Hello! Yes, my husband and I often come to Almaty and often stay at this hotel. We like everything. But! You don’t have a fork in the spoon and they always give us a number on the side of the road, from there it’s always noisy. Shampoo and gel give one for two. Wi-Fi does not catch.

The hotel is cozy, clean, quiet. Only staff gets on their nerves. The girl at the reception is not enough not to say hello, she also does such a face as if we were at her house without an invitation to STRAISE (we are already on the 3rd day), but from the cafe the girls are very friendly, smiling. Every evening we cook very tasty.
