The room was clean and the bathroom was more spacious than other business hotels in Japan. The surrounding area is also quite good, and it's the newest hotel on the island. There's a local supermarket right next door, which makes shopping very convenient.

Located in the Fukuoka Port area, it's about a 35-40 minute drive to the city center. Free parking is available, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I was surprised to find a dedicated duty-free shop, which I assume is for tourists, as it's the first time I've seen one in Japan 😅😅. Definitely worth a stay.

The hygiene was terrible, and the cleaning was very sloppy. On the night we checked in, we found a pair of underwear behind the toilet left by the previous guest??? This was the first time I'd encountered something like this. After reporting it to the front desk, they said they would clean it, but when we returned to the hotel, it still wasn't taken care of. Hotel was relatively near Hakata station, within 10 minutes of walking. There's an LG styler in the room which came as a surprise in addition to the humidifier. There's also amenities place at the lobby with the necessity (bath towel, comb, hair ties, cleanser and moisturizer in small packs) and coffee machine too.

Aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else about the hotel was good. It was clean and hygienic, and conveniently located close to the Tenjin shopping district, within walking distance. There were also plenty of dining options nearby.

Nothing to complain about : it was perfect for a stay in Fukuoka. The bedding was very comfortable, the room very clean, and the staff always friendly and welcoming. Great hotel with self check in and lovely restaurant / cafe downstairs. Rooms are small but well designed at 187 tall i didnt feel squashed as rooms have high ceilings. Only down side they don’t have an ironing board to rent. Washing machines need coons, no ic.

Friendly staff. If you didn’t book breakfast with your room you can’t add it at the hotel. Open plan toilet into room was odd, especially as the hi-tech toilet seat opens every time you move. The Wi-Fi at this hotel is absolutely, incredibly, unbelievably bad. It's the worst I've ever experienced in any hotel, both domestically and internationally. I couldn't even send a WeChat message. About 10 mins walking distance from Hakata Station and nice restaurants are just opposite to the hotel. Unlimited free beer and chocolate at the lobby and 14 cans of different drinks are free and kept in the fridge in your room. very normal hotel and maybe a bit old. fixed bed lamps and women's onsen shelf doors are tilted. onsen hair dryer is also not of high quality. there is no lounge or desks to work in both the lobby and the bedroom so might not be suitable for business trips. im not sure why the rating is so high because nothing particularly stood out to me.

I booked the smallest room and I was surprised how functional it was! It had everything you would need. The staff and the hotel were all great. Breakfast was variable. The only drawback is that the window doesn't open and it is not transparent, so some light goes in, but it is impossible even to see outside, let alone get fresh air.

Despite the small size, the hotel is within walking distance of the Fukuoka domestic airport. Also, their helpful staff speak good English! Perfect for foreigners!

The hotel Wi-Fi was quite poor. You definitely need a room on the 10th floor or higher, otherwise, you'll be less than a meter away from the building opposite. This is a great place for coliving, perfect for long-term stays. The environment is clean and the common areas are fully functional. The shared kitchen is excellent for cooking, and it's very close to the commercial district.
