I've stayed at this hotel group's properties before, and this time I chose Ginza Shintomicho. The closest subway stations are Shintomicho and Tsukiji, making it very convenient to get around. There's a supermarket right across from the hotel, and other convenience stores a bit further away. There's also a Korean BBQ restaurant nearby. The first time I went it was too crowded to get a table, but I managed to get in on my second attempt. It's run by Koreans, and the staff are very friendly, plus the meat is delicious.

Overall, it was okay. The cleanliness was just so-so; it looked tidy on the surface, but when I wiped the table with a cloth, it was still black. Some facilities also had dust. The location is very close to the subway station, but you have to climb many, many stairs, which is very inconvenient if you're carrying luggage. There's a convenience store and a 24-hour ramen shop nearby. I didn't try the ramen, so whether it's good or not is up to you to find out. Basically, after check-in, everything is self-service, with minimal actual service.

Overall, it was pretty good. The bunk beds were a bit narrow, and the ladder often felt unstable, so it might need some checking.

Great location, staffs were friendly and fluent in English. A home away feel with all the facilities such as kitchen and laundry. Highly recommend for families or big group travelers.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff, location is in the neighbourhood area where you get to see the local shops and residence apartments. Loved our stay here.

As a family of four, we opted for this apartment hotel for the location and the availability of beds for 4. Two single beds provided and a bunk/sofa bed. The top is a bed that’s already set up . However the sofa bed needs to be set up ourselves which I found quite inconvenient, given we already paid and specified for four guests. Why can’t the bed be set up in advance? Amenities in general is good. Fridge and washing machine are great. The only complaint is really the bedding. Pillow is probably the worst I have ever slept on. It’s barely any fill and I am not sure why as a premium apartment, they would provide such pillow. Think of a small size pillow filled with little beads and hardly any fills. I ended up using the cushion to sleep but 4 nights it’s just a nightmare. And only one pillow per person. Bedding was not set up for the sofa bed. Other than that location is close to station but note that the walk inside shintomicho metro is at least 5-7 mins with ups and downs stairs. Overall good

Excellent place for our 5 days Tokyo trip, convenience, access to major locations, environment. Room was comfortable and cozy enough to enable quality of rest after long day trip. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to 2 Korean staffs, going extra mile for our needs. Will definitely revisit next Tokyo trip!

Very bad sound proof. Facility is old and mattress is dirty. Bathtub cover comes off. Kids running upstairs all night and staff did not do anything about it so I was sleepless for entire night.
