very pleasant experience. The area is quiet and charming, making it a peaceful place to stay. Check-in was smooth, and the service was excellent especially thoughtful was the way they surprised our daughter with complimentary sweets and gifts. The room was comfortable overall, though the shower box in the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner....
For a Japanese hotel, the room was quite spacious. The location was also great, not far from the subway station, and there's a supermarket and convenience store right outside. The area is surrounded by office buildings, so you see a lot of busy workers. There are also many izakayas nearby, which gave me a glimpse into Japanese after-work life. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo
A relatively quiet place, not as noisy as Shinjuku.
Good value. Location is more convenient than you think.

The closet is too narrow to hang oversized coats, especially when in winter! Kitchen isn’t well facilitated with only one microwave, no idea how to cook! No luggage rack, no shoe brush
Excellent location, but the rooms are just average and the service is terrible. The listed facilities are inaccurate. It's rare for me to leave a bad review, but this one deserves it.
An absolutely top-tier hotel experience in Tokyo! The location is incredibly central, right by the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station, placing it in the heart of the city's most bustling and modern business district. The hotel rooms are incredibly spacious, and we even got upgraded to a suite, which made for a fantastic stay.
The hotel made a mistake during check-in, which led to a lengthy discussion before I could finally get settled. They did upgrade my room, which was very spacious, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, no one at the front desk offered to help with my luggage.
I've always been a loyal fan of Ascott, but the Ascott Tokyo really left me speechless. Upon check-in, we were informed that the entire building would have a power outage on our last day, meaning all guests had to vacate their rooms before noon. A wonderful hotel, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in
Facilities: You can tell the room was recently renovated with a lovely wooden Japanese aesthetic. The warm yellow light strip along the window really brightens up the entire space. Cleanliness: Unfortunately, there were beard trimmings from the previous guest in the bathroom...

Second time staying at this hotel and I loved our experience. The room is very spacious and bed is comfortable. And also the view of the Tokyo tower is stunning! The hotel is perfectly located with Lawson just downstairs, Nihonbashi station on the left and Ginza station just 10 minutes away on foot.
This Tokyo hotel is on the larger side, with relatively new facilities and good service. There are many Western guests, and the hotel has very convenient subway access. Using the hotel's dining area, you can get an amazing, close-up view of Tokyo Tower.
Great locationc, good room size and comfortable beds
Amazing hotel! Very good location, the staff is very nice, the rooms are super clean and new. We will stay here again!
Everything was perfect at first — the room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, around 2:30 AM, it became very noisy. I could hear people shouting, drunk guests screaming, and cars honking outside. It was quite disturbing and made it hard to sleep. Such a pity, as it could have been a perfect stay otherwise.
