I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Almaty by IHG, and overall I had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean, modern, and well-organized, with a nice view of the city and mountains in the distance. I especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the convenient workspace, which made it easy for me to get some work done. Breakfast was simple but fresh, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The location was also convenient, allowing me to easily reach several parts of Almaty during my stay.

The location is great, with a shopping mall nearby, making dining and getting around very convenient. The breakfast was also quite good. You can see the mountains from the hotel, and they look stunning covered in snow.

Located in the south of the city, it's convenient for getting to Shymbulak. The road outside the hotel can get congested during peak hours. The breakfast spread is excellent, with different fruits and vegetables every day. The grilled zucchini was absolutely delicious! The front desk staff were very helpful in finding the correct address on the taxi app.

Amazing hotel with a great overall experience. The room was comfortable and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything went smoothly during the stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

I was really satisfied with my stay this time! Everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. The room was even better than the pictures, and the bed was super comfortable; I felt completely refreshed after a good night's sleep! The front desk staff was incredibly enthusiastic and even helped me plan my itinerary for exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious! I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Overall, the check-in experience was quite smooth. The room was well-equipped, clean, and the service was very attentive, offering great value for money. My only minor regrets are that the room space was a bit cramped, and the faucet in the bathroom had an odd angle, making it easy to splash water on clothes while washing. I hope they can optimize this in the future. Despite that, it's still generally recommended!

Cozy hotel like all the affiliates of Holiday Inn. 80% of the guests are Chinese. Only concern may be the location. It locates at the centre of congestion of the city. So be prepared to spend more time on the way to airport

The location is decent; there's a reliable Navat restaurant about a ten-minute walk away, and you can also eat at the Forum shopping mall. The breakfast is pretty good too – it's a small space, but it has everything you need, and nobody checks your room number. However, the standard rooms are tiny, very cramped. It's just about okay for a solo business traveler.

Everything was good. Convenient location, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. They allow us to stay until 2 pm as we checked in quite late.

The hotel's location is great, with a large shopping mall right next door that has everything you could possibly need. The room's AC initially didn't blow much warm air, so they sent someone to clean it and even added an electric heater. No chance of getting cold!
Breakfast varied each day over the few days we were there, and it was nice that they had noodles with large chunks of beef!
