The hotel was located in good area and the famous arcade was just cross the street. The hotel was small but enough space and The vibe was very stylish and the free laundry was a definitely huge plus! And the public bath was so beautiful … I really enjoyed staying here. 💕

New and clean very nice hotel. Amenities are good and bought a few shower gels and shampoos there as they smelled so good. The room and bathroom are perfectly clean. Very tasty green tea met us on the reception. The only strange thing was the bathroom with windows in both side - to the room and outside. You can close it but you have to cover all the windows every time you go tge toilet.

The hotel is centrally located and is near a long shopping stretch. In the area there are a lot of good food places. The public bath is great and convenient to use, and the room is spacious enough for me to relax. Travelling from the train station to the hotel with luggage is just tedious.

This was my first time staying here to attend a New Year's party, and the room was thoroughly cleaned and there was very little air conditioning smell. However, the vents under the windows hadn't been cleaned and were full of dust...but on the other hand, it's actually rare to find a place that clean. I was happy that there were a lot of electrical outlets. However, the lobby smelled of cigarettes...

The hot water in the shower didn't come out at night. It was restored at 11:30 PM and was announced over the in-house announcement. I was woken up by the announcement and couldn't sleep after that. The room was clean.

It's basically a business hotel that only accommodates singles. It's located behind the large music hall, iichiko Grand Theatre, so I stayed here when my favourite artist was there for a live performance. It's close to the city centre and the entertainment district (Miyakomachi), so I think it's easily accessible. It appears the owner has changed, and I found my stay more comfortable than last time...

I stayed alone for work. The hotel itself was old, but not dirty. I was only there for the night, so I didn't have any complaints. It seems they don't serve breakfast. There may have been one at the front desk, but there was no hair dryer. There was no refrigerator, and the amenities were not very well-equipped.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days when we visited Kagoshima for my daughter's national club tournament. A typhoon was coming, and since I didn't bring an umbrella when I left, I thought I'd have to go to the convenience store to get one. However, the hotel staff offered to use the umbrellas provided, and they even mentioned the length of my stay and greeted me. We had a very pleasant stay. Perhaps...

The price was quite reasonable, but the room was larger and cleaner than I expected, probably because it had been renovated. The location was also great. 🙆‍♀️ However, the walls seemed quite thin, so it might be difficult if you miss a spot with someone on your floor (I could hear people talking in front of the elevator through the wall).

Nice small cheap place. 45 mins from the airport so dont take a taxi. Check out is 10am and 1000 every hr after that. My room had two windows with no view but made the room very cold. Breakfast is self serve with a very small menu. Located very close to the shopping and entertainment.

It takes 10 minutes to walk from Sakuramachi Kumamoto Shopping Mall. It's nice to have an arcade shopping street near the hotel. The hotel facilities looked old, but overall they were good and the staff were very friendly.

I booked this place last minute while traveling on a budget. On trio.com it had pretty high ratings, though the Google reviews seem a bit outdated. Check-in was a little late (4pm), but aside from that everything went smoothly. Wi-Fi worked fine, and there was staff on duty 24/7. If you’re not expecting luxury but want something clean and well-located, this hotel is a great choice.

The hotel is a bit dated, but considering the price, it was a truly satisfying stay. The location was also very close to the city center, and there was a convenience store right next door, which was nice.

The location in Kumamoto is ambiguous to evaluate, but the service of the old men is really good, and the facilities are old but clean. However, the price is expensive compared to the facilities.
