Hotels on first line in Mexico

First time at Beach Palace or any other Palace resort. Traveled with 11 and 14 year old kids. Love that everything is right there. No huge facility where you need to take golf carts to go to the beach or pool

The issue I had was with downstairs, the salespeople booked me to go with my 5 children to Moon Palace for a day pass, when Moon Palace mentioned that all my children had to participate in a 90 minute presentation, I told them I'm sorry, but will have to return to Beach Palace

I booked two (2) rooms at the Beach Palace and was happy with the rooms with the exception of the A/C which kept running which was fine, I just needed to redirect the fan

I enjoyed how respectful and caring the staff were. All of the meals were amazing 😍. The activities and events at the resort were awesome,transportation access was on point. The tour to Isla mujeres was so much fun

Food was on par for all-inclusives— not award winning but something for everyone. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Didn’t feel like I was constantly being pressured into tipping at every interaction

The hotel is generally good, though a bit dated. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the shopping mall, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel

The pool area is amazing with the delicious ice cream shop, churro and taco stands too. The staff was efficient setting up your lounge chair and providing drinks, and so friendly

He always assisted us promptly willing to assist whenever possible with extra pillows, blankets or special requests. Roberto was equally great and would always answer our request promptly and efficiently

He would handle all our requests through texts or in person with a quick follow-up. We loved both of them for their amazing service and gracious hospitality

The staff at Kakao & Glacé were so kind and provided us delicious coffees, crepes and cookies every morning. We enjoyed seeing them and received excellent service

Great venue for the wedding of my niece. Every detail was impeccably looked after. CHRIS from the main pool/beach area was so very helpful throughout our stay

We had the best time at Le Blanc. The service and food was amazing. We loved all the restaurants, especially Yama and Bella that served delicious dinners

My husband and I stayed at El Dorado Seaside Suites for one week for our honeymoon, and the experience was absolutely marvelous. We booked the Honeymoon Oceanfront Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations

We just wanted to say thank you genuinely to all of the dedicated staff at El Dorado Seaside for truly making and inviting us to a welcoming and potential second home

There are so many options for everyone’s taste; from little snacks of tacos and nachos to full gourmet restaurants. The chefs did not disappoint, and the service and bar staff were able to up the tier that much more

Every detail made our honeymoon memorable, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend this resort for honeymooners or anyone looking for a romantic and luxurious getaway

From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Israel from Lomas Hospitality Transportation picked us up at the airport and was amazing—professional, friendly, and made us feel welcomed right away

In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip

The Reserve was excellent- included 2 days of daybed reservations by the pool and concierge that booked all excursions and dinner reservations nightly

Just got back from a 4 day trip. Resort grounds were immaculate! The staff was so friendly and the pools and restaurants were never felt crowded. Daytime entertainment in the pool was great

My only complaint is they talk to you at check in too much. Let me settle in, come find me on the beach, I'll listen more. At check in, I want to see my roon, change, get a drink and may need to use the restroom

There are 2 different swim up bars a beautiful beach views. I didn’t go into the ocean due to the under current but a few people swam in the ocean. The only thing that wasn’t 5 stars to me was the food

But you can’t beat the views and pools! Who needs to eat much when you can drink and soak up the sun all day

Just getting towels for the pool was a gauntlet of pressure to book excursions or buy trinkets from vendor tables. I went on vacation to relax, not feel pressured to continue to spend hard saved money

They could have included a hot tub or at least heated the kiddie pool. Instead of using pineapple juice for the pina coladas, it’s almost as they used some sort of artificial pineapple syrup

I would recommend working with Jorge and Ivan if you want to have the best experience here

Everything was very clean and we loved having two bathrooms. Logistically, the resort is not great. Having to take a shuttle just to go grab some breakfast, or really go anywhere, was not ideal

This time, we didn’t mean a single person that we thought was especially nice or helpful. Every single pool, whether at the resort or water park was unswimmable because they were so cold

Dining was mediocre and service inconsistent—we repeatedly waited to be seated (even at the buffet) and often had to flag down servers—while the hotel is about 2 miles from the main lobby/park and shuttle waits with young children were inconvenient (management did provide a go-cart for the rest of our stay after we complained)

I can’t believe for a resort this size, there weren’t more options. Coffee shop was only open in the morning. It would have been nice to grab an afternoon latte, but there was none to be found

Very fast and easy check in and out. Our stay was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again

This is already my fourth time staying at this all-inclusive hotel. It's a quiet, family-friendly hotel

If you're looking for a party, this isn't the place, but if you want to relax and enjoy an excellent, tranquil beach, it's the best option. And what can I say about the suite rooms? The best of the best! 👏🏻

The hotel was decent, and the staff were very friendly. Our stay was fine every day, except for the last day when we were told that our meals weren't included, despite having paid for them

The hotel staff is helpful. My only feedback concerns the limited dining hours; most options close by 11 PM, and there are only two restaurants available.

The receptionist insisted they weren't. They ask for a lot of tips, but that's optional – you can tip if you want, or not if you don't

Staff upgraded us to a large room that was nice. The beach and pools were great. The food was notably bad but the staff were all super friendly.

The buffet was really good, there was alway a good food options and again service at the table was great! The hotel is smaller, the pool water was cold making it tough to utilize the swim up bar

We had a family room with two rooms, two full beds and a pocket bed, and two bathrooms. It could have used fans in the bathroom; the vents were there but no fan. The food at the buffet was varied and quite good

We found out through trial and error that you had to line up at 4pm and then reservations were first come first served. We had the opportunity to try one restaurant and waited an hour for small portioned mediocre food

It could have used a games room or some other activities besides pool and beach. They do have a gym with steam, sauna, and shower which was nice. The beach was incredible! The pool was fun especially the swim up bar

They did not chase you or harrase like some other resorts. My family and i had a good time. We spent 2 full days there and enjoyed the pool and beach. The other days we went out Over all its was a great stay

Excellent staff!! They’re so accommodating and flexible. They made sure we would enjoy our stay here. And loved the food!! Food in the buffet was not the same everyday, which I really liked. Definitely recommended!!

Very deceiving about rooms as beach view rooms has balcony but only for standing, it is not a conventional balcony. It’s a half baked experience rather than a full scale resort experience

Nice property, pretty chill. Small pool with only 2 restaurant in the resort. Easy access to public transportation and walkable distance to party zone.

I booked it last minute but would have probably researched better before booking. Not entirely satisfied but we were active and took trip to isla and xcaret so our trip went well

The restaurants on-site were decent, but service was consistently slow, particularly at dinner. We often had to wait just to be seated, even when tables were visibly open

Even if you wake up early to grab a beach chair by the pool, there was none available as they reserve so many for premium members

This resort really lives of the great staff and the absolutely stunning beach views. I would maybe come back but not in a king bed room because the noise was unbearable

Sergio the bartender had great mixologies and definitely ENERGY! I loved it! The chef at Tavo, Nathan, gave me the best meal I’ve had from the resort and the hostess Jomira for letting us in when we said we weren’t satisfied with the other place

I’m also quite sure they just reheat pre-made food from the kitchen as the food came out in 10mins or so when I was dining in one of the a la carte restaurants lol. The food texture was mushy… Only soups were good

It was quiet and no one was super drunk. The staff speaks English impressively well. You can tell the hotel has been remodeled recently and it’s lovely. The room design is actually cute with brand-new outlets

See, I’m not a picky traveller as I don’t have high expectations from all-you-can-eat places generally but even so most food was lacking flavor. I truly think it’s because of their targeting demographic

Outside bar was been completed days after I arrived, and then when completed only played elevator music which could not be changed as it was standard on usb stick very disappointed, only one part of the pool was illumined at night which seemed dangerous, not enough poolside umbrellas for protection from the sun

Food and drink are all included, but it's okay if the requirements are not too high. The beach bar is very good, the Japanese restaurant is not good, not even Wa*****, and the Rib Eye in the steakhouse is great

Apart from morning pool exercise no other activities was available, Mexican night no holiday maker participation

I liked the hotel although it is small and some restaurants were closed it was good, the breakfast is not that rich but the snacks and dinner are delicious, the service from all the staff is excellent, highlighting Martin from bellboy, Moisés and Fermín from the bar from the pool, incredible!

The positive thing I will take for this hotel is the staff (Oscar breakfast waiter his energy in the morning was infectious) also bartender Ricardo for poolside bar when it was completed made me felt welcome when I came to the bar

The room is big, but you can't see anything from the second floor of the bay view room. The sea view is good from the third floor and above of the sea view room, with a large balcony

I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive package, as the food is quite mediocre and not all restaurants are included – some require a multi-night stay. The beach, however, is lovely and has relatively few seaweed issues

Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however

I stayed in a sea-view room, which was incredibly spacious. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's dining options were also excellent.

The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best

The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything

I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!

The breakfast was also plentiful, and I especially liked the yogurt cereal

My only problem was that rooms were not soundproof, you can hear music from outside all day in the room

It will be better if the hotel provides a coffee maker and fridge / minibar in the room. Overall, it’s a nice stay.

The room was very nice and good value for money. I stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The hotel's restaurant and swimming pool were also very nice

A fantastic hotel downtown Cancun. Close to majority of shops, malls, yet close to the beaches. Relaxed atmosphere in the pool and the wet bar. Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice pool with excellent bar service. Breakfast buffet was good, enchiladas made on demand was so yummy, jugo verde was excellent too

Cabanas and beach lounges were always available for use. We were 11 minutes for the airport, access to the bus (which is $1 US) and felt extremely safe at all times. I definitely would book again with them

Some amenities a bit outdated, but would come back for the lovely stuff, and nice food and drinks.

The hotel d environment is comfortable facing the beach, and the restaurant breakfast established rich like to wake up to see the sea in the beach can roam freely. But the hotel facilities are more dusty.

We paid a small fee for a late departure, which gave us continued access to the facilities and food for a very good deal, perfectly matching our evening flight schedule

However our room was quite spacious with lot of storages and a beautifull view, The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all, which was greatly appreciated

The hotel is quite peaceful at night, which is nice if you're not looking for a party hotel. The staff was attentive and remembered us, making us feel valued

The photographer on the beach was phenomenal. The difference in sides is weird. If you’re on the main building; the rooms are stunning and comfy

Clean room with air conditioning. We get vacation for 4 kids and all of them was happy. Nice place.

The bars run all day long and have a long list of drinks they offer however they can make pretty much anything you’d like. The room was beautiful and clean and had a gorgeous view of the ocean

The Cielito Lindo offers a delicious breakfast including eggs any style and fantastic tacos and quesadillas made to order as well as a great dinner menu featuring classic Mexican dishes

The best part of our stay was the service. The staff in the lobby were so kind and willing to help us with anything. We would like to especially thank Yeing for going out of her way

Next to it is the bar and a burger station that runs for lunch. The Japanese restaurant serves lunch through to dinner offering sushi and dishes like yakisoba and teppanyaki

Both restaurants were delicious, and we found ourselves there for almost every meal. The buffet has a large selection of food and many options for everyone

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. It's right on Reforma Avenue, and we even saw a parade on Saturday. The road was closed on Sunday for what looked like a city-wide fitness event

The hotel is very nice, very clean, very good cafeteria and restaurant. At the reception I was visited by a very inattentive man, he wanted everything quickly, it seems that this was his departure

They check temperature, oxygenation, the staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in until you leave. The food is delicious and the desserts are not as sweet as in other places. I definitely recommend this place

The area felt very safe, so we could explore without worries. Public transport, including buses and the metro, was super convenient. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel app wasn't working, which was inconvenient. I wanted to change a restaurant reservation, but when I canceled it, I couldn't make another reservation

Do you need to make an appointment one or two days in advance? Those who like to take pictures by the sea can take pictures on the beach of this hotel. The sea here is blue-green and very clear

Her kind and sympathetic heart and the way she devotes herself to her work and treats guests as dear people, her professionalism and ability to communicate with guests in Russian relieved my tension and constraint

We booked this last minute, and it was a really nice place to stay with two young children. It also has two pools, and a zero entry water park. There was a buffet or order off the menu option for all meals

A few things would make it better: the pools were pretty cold. Our kids love the water, but they had a hard time

The room it's ok, the house keeping service it wass good, the only concerns its reject linen and provide amenities like conditioner body wash, and more wash cloths

I booked my stay for a week with the intent to stay indoors in the supposedly resort as ******* has listed! I couldn’t !!!! I will be dealing with ******* for false advertising !

It was private, surrounded by palm trees and the concrete and wood gave it a soothing minimalist feel that was so relaxing and comforting. The best part was the private rooftop deck and plunge pool

The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and right on a beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for a quiet morning walk or watching the sunset
