The hotel offers hot springs, which is a big plus.
everything is so good , no complaints
The room was clean and the bathroom was more spacious than other business hotels in Japan. The surrounding area is also quite good, and it's the newest hotel on the island. There's a local supermarket right next door, which makes shopping very convenient.
Great. Clean and good service.
The hotel's overall facilities were reasonable. There are minimal options for hot springs, and the water temperature is not sufficiently hot. The breakfast is okay.
Located in the Fukuoka Port area, it's about a 35-40 minute drive to the city center. Free parking is available, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I was surprised to find a dedicated duty-free shop, which I assume is for tourists, as it's the first time I've seen one in Japan 😅😅. Definitely worth a stay.

The hotel is super convenient.
Great stay and great location to access to anywhere
The room met my expectations, and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The breakfast quality was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel design is beautiful, and the common areas are large. You can self-serve toiletries near the front desk, and the staff are very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka!
I've been to Fukuoka so many times, but I've never stayed at a Daiwa Roynet Hotel before. This time, I opted for the Reizen branch, which seemed to be in better condition, mainly because of its proximity to the Reizen Park behind it. The internal facilities were spacious and up to standard, as expected. The area downstairs is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The Gion bus stop is right outside...
Overall - Exceptional value and surprising perks. 🏨 Stunning Room Highlights 1. The Ultimate Savior – In-Room Massage Chair: This is an absolute "game-changer"! After a full day of exploring Fukuoka, being able to come back and enjoy a massage immediately was a lifesaver, cutting the fatigue in half. This amenity completely elevated the stay. 2. Thoughtful Amenities Strategy: The room provided...
The room was very spacious and comfortable. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street and a Family Mart next to the hotel. From the window, you can see a cemetery. Turn right out of the hotel and walk about 50 meters to find the Daedongwon BBQ restaurant. There are lots of dining options nearby! The subway station is less than a 3-minute walk away, Canal City is an 8-10 minute walk, and Don Quijote...

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, there are many food options merely steps away from the hotel. Subway, shopping, etc. are only minutes away on foot.
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were friendly a rooms were also very clean.
A fantastic hotel offering great service in a fantastic location. I would 100% recommend staying here.
Great location and very convenient for getting around, with lots of shops and food nearby. However, the facilities are quite basic, and the service and cleanliness were just average. Overall, okay for the location, but not much else stood out.
Location of the hotel is great. Located in a prime area. Room needs to be improved and renovated including the walls.

Variety of breakfast Big room for family Self check-in Cloth cleaning machine in room Walk a bit from station but not far
The hygiene was terrible, and the cleaning was very sloppy. On the night we checked in, we found a pair of underwear behind the toilet left by the previous guest??? This was the first time I'd encountered something like this. After reporting it to the front desk, they said they would clean it, but when we returned to the hotel, it still wasn't taken care of. I had to go back down to the front desk...
Hotel was relatively near Hakata station, within 10 minutes of walking. There's an LG styler in the room which came as a surprise in addition to the humidifier. There's also amenities place at the lobby with the necessity (bath towel, comb, hair ties, cleanser and moisturizer in small packs) and coffee machine too.
Breakfast buffet was excellent although facilities were limited.  There is free coffee for guest. Location is near Hataka station although there is also another Forza hotel nearby. This hotel is in a side road opposite McDonalds.
Pros: 1. The location is super convenient, just about a five-minute walk from the Hakata subway station. 2. The bedding is really comfortable, there's a massage device, they provide mineral water daily, and housekeeping is prompt. The cleaning staff were very polite. 3. Other amenities are also comprehensive; there's a coffee machine on the first floor. Cons: 1. This hotel gets a lot of guests. Maybe...

The hotel is a bit far from Tenjin station. It takes around 10-15mins walk from under to get to it. But it's close to the green subway Tenjin line so it was easy to go around shopping when it rained. They have an computerized check in check out system so it's easy to do with the machine even if you don't speak Japanese. The key to the room comes out from it as well. Very satisfied. Although the room was small, it was very clean. Even though I booked a smoking room, there was no smoke smell.
Aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else about the hotel was good. It was clean and hygienic, and conveniently located close to the Tenjin shopping district, within walking distance. There were also plenty of dining options nearby.
Nothing to complain about : it was perfect for a stay in Fukuoka. The bedding was very comfortable, the room very clean, and the staff always friendly and welcoming. There were also free hot drinks on the ground floor, and washing machines (you could even check their availability on the TV!). The hotel is also very close to the city’s main points of interest. We highly recommend this place!
The location is great, near the train station and shopping area. The room is clean and quiet. The train track is behind the hotel.
Excellent service, I'll definitely be back.

Only stay for a night. Hotel close to Hakata station & Airport bus stop. Check in was fast & easy.
The room was quite spacious, enough to lay out my suitcase. The bed was also large, a double. It was quiet at night, and everything in the room was well-equipped. The only downside was that the bathroom ventilation wasn't great, and there was a slight 'bathroom smell' – not a bad odor, but a sort of damp, stale water smell. It's very close to Hakata Station, only a 5-minute walk.
Great location and helpful staff
The reception staff were friendly, polite, and spoke good English. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel‘s location is easy to find, but it might require some walking.
The hotel's location is a bit far from Tenjin, but it's convenient for activities around Hakata. Luggage storage costs 1000 yen. The entire hotel is non-smoking, and the rooms are small with average cleanliness. It's suitable for a short stay in Hakata.
The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Hakata JR Station, about a 15-minute ride from the airport. It's great that the entire hotel is non-smoking. However, the cleanliness was quite poor; there was a lot of dust in the room. I hope they improve their hygiene.

The hotel's location is quite good. It's just a few minutes' walk from Hakata Station, with a shopping mall nearby. Getting to Tenjin is also very convenient, as there's a direct bus stop right outside the hotel.
Hotel is located in a convenient location to the Hakata Station. Rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast spread is not bad, choice of Jap and western food. . Staff are friendly and helpful. Convenient stores locates nearby and some cafe and food stalls too
The room's bathroom is quite large and very nice. The front desk lobby is spacious, and the retro design is excellent. It's conveniently located near Hakata Station, making travel, shopping, and dining very easy, but it is a bit humid.
The location of the hotel is quite good, less than 10-minute's walk to Hakata Station. There are basic amenities provided. Given the price, it was a nice stay.
The hotel is quite close to Hakata Station, about a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd consider booking this hotel again next time.

It's well located and very near to Hakata station. It takes a 10 minute walk. The room is compact and has everything you need. The service is efficient and friendly. Overall it's a steal for the price paid.
Room is clean and staff is nice. 🙂
Great hotel with self check in and lovely restaurant / cafe downstairs. Rooms are small but well designed at 187 tall i didnt feel squashed as rooms have high ceilings. Only down side they don’t have an ironing board to rent. Washing machines need coons, no ic.
This is a small hotel but u have everything free disposable comb toothbrush water dispenser. main good thing is very near to canal city mall 7e just below about 15 min slow walk from hakata main station oval all worth the money.
Self check in so pretty explanatory. Overall a quick and fast efficient service. Breakfast inclusive in the package was a packed breakfast but of great quality. Room was simple and comfortable. Very convenient location.
Friendly staff. If you didn’t book breakfast with your room you can’t add it at the hotel. Open plan toilet into room was odd, especially as the hi-tech toilet seat opens every time you move. Also, the concrete walls in the toilet area had holes and obviously modified areas - it looked rather unfinished. The area near the hotel is quite noisy, but inside this was muted suitably.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient for getting around from Akasaka Station, probably one of the best locations in Tenjin. The Wi-Fi at this hotel is absolutely, incredibly, unbelievably bad. It's the worst I've ever experienced in any hotel, both domestically and internationally. I couldn't even send a WeChat message. The soundproofing is also poor; I could clearly hear the sound of the next-door room's door being unlocked. The service was okay, but everything else was just so-so. I won't be staying here again.
About 10 mins walking distance from Hakata Station and nice restaurants are just opposite to the hotel. Unlimited free beer and chocolate at the lobby and 14 cans of different drinks are free and kept in the fridge in your room. Public resting balcony with designated smoking room next to the lobby and you are free to get in there 24/7.
friends gathering trip is better …. So far so good , free welcome drinks bar adding kids drinks is more consideration.   Suggest to provide free storage of luggage !!

The hotel is within few minutes away from Hakata Station with decent size room for Japanese standard. Breakfast was pretty good as they have both Japanese as well as Western options. The only issue is that the hotel staffs don't really speak English.

Perfect for a solo traveler, the room was clean, well equipped and comfortable and I enjoyed the access to the onsen. Really well located to visit the city and access the public transports
very normal hotel and maybe a bit old. fixed bed lamps and women's onsen shelf doors are tilted. onsen hair dryer is also not of high quality. there is no lounge or desks to work in both the lobby and the bedroom so might not be suitable for business trips. im not sure why the rating is so high because nothing particularly stood out to me.
I booked the smallest room and I was surprised how functional it was! It had everything you would need. The staff and the hotel were all great. Breakfast was variable. The only drawback is that the window doesn't open and it is not transparent, so some light goes in, but it is impossible even to see outside, let alone get fresh air.
