Thank you for the free room upgrade!
Room was huge with dated furnishings, but all was very clean.
management might want to consider to refurbish as the doors and furnitures have signs of aging with chip offs etc.
Complimentary breakfast had a good buffet variety with fluffy croissants and egg counter.
Parking was complimentary too, just beware of the carpark as it's quite tight for modern day cars.
Next to lalaport mall which also has an lrt station at the mall.

Amazing stay at Furama! Love the facilities and the coffee machine in lobby. Location was a bit sketchy as surrounded by main roads /highways but could navigate around these in the end. The cleaner/services guy Rakib was amazing!! View from 19th floor was great

The service was good. However, it was a pretty old hotel, and many of the fixtures were showing signs of wear and tear. A point to note: it stated that to protect the environment, they would only do house cleaning every 3 days. Due to this, I did not secure my belongings properly, and when I returned from outside, my room had been cleaned. This needs to be communicated to the user clearly to prevent any misunderstanding.

BED BUG INFESTATION – BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK
A Horrified experience!! We stayed here for three nights and booked three rooms for our family. While the hotel already showed signs of poor maintenance—stained sheets and towels, peeling paint, and a damp, stuffy smell—the most serious issue only became apparent on the third night.
We found not one but 2 adult bed bugs on the bed, both with blood in them, one of which was less than an inch from my face. This was extremely alarming and immediately made the stay unacceptable. The presence of multiple adult bed bugs strongly suggests an infestation, not an isolated incident.
This review is written to warn others, not to rant. The online photos are misleading, and apart from its location, the hotel’s cleanliness and upkeep feel closer to a one-star motel than a reputable hotel.
Please consider other options before booking.

The room was big, but the furniture a bit old .For the price, its just nice. BUT the fat lady at omelette station was very rude, i hope her boss read my comment

The facilities, like the sinks, elevators, and hallways, are very old, which really detracted from the experience. The parking lot was also dirty and unappealing. The only redeeming quality was the good service. If you have a better budget, I'd recommend looking for another hotel.

It took over 30 minutes to place the order on the phone. The delivery guy delivered my order to someone else in the building. I then recovered my order from the recipients after some time. The garlic bread was pathetic and came with tartar sauce. I paid for and ordered cheese dip as I do not like the tartar sauce. I was sent an extre tartar sauce instead of cheese dip. I called and complained however there was no response.

Horrible pizza ever, it tasted like a tortilla was covered with tasteless rubbery cheese and meat . Nothing resembling Domino's standards.

Huge place with plenty of staffs - quiet and empty with good customer service. Chicken no longer taste the same though - the quality of herbs and spices has gone. Of course the last time I had KRR was more than 10 years ago - guess it's a total different market right now.

Not so much about the physical appearance of this place. Though, the noodle, the broth and the deep fried stuff are awesome. For me, having the noodle separated is the best (dry noodle). Price? No need to hesitate, compared to the taste this restaurant is super affordable. We spent RM 45 for 3 bowls of noodle including the meatballs and all the fried stuff. We were full to the max.

Overall the food is good but the place is a bit run down and dirty. Inside there is air cond room but the smell is a bit over bearable. So if you don't mind about it then the food is recommendable.

Interesting Noodle House with different concept from other Chinese noodle house. Many adds on items and at end they give you big bowl of noodles and separate adds on fish paste and yong tau foo. Chili Padi is super hot at Ah Koong Noodles. Various types of noodles.

Fish ball noodles wz the possibility of seafood add-ons. Soup base is good. Fair priced for a bowl of noodles. Do beware that add ons can be quite pricey.
