The hotel has beautiful and well-maintained green grounds. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is done daily. Every day, they restock shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, drinking water, tea, coffee, and sugar in the room. The food is repetitive every day, which quickly gets boring. Walking through the huge carved door to the hotel was like walking into an oasis. We stayed for 4 nights in an Austral suite. Our suite was no 2. We stayed in The Charm rooms for 4 nights and enjoyed the Mauritian hospitality provided by the GM and his team. The food was generally excellent although the service at dinner could be a little slow, whereas the bar was excellent with a great choice of cocktails. The snorkelling trips and the ‘ferry’ service across the bay were included so it was lovely to get out and enjoy the local area.

It was a fabulous stay! The room was lovely and always cleaned early in the morning. Fresh beach towels daily and beach matts at the room too. Very nice beach hotel. We had all inclusive, the food was good, it was enough there. The beach is nice with sand and rocks. The current was quite strong, so I stayed close to the beach.
