It is situated in very attractive location near to sea!
The hotel is a little bit far away but many buses can get you there. It’s closed to the Fukuoka tower and the beach
The service and facilities are great, but it's a bit far from the subway station and there aren't many dining options nearby.
Very clean and tidy. There's a convenience store right downstairs.

This hotel was the start and end of our Fukuoka trip with a road trip out and other Ryokan stays in between. Im glad I found this hotel as room vibe and feel is very important to me. The mattress and pillows were good and comfortable. Breakfast was a great start to my first breakfast in FUK. I loved it so much. The only thing is the room size. My tip is to slide your largest luggage to the gap next...
walking from Gion station about 8 mins, good sauna, clean room and nice staff. there is a famous temple near by.
The hotel was reasonable except for the small room. Need to be aware of room sizes when selecting rooms.
Good hotel with excellent onsen in hotel, having free drink at the lobby, good location not far from station and not far from the airport
All good, just wish staffs could be more friendly and wish we were informed that we have to book car parkjng space in advance (?). The parking space was full when we arrive. Had to go find public parking spots.
Good location access from Subway GION station. The room is bigger than I expected and there is everything you need for a one night stay. The hotel has a Public Bath, which is very nice for a relaxing evening after a shopping and walking in the city. Breakfast was good especially they offer a special during my stay. I enjoyed the hotel very much and will come back if I consider GION area.

I stayed at KOKO Hotel in the Tenjin area. The location is okay, but honestly, it’s a bit far if you’re walking from the station. If you mainly use the Airport Line (orange line), it’s about 600 meters away—around a 10-minute walk.
That said, the area itself is quite convenient. There are plenty of drugstores nearby, Don Quijote is open 24 hours, and it’s close to Bic Camera as well. There’s also...
The location is good. Near to shopping, food and trains/subway. There is a shrine just opposite. Also the cafe Blue Bottle.
The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. Don Quijote and drugstores are nearby. The bus stop right outside is also a big plus. There are many shopping options in the vicinity, and it's not too far from the airport. Highly recommended!
The room is spacious and close to everything !
Blue bottle(opposite the hotel) , donki(5mins walking distance), bus stop(infront of the hotel), tenjin station, 武藏(1mins walking distance) and manyyyy more !

But the cleanliness is not good, the toilet has some smell and there is only room clean up service per three day stay…

Nice Place safe and Clean Rooms
Fantastic! I arrived early and they kindly allowed me to check in ahead of schedule. The location is excellent, right between two subway stations, making it an absolute value-for-money champion. The hotel itself isn't huge, but it has everything you need and is very clean.
I stored luggage at counter when I check in because it was too early at time. When I get back to hotel at night, the staff had already placed my luggage in my room. That's very helpful. Location is quite convenient, it's between two train station, but just short walk like 5 to 10 min to get to either one. There is nice ramen place around the corner of the hotel.
Although the hotel is a bit old, its location is excellent for getting around, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The luggage storage service was also a big plus. I had a great stay! bbb
Very easy to find the location, just 5mins go straight from subway station, a playground in front of the hotel. Polite staff, reasonable sized room, good location that lots restaurants & 屋台nearby.
The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to a shopping street. It's also very close to the subway station, and you can walk to Hakataza in just 5 minutes. The front desk staff are really friendly too.

Well-equipped,convenient transportation
The public bath was great. However, there was long hair in the bathtub in my room. While the facilities are old, the service is good. The complimentary drink service and self-service laundry were very convenient. Noise from the adjacent room and hallway was quite audible. It would have been better if the curtains had a sheer layer for privacy without blocking all light.
I really enjoyed having access to the lounge. The public bath was also spacious and very relaxing. It's conveniently located near Yakuin Station, and you can get to Hakata Station directly by subway, which is a big plus. You can also walk to various restaurants, food stalls, and the Yanagibashi Rengo Market. I'd definitely like to stay here again next time I visit Fukuoka.
The location is great, close to supermarkets and drugstores. However, the check-in staff at the main building had poor English and couldn't understand what I needed, which wasted a lot of time. So I didn't bother asking any more questions. The duvet didn't have a cover, it was just a sheet covering the blanket, which was very uncomfortable, and I was worried the blanket itself might be dirty. Also...
The cleaning was only performed once every two nights.
While the onsen on the top floor offered good experience after a long walk and the weather wasn't friendly to me from the subtropical zone.
The mattress was only of fair level and I only had ok sleep.
The facilities are generally dated but the onsen on the top floor compensates.
The hotel in Yakuin is conveniently located, and the train noise is acceptable. It's also quite clean.
The only issue was that I stayed in the annex, not the main building, which wasn't communicated when I booked. I also had to take my trash to the front desk of the main building myself, as there are no staff at the annex.

Unbeatable price with hot spring inside hotel. Unlimited ice cream and Yakult Drink. Clean and tidy. Traditional Ramen at nigt time before midnight.
Location is in the Center, nearby the subway.
Oh….. simply park the car next to hotel in 10 steps. HKD100 a day.
The location is excellent, peaceful yet central, right next to the Grand Canal shopping mall.
The room we stayed was quite small. With a double bed inside the room, there was hardly any room for us to move around. The room was smelly and I suspect they do not clean it too often. It was definitely not worth the price we paid for. We also asked for changing to a twin room but it could not be entertained.
The location is convenient and we love Dormy inn and everything. The onsen, breakfast and free ramen supper. Dormy inn never fail us.
Good breakfast and onsen. But the rooms are too small for a Dormi Inn, which carries the Premium label.
Overall, we love this chain for the quality they provide and the onsen in every hotel.
Not so valuable for this price, the room is quite small

Location was super good 5 minute walk to Hakata station. There is bath tub in the hotel that u can enjoy the salt bath after a long day walk and sightseeing. The hotel provides three kinds that you can chose . Nearby also have Starbucks , convenience stores and late shopping for essential items till 11pm . MRT convenient to Tenjin and others nearby places to visit like shrine .
Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside is no parking at the hotel so have to walk and carry the luggage about 5mjns before reaching the hotel. Close to Hakata station
Good hotel yet quite small rooms.location is bear the big hakata station.
Near JR station and near airport subway station. Around the hotel a lot of restaurants. I front door got fresh cherry blossom for decoration just nice and elegant.
Room clean and breakfast really good.
Great location and decent room size, but the facilities are a bit dated.

This is the best hotel for me in Fukuoka. Besides being very nice and clean, it is close to all the places I visit here. The best of all, the staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hotel Grandolce Hakata to everyone.
I had a great stay at Hotel Grandolce Hakata. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made the experience even more pleasant overall.
The room is on the smaller side (typical of Japan hotel sizes) so it’s best suited for solo travelers. That said, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay.
The location is a big plus. It’s near Tenjin Central Park and the Nakasu...
A centrally located hotel, with welcoming staff, great breakfast and the room was clean and quiet.
As a solo traveler, I was delighted to stay at this extremely well-located hotel with a beautiful view of Fukuoka. Furthermore, the welcome was very pleasant, and it was possible to request a luggage scale at reception, which was very convenient for me. The room has everything a solo traveler needs, but it might be a little small for two people due to luggage space.
The hotel room has a balcony with a view of the park. It's also conveniently located near the original Ichiran Ramen, which always has a queue, so I went at 8 AM to avoid the crowds. There's also a popular mentaiko restaurant across the street that's always packed with Koreans. The hotel was very quiet at night, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us send...
I was glad that the amenities were plentiful.
There was a particularly wide selection of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

I only used it as a drop-in bath, so I don't know about the guest rooms, but the hot spring was lukewarm and not very warm. There was no sauna, and it was cold even though it was March.
I think that's enough.
I dropped in and enjoyed the hot spring. The building feels a little old, but the hot spring was great.
The warm water contains three elements: sulfur, alkali, and carbon dioxide, so you can soak in it for a long time.
The water was great.
The beauty-enhancing hot spring water felt so good that I ended up soaking in it four times. The food was very stylish, delicious, and just the right amount.
And best of all, all the staff were very friendly!
The building may seem old, but it's kept clean and has a playful feel, so I had a really enjoyable time.
It's a shame that the weather was bad and we couldn't enjoy the garden or rooftop, but...
A hotel worth staying at again
The bath and the staff were very nice. The kids seemed to enjoy it. There was a lot of dust on the table and the ventilation fan in the room, which bothered me.
I visited for the first time in a day trip bath this time, but I think it's a good hot spring.
When I open the door of the men's bath, I feel the smell of sulfur.
Take off your clothes and take a bath.
First of all, I washed my body cleanly and entered from the open-air bath, which was lukewarm but felt good.
It's lukewarm, so I'll put it in for a long time.
It feels like it's sticking to your body...

The hotel's location is excellent, with a lively neighborhood and close proximity to the station. My room had a window and faced the street, but it was surprisingly quiet even with the window closed. The only downside was a slight odor coming from the bathroom. The room size was perfectly acceptable as well.
They served the best breakfast ever, i really enjoy the motsunabe prepared by the hotel!
A little small for 2 but overall good stay, shower was good
Highly recommended. Hotel location is great, easy to access the tourist points. There is a great shopping mall near the hotel! So convenient!!
The room was great, and the location is superb – within a 10-minute walk to both Hakata and Tenjin shopping districts. The bathroom was quite spacious for Japan. Breakfast was perfect.
The bed was king-size and spacious and comfortable.
Because I checked in late at night, I didn't go to the hot springs and instead took a shower in the bathroom in my room, but it was very small and the curtain didn't stick to the tub, so it stuck to my body while I was washing, which was very uncomfortable.
The toilet also smelled bad.
I'm grateful that there is a large public bath.
I was surprised to find that the sink was broken. It was usable, but I was happy to be able to watch TVer and YouTube.
When I checked in, I was told that my reservation had not been made, which left me frozen for a moment. I'm worried about why I couldn't check in smoothly.
About 15 minutes from Hakata Station... It's a pleasant walk.
I frequent this hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, so keep that in mind.
The onsen is located on the basement level and breakfast is free.
It's a bit of a walk from Hakata Station, but it only takes about 15 minutes if you just wander around, so it didn't bother me. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned both inside and out, which is a minus. However, there is an artificial radium hot spring underground, which was very comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families or couples, but it's perfectly OK for business trips and solo travelers...

Toyoko Inn is practically everywhere; there's another one right across from the hotel, so be careful not to go to the wrong one when you check in. The breakfast at this Toyoko Inn was surprisingly basic—just rice balls!
There were three Tokyu Inn hotels nearby, which made it difficult to choose.
Being close to Hakata Station meant there were plenty of restaurants nearby, which was convenient.
The building only had one elevator, which was a bit inconvenient.
The bed in the room was very comfortable.
All are ok but the choice of breakfast is not too many comparing with other Tokyo inn
Thank you!
Too many Toyoko Inn within city of Fukuoka!?? Our fault actually have gone to the wrong hotel.

Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, but the hotel is looking a bit tired (compared to 10 years ago when we stayed previously). Lighting in rooms is poor and the beds are simply old and worn out. Shuttle bus into Hakata is useful but the schedule is pretty limited and whilst the railway across the road is an alternative, there probably are better options closer to town.
The room is spacious with extra bed for kid. Baby cot can be provided as well.
A clean and convenient hotel. The only downside is that the beach isn't swimmable.
Hotel is clean the only thing I found it weird we had to set our own bed they left the futons folding on the corner of the room for you

This hotel offers great value for money. The previous hotel I stayed at for two nights was incredibly small, with absolutely no room to move around, making me feel really uncomfortable. I was desperate to switch hotels, and thankfully, a friend's recommendation led me here!
