Location is good, close to Sun Road and Watanabe-Dori station. Walking distance to Tenjin, Sumiyoshi Shrine, Kushida Shrine, Canal City and Yakuin Staion to Dazaifu. Room is convenience enough space for 2 with luggage. There are also have small kitchen, laundry machine, heater and separate air conditioner. Supermarket , convenience stores and restaurants are near by.
Check in/ out process is great...
Good service clean & tidy.
close to shopping centre.
very conveniencr transportation.
Very good customer service! I e mailed the hotel if I can leave my luggage for a week before checking in since I will be going to Nagasaki. The staff at the front desk are friendly especially Mik. Upon checking in my luggage is inside the room already! Highly recommend this manned air bnb. Hassle free checking in unlike most air bnbs without staff. They provide Yukata, towels, some tolietries daily...
The facilities are quite complete. The room is clean. It's a bit difficult if you arrive at the hotel before the counter opens. You have to check the time well.
Check in is smooth. Upon entering the room, felt very dusty. Found many many spots of thick dust not clean. Air condition is very dirty with black spots on it. Will not recommend this hotel as it is very dirty and dusty.
Great bargain for a hotel for people who just need to catch some sleep in between busy days. You have to do practically everything yourself, but for the price it’s a deal. One great surprise was there was a washing machine. Of course you have to know a bit of Japanese to use it (Google translate), but I was able to even do a quick wash of yesterday’s sweaty clothes. You get your typical toothbrush...

The Business class capsule is so spacious that it is even possible to stand inside (in case if you want to change inside)
Location is perfect. The bathroom has all the amenities you can imagine
I was lucky with my capsule neighbours- everyone was se respectful and queit, so I slept like a baby
There was hair on the sheets, which was quite disgusting. Other than that, my stay was fine. The bed was firm and felt very basic.
I have stayed here as 2nd times Good for me and sleep well. Will stay again if visit fuk by myself.
I had to meet a friend at Fukuoka Airport the next day, and I was worried about getting to the airport in the morning, so I stayed here by myself before meeting up with my friend. It was a comfortable stay with no issues. I really liked that I could stand up inside the capsule; it made changing clothes super easy. The shower booths and other facilities were also clean. Depending on the location, it...
The location is great, and for just sleeping there, it's more than sufficient! There are plenty of sinks and toilets, so I never had to wait.
However, on the second day, there were some inconsiderate guests making noise late at night and early in the morning. I wish people would be more mindful of others, but I guess that's just a matter of luck and can't be helped. Luckily, the first day was quiet...
Although it's a capsule hotel, it's always clean and comfortable to stay in. While the quality of guests can be a concern in a capsule hotel, most people are considerate, so it's generally fine. However, there are always some self-centered guests who ignore the rules, walking loudly or being oblivious to their surroundings. You just have to accept that it's a matter of luck sometimes.

Breakfast was a buffet, but
on the day we arrived, each person was served rice and a small side dish.
I would have preferred a buffet style with a larger selection of items.
The room and bathroom were absolutely tiny. Like staying in a caravan. Breakfast was Japanese and very basic. Close to the ferry.
Very clean. Excellent service. Delicious Japanese breakfast. Staff is very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.
This is a smaller hotel in a quiet part of the city. Its staff are all very very nice and the communal eating space is soo nicely decorated and its nice and friendly to share breakfast on the large table (you can also eat alone by the window if that’s your thing). The rooms are yet to be renovated like the entrance, but while older style, they are still very fine for the price.
The reception of the hotel is beautiful. The staff is fantastic. And the breakfast was simple but satisfying. The beds were comfortable but the room was outdated. The carpet needed to be replaced. And for the bathroom, let’s say that I never imagined so much could fit in such a small area. And if you are above 190 cm tall, then good luck.
Very good for business travel.

Fukuoka, 2-3-55, Odo, Nishi-ku (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I stayed here after staying at the sister hotels in Saga and Nagasaki. It was a wonderful trip, just as good as Saga and Nagasaki. Dinner and breakfast were especially excellent. They had dishes using mentaiko, which gave it a local feel and was enjoyable. It was also entertaining to see the chef cook right in front of you. It was the best.
There are so many good points to mention,
It was very clean and the pool and sauna were great.
It was a very clean and elegant hotel.
We chose a high-floor suite on the 5th floor.
The view was great, and the jacuzzi bath was very relaxing. There were two large beds, so it was spacious enough for the whole family to sleep in.
There was also a pool, sauna, and gym available for use.
The lounge offered free drinks, alcohol, snacks, and light meals like cheese, and was open until 11pm, but children...
Amazing hospitality.
Very thoughtful with everything.
We will definitely come back again soon.
Thank you so much.
The lounge was great! The room was also very spacious.
The hotel room is very good, with free drinks in the refrigerator. Breakfast is about $110 more and must be added. The disadvantage is that the nearby outlet is closed and the room is on a diagonal road, so it will be noisy.

This is my first time staying at japan. At first i saw a review and quite concerned about this place. Turns out this place is surprisingly decent and amazing!
Room size is perfect for one and big enough for two people. Clean and quiet. Even tho it’s a bit far from the center but the bus takes only 10 - 15 mins.
I love it
And good AC as well. This hotel is lovely, genuinely. Yes it lacks some frills with only one washing machine that doesn't work very well and no staff on site and really slow WiFi... But otherwise its great. I'm really enjoying my time here, finally getting some decent sleep on my holiday and I have this room to thank.
As an unmanned hotel there's no staff to speak of, but everything I needed was supplied...
I was a little scared looking at all the bad reviews, but this hotel was honestly not bad at all.
The rooms are clean, the shower is nice, they got extra amenities and the location is honestly GREAT - you can reach the city and Hakata station in 30min, by foot.
The staff was nice and the check-in/check out really easy and quick.

The service was good and friendly. The rooms’ cleanliness is also good. The price is also affordable.
We had the futon room which was very comfortable and we got supplied with pyjamas which we loved! (Sad to leave them behind) a relatively small room but worked for us for four nights. Bathroom as well was great with a nice deep tub. Located ideally in ohori park which is easy to get to from the train and is right in the main line for travelling.
It was really good experience staying in the room with tatami no heya which is very clean and new tatami. My son loves it there and staffs are super nice. Breakfast also amazing, glad they have coffee.
Absolutely fantastic! It's super close to the subway station, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the price is really affordable! The front desk staff are all very friendly, and the free breakfast was much better than expected.
I've been staying at this hotel for over a decade, which is hard to believe! When I first came to Japan over ten years ago, this was the cheapest option, costing around 200 yen. It's still pretty much the same price now.
I particularly like their Japanese-style rooms because you can roll around on the futon without falling off. 😂😂😂

Location is FANTASTIC. Right next to the train station exit— 1min walk) It is a great location for family with kids. The park nearby is the best. Fantastic lake, boat rowing, big playground, coffee shop, restaurant…..

The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me when I entered and left the hotel. The room was quite spacious; I had three suitcases and still had plenty of room to move around. There are two convenience stores near the hotel, which was very convenient for buying things. To get here from the airport, take the airport line to Akasaka Station. From Exit 6 (with elevator), turn right and...
Located at the center of fukuoka the stay here is amazing. Even at the start of new year, the hotel is accommodating with us. With enough space and comfortable bed, as well as well lit room. Only difficulty is that the room is on another building and still need to ascend stair even after elevator.
I used the platform book the room most the times for l two people I was not looking carefully book for one person so the price I was thinking for two at the end I need to pay more for it but still not big difference so it was all okay and check in smoothly.
The room was generally clean and tidy, with a normal size for this type of hotel and a practical layout. The bedding was comfortable, leading to good sleep quality, and the soundproofing was decent, so I wasn't disturbed much at night. All the in-room facilities, including the air conditioning, hot water, water pressure, and Wi-Fi, worked perfectly fine for daily use. The bathroom was very clean, and...
The room was very spacious! For the price, it's the biggest room I've stayed in in Japan. However, the bathroom was a bit small, and it felt more like a guesthouse where you have to turn in your key when you leave. There's a Lawson and 7-Eleven downstairs, and the bus to Tenjin is very convenient.

Despite its age, it offers a far better value for money than most business hotels or four-star hotels. It's my own ignorance; I didn't even know 'love hotels' were a thing. I booked this hotel for three nights purely because it offered free parking, as my child was competing in Fukuoka.

Everything is good, but the only downside is that the train noise is too loud.
The room, converted from an apartment, was very nice and spacious. The only downside was its proximity to the railway tracks; trains pass by at night, so it might not be suitable for those who value a quiet environment.
There is no daily housekeeping service; please contact the front desk if needed.

Although the building is old and not very clean, I was satisfied because it was close to the subway station, the accommodation was cheap, and I could use the electric range and cooking utensils.
Choose this hotel carefully. If something unexpected happens and you need to check out, it will be difficult even with the help of customer service. Secondly, the quilt surface has pilled, and it is not very comfortable to sleep on. The toilet has no flushing function. The facilities are relatively old, and the space is quite large.

I had a good rest. The water is nice.
The building and room facilities are old, the accessibility is not so good, and the rooms have steps, so it is not suitable for elderly people.
Apart from the remote location and average Wi-Fi, there are no disadvantages!!
It was worth the two-hour bus ride. The food was great. The food was exquisite and delicious when the sun was setting.
It is recommended to go there early, as dinner is at 6 or 6:30.
The hot springs are both indoor and outdoor and very comfortable.
Because it is a long-established establishment, the building is old, but it is well-cleaned and has a clean feeling.
My grandchildren also enjoyed the hot springs, and they especially liked the jungle bath with the slide. The quality of the hot springs was good and the food was delicious, so I would like to go again.
Although it takes about an hour to drive here, many Hong Kong people choose this place. Most of the rooms are large and new, the breakfast and evening food are also very good, and the dinner style changes every day. It is recommended to stay for more than two days to visit the nearby attractions in Asakura, Hita and Yame City. There are many foreign employees working in the hotel, but their service...

I booked this hotel by mistake and cannot contact to the property for a refund.
It’s a great value-for-money place. It cost only 5,176JPY for two nights. The bed is fairly comfortable - a capsule like curtained one, and there’s a large, spacious common area with plenty of amenities, plus sometimes free tea and coffee—overall, a great bargain. Very convenient to Hakata station with shuttle service from the hotel. Staff were friendly.
There were no particular inconveniences, but the walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors quite well. Other than that, it was just a regular business hotel.
The semi-double bed was a little small, but the room was nice and clean!
Great price. I stayed in a double room for around 5000yen. Very clean. Free shuttles every 15 mins to Hakata station.
However the sohnd proof is not too good in the rooms. Yoh can hear people going in and out. Also people using hair dryer.
Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Very basic business hotel. Rooms are very small and only have basic services. Location and cleanliness of the rooms was both good so leaving 3 stars. I stayed at the Daiwa hotel a few days before for a tiny bit more and it was a much nicer experience.
