The rooms are great, clean, and tidy. It's a new hotel with all the amenities. The front desk service was excellent, and breakfast was really good too. It's the best choice, highly recommended!

The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and followed up on all our requests, resolving everything efficiently. They even helped us book a restaurant in advance! The hotel is located in the suburbs but is very close to the city center. The air conditioning was comfortable, and the hot water was quick and plentiful. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The breakfast was just average, and the bathroom floor tiles seemed to show dirt easily.

The braised beef noodles were absolutely delicious! The hotel itself was very clean and tidy, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied! The staff can communicate entirely in Chinese, and they offer Chinese-style breakfast. You can pay with WeChat Pay or Alipay. The room was clean and tidy, and they even have Chinese standard power outlets. The location is convenient, just a 6-7 minute taxi ride to the downtown pedestrian street.

Very warm and new! The front desk staff, a young lady from Xinjiang, provided excellent service. She helped us exchange Tenge and even taught us how to take the bus. We're so grateful for the encounter! We initially planned to stay only one night, but we've decided to stay here for all three nights.

This is the most foreigner-friendly hotel, with Chinese food that satisfies the Chinese palate. It's clean and hygienic. All Chinese business travelers should stay here.
