This is the true embodiment of aesthetics and hospitality in Astana. The hotel impresses with its unique architecture, and the interior design deserves special praise: stylish modern minimalism in warm natural tones creates an atmosphere of exceptional tranquility and comfort. I was incredibly surprised to find my favorite Bang & Olufsen (B&O) sound system right in my room—the sound quality is simply superb! The staff is very attentive and welcoming, and details like the selection of books in the room highlight the high level of service. An ideal place for those who value comfort and impeccable taste.

SLH never fails to deliver. This hotel is the best value hotel in Astana, the food and service is immaculate and the room is extremely comfortable. What sets SLH apart is the hospitality and I would most certainly recommend coming to this fine establishment!

We were in hotel second time. It was splendid . Excellent breakfast. We want back again.

1. This feels more like a museum than a hotel: The design is incredibly bizarre, with the sink and toilet separated, making for a rather small wash area. The hallway is dark, and finding your room number is a struggle. There are nearly 20 large cabinets in one room—I'm not sure why, but the lights in two of them won't turn off. Opposite the bed is a large cabinet with some artwork, and it's glass-backed.

Fantastic stay at The Veil. The room was perfect—spotless, quiet and very comfortable—and the staff were genuinely friendly. Special thanks to receptionists Turan, Assel, and Beksultan, and to Madina from the breakfast team, who was wonderful. I’ll gladly return.

The Veil Hotel lives up to its name. The dimly lit rooms feel shrouded in a veil.
Advertised as a suite, it's actually just an ordinary room – very ordinary indeed. No swimming pool, no gym, and the elevator broke down 2-3 times, causing great anxiety. The front desk staff showed no service awareness. I highly do not recommend this place.
Breakfast，The staff's English proficiency is very poor, making communication difficult.
The room design clearly had no experience—terrible job! So many pointless features, like twelve light switches scattered around the entire room. With so many interconnected switches, turning off the lights before bed becomes a frustrating challenge, wasting time as you fumble around trying each one.
