Service: On point, includes breakfast. It's suitable for Chinese travelers, and getting to the city center by taxi is very quick.

The hotel is great, and the room facilities are new. It's not far from Almaty city center. Most guests here are Chinese, and the owner and staff are very welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. A special thanks to the front desk lady; when I got sick during my stay, she even brought me two fever-reducing pills. In a foreign country, this place truly feels like home~

The location is in the city outskirts, which is convenient for airport access. Room hygiene was decent, and breakfast was acceptable.

The owner is Chinese and was incredibly warm and helpful, arranging our airport transfers for both arrival and departure. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was excellent.

I booked this hotel based on reviews. The hotel is quite new, and the room had a strong smell. My throat started to hurt after staying there for a while. Also, the shower room and desk are both poorly designed. The shower floor is raised, making it easy to trip or hit yourself, and the desk is too high, so you have to reach up to work.

The environment is new, clean, safe, and the service is warm and friendly. It's also close to the city center. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Almaty.

Facilities: Very Chinese-friendly! No need to bring a universal adapter, and communication is super smooth.

Cleanliness: It's alright.

Environment: The location is a bit peculiar, but the room itself is nice and looks quite new.

Service: The service is really great, and the breakfast is perfect for Chinese palates! The front desk is quick to respond and resolve any issues!
