This is a very new hotel with beautiful views of Tokyo Bay. The large public bath is a great way to unwind after a long day. Breakfast exceeded my expectations; you can even order a main dish and it's available until 11 am, so you don't have to rush – it can even be a brunch! The hotel is right above Toyosu Station and Lalaport, making dining and transportation incredibly convenient. Highly recommended

Super convenient! There's an airport shuttle service, but just a heads-up that after 10:30 AM, the next shuttle isn't until 1:30 PM, as they take a lunch break. It's really easy to get everywhere by subway, and the area is pretty quiet with nice views. Plus, there's a mall nearby with an amazing vegetarian restaurant!

The lobby lounge has a fantastic ambiance, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering views of Tokyo Tower. I stayed there and had drinks in the lounge both nights. It was a really great experience, and I hope to visit again.

I really love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, right by the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station, just across the traffic light. For Japan, the room size is quite generous. It's close to the station, making travel convenient. You can walk to various restaurants and shops, and it's also easy to get to the city center.

Customer services can make more improvement

Everything was great except for the slightly small room. I especially loved the design of the atrium and the entrance to the mall – it was very atmospheric and relaxing. The front desk service was also very friendly, and breakfast was good.

The room was better than expected, the breakfast was extensive, and the transportation was convenient. From the Shinkansen exit at Shinagawa Station, turn right and walk about 100 meters across the pedestrian bridge to the building entrance. Take the elevator from the end of the corridor up to the hotel lobby!

I chose this hotel for my two-day trip to Tokyo Disney. The hotel and rooms are spacious, and it's very convenient to get to Disney with their shuttle bus service. It's also just a 2-minute walk from Shin-Urayasu Station.

Overall, the service was good. The room was spacious, and the shuttle bus to and from Disneyland was very convenient, taking about 15 minutes. The only downside was that the airport shuttle bus doesn't stop directly at the hotel, only near the Sheraton and a few other hotels in that area.

Was looking forward to experience the much-talked-about renovated Tokyo Park Hyatt, but was disappointed to discover nothing new, perhaps just refurbishments ! The standard of Hyatt staff service is excellent as before, this time was very impressed the Executive Assistant Manager paid personal attention ! Overall, rooms are average but room rates are charged too high !

Few times I stay here but this round they give me a smaller room, after complain then they arrange another room for me. Trying to convince me to accept the smaller room until I show them last few time the room I stay then only accept my request

The Tokyo Station Hotel is incredibly historic, built in 1915. The service is excellent, and the hotel itself is stunning from every angle, day or night. It's located right above Tokyo Station, which is both bustling and convenient. While Daimaru department store is next door, I found the shops within the station to be more than enough to explore.

Our favourite hotel in the Tokyo Area. Stayed here numerous times over the years. Very conveniently located right on top of Tokyo Station, makes it easy to travel anywhere. For a Japanese hotel, the room was quite spacious. The location was also great, not far from the subway station, and there's a supermarket and convenience store right outside. The area is surrounded by office buildings, so you see a lot of busy workers. There are also many izakayas nearby, which gave me a glimpse into Japanese after-work life. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo

An absolutely top-tier hotel experience in Tokyo! The location is incredibly central, right by the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station, placing it in the heart of the city's most bustling and modern business district. The hotel rooms are incredibly spacious, and we even got upgraded to a suite, which made for a fantastic stay.

The hotel made a mistake during check-in, which led to a lengthy discussion before I could finally get settled. They did upgrade my room, which was very spacious, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, no one at the front desk offered to help with my luggage.

I've always been a loyal fan of Ascott, but the Ascott Tokyo really left me speechless. Upon check-in, we were informed that the entire building would have a power outage on our last day, meaning all guests had to vacate their rooms before noon. Second time staying at this hotel and I loved our experience. The room is very spacious and bed is comfortable. And also the view of the Tokyo tower is stunning! The hotel is perfectly located with Lawson just downstairs, Nihonbashi station on the left and Ginza station just 10 minutes away on foot.

This Tokyo hotel is on the larger side, with relatively new facilities and good service. There are many Western guests, and the hotel has very convenient subway access. Using the hotel's dining area, you can get an amazing, close-up view of Tokyo Tower.

Everything was perfect at first — the room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, around 2:30 AM, it became very noisy. I could hear people shouting, drunk guests screaming, and cars honking outside. It was quite disturbing and made it hard to sleep. Such a pity, as it could have been a perfect stay otherwise.

This hotel is a must-stay when in Japan. It's incredibly convenient for business and transportation, just a 5-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. Plus, there are so many great restaurants nearby! And of course, the hotel's service is always top-notch 😀
