10 minutes walk away from the subway station, bus stop just in front. Trains station not too far.
Older building in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Right beside multiple bus stops that go directly to Asakusa and Ueno lines. Of course it's kept flawlessly clean, and there is a private bath option you can book in advance at front desk.

The bunk bed I slept on was really wobbly, which made it hard to fall asleep. The space underneath was tiny; I couldn't even sit up straight in a chair. Plus, the price doubles on weekends compared to weekdays.

Hygiene: The hallways were cleaned daily. The toilet and bathroom were consistently spotless.
Environment: There's a supermarket and convenience store downstairs, which is quite convenient.
Facilities: The floorboards creaked a bit, but it wasn't a major issue. The bed was very soft.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and resolved any problems promptly.

Ive stayed at Juyoh Hotel a couple times now and each time have been a pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are fine given the price. I dont mind the area, being in a much quieter neighbourhood of Tokyo but easily walkable to the center of Asakusa and Taito City. There are two nearby trainstations so the area is well connected, but it is a fairly long commute to areas such as Shinjuku. If you're travelling on a budget and dont mind a little extra travel time, this is a great spot.

Convenient location. Tokyo Skytree is a 40-minute walk away. The bus stop is located at the entrance to the hotel.

Stayed in a small room.Wifi not stable and got disconnected easily. Station around 10-15 min walk away.

The location is nice: good supermarkets around, not so far there is a local place with very tasty ramen. Good park nearby, nice view of Tokyo tower from the balcony in the top floor, cosy smoking place on the first floor. Asakusa temple and Ueno park are in about half an hour walk. Local train station in about 10mins walk.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Yukatas are provided.

Stayed there for a week and was delighted. I chose the japanese style room, which was quite small, but had everything that I needed. I especially liked the personal little fridge. Common rooms were nice too, on the first floor you can take useful fliers for tourists. Also there were enough showers so I didn't need to wait even once (on three different floors), restrooms were clean everytime I used it and toilets had bide. The staff is nice and they kept my bag which I forgot when moved out, so thanks!
