There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the room was extremely damp. Compared to other hotels in Cancun, the service and sea view were just average.
The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service
Then is focus about member not a simple visitor
The room was nice, the swimming pool was a highlight, but the food was rather bland, the $250 resort credits were very limited in scope and could only be used for spa treatments, and you had to pay taxes and tips yourself.
The hotel is very poor. I booked two rooms, one with a broken phone, one with dirty sheets, and the service was mediocre. It took 40 minutes to get someone to get a toothbrush because the hotel is so big. The staff rarely asked for directions and couldn't ask... Hotel It’s so huge that you have to walk everywhere to get a golf cart. The hotel environment is featureless. The rooms are all the same....
It is the best place for a vacation with family.
I've been a member of the palace resorts, palace premier and palace elite programs for a number of years and overall feel like I've gotten a decent value. I originally booked a room at the Moon Palace Grand and moved the second day to the Nizuc area of the resort due to the beds, view and location of our room at the Grand (They didn't have any King size beds as requested and the double beds were a...

It's a shame that no alcohol is served after 11pm, but we were able to order beer and wine at the bar and drink them in our room.
Great hotel with friendly hotel staff who go above and beyond to accommodate our needs! High recommend staying here.
Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back! I'll be back with my family next time!

The resort is beautiful and well maintained; the room was lovely and we enjoyed the balcony. The beach is gorgeous and great for walking. The activities were enjoyable. The staff was friendly. I disliked the loud music that was piped in everywhere except the beach. While it’s an all inclusive resort make sure to bring plenty of small bills for tips.
Overall everything was decent! Food was decent but very kid friendly. Definitely not a couple trip but more of a family. Maria was texting us through WhatsApp and made life much easier for our group! She was the best!! 10/10 for her service!
5 star in every respect resort.
We had great service especially our concierge. Maria Dorantes was our concierge she arranged prior to our visit restaurant reservations, a room upgrade and transportation to the hotel from the airport.
Maria was an enormous part of our wonderful experience.
We will definitely return.
Our VIP Concierge (Maria) Grand Palladium was very responsive and helpful in arranging nightly dinner reservations for our large family group.
The room was great, excellent view. I loved that there was always something to do regardless of the time of day. The trip was extra special because I had exclusive access to an ******* staff member on WhatsApp. Maria was so helpful and checked in on me, made sure I had my dinner reservations confirmed.
My only concern was that housekeeping staff entered my room twice, despite telling them in person...
Pros:
Beautiful, well-maintained hotel.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Most of the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful.
The à la carte restaurants were just okay.
The beach was nice.
Cons:
We tried to make dinner reservations in advance but were unable to get the restaurants or times we requested. Be aware that if you don’t have reservations for the à la carte restaurants, you...

I have no idea what all those negative reviews were talking about. We just arrived here this morning. The staff are amazing, the check-in process was super quick, the pool is warm, the buffet does have fish - and a good selection of tasty other things, standard for this level of hotel (i.e. no lobsters or anything stupid like that). And the grounds and beach are spectacular. I really don't know what...
Staff – There were a few great staff members who definitely made the experience fun, but overall, most seemed pretty unhappy and unwilling to go the extra mile. For example, we had a mojito and wanted to switch drinks, but they wouldn’t even rinse the cup out for us. There were also many times when only one person was working the bar, which made the drink lines extremely long.
Beach – The beach is...
We have just arrived home after spending a splendid week at the grand oasis. Take absolutely zero notice of previous bad reviews because they are nonsense. On arrival we were greeted and escorted to check in. It was very quick checking in and we were directed to our rooms which was a long walk as this hotel is a vast complex it's not just a hotel and restaurant. Our room was on the 6th floor and we...
Bright and cool show. Delicious salads with seafood, cheerful animators and a beautiful hotel area.
The hotel very much. The next time I come here
There's nothing you can do with the children , as they will be banal boring, if you take a teenager under the age of 18 he will drown in the saliva of the local parties in the coyote ( with white bracelet would not let him go ) the food is average, I would say that is not very good , but the main drawback and not much to say discriminatory point, it's a bloody carve-up of bracelets, you've got purple...

Perfect location! Great business center at 18th floor. Strong intention to visit for next time.
Dinner is no good. Menu doesn't satisfied and also service staff'manner is worst.
A nice hotel with good location. Services were best. Sauna and stream are best. Breakfast is good too. Only minus is A bit noising if stay at the street side.
The AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.
I had done a sequrity deposit 3000 peso upon check in, but i didn't get refund when i was checkout, also they have a racists mind set on restaurant staffs and in lobby also.
Everything seems good but will be better if have the self laundry service!

Very good hotel and it is worth the cost
Good service and very good breakfast
Hotel location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and sightseeing activities. Breakfast had a lot of variety. However staff was not friendly and very rude on the last day during checkout. We raised this with the reception staff and they later sent an email to apologize.
Location is great and Rulfo restaurant has Halal foods.

It was great. I did get bit by a bug that caused an infection and had to go to the doctor here. So becareful for that.
The room was spotless and the butlers Jimmy and Yessica we had were so welcoming and helpful. The pool and amenities were fantastic. Also the beach very clean. Will definitely go back.
Amazing location, it’s 45 mins away from the airport so keep that in mind but the quietness, exclusivity, and amenities make up for it. The staff is friendly and cleanliness was on point. Highly recommend paying an additional charge for Zentopia.
Facilities are solid; beach is the best; food has improved significantly over the past couple of years
I had a great experience! This was a huge resort with lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend. The only downside was the bed not being comfortable. Other than that it was great!!
Good hotel, beach with a lot of wind but little sargassum. Good service, the restaurants are good but not outstanding. The pool is good, the bar needed repairs.

The hotel is saved by it's fantastic hard working restaurant and bar staff. Every morning for breakfast (and often lunch) we relaxed on the outdoor terrace at the Buffet restaurant and were looked after by Alberto and Joni who were an absolute pleasure to talk to and excellent hosts. Thank you also to them from our 2 young children who were treated just as well as the grown ups.

I stayed for seven days at this hotel in Cancun and had a wonderful vacation! The room service was excellent — my room was always clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Pascual and Oscar at the buffet. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Our first time to Cancun. This resort is the reason our lives changed forever when it comes to vacation. We use to go to Hawaii but since we've discovered this place and a fraction of the price, we dont even talk about visiting Hawaii anymore. This hotel is just all around an amazing place right next to the beach. Many reasons we will keep coming back. Gabby the bartender was so kind. We call her our...
This was my first trip to Mexico. I fell in Love. Paradisus gave true vacation vibes! From the events to the food to the gorgeous balcony view i had, everything was well worth it! Im seriously thinking about coming back next spring. It was hard to leave, esp for my 5 year old!
Really enjoyed the property. Great food, staff, and location. Only thing I will say is check your room and make sure nothing is broken when you first check in. Report it immediately if so. I got charged $160 usd for the closest door that was already broken. We didn’t even use the closest during our stay. So we didn’t know to report anything. We opened the door to enter the room & it bumped the closest...

Tulum, Carretera Cancun Tulum 307 🧭 Map
This is an independent resort, quite a distance from the airport, so it's best to have your own rental car. Dinner requires a reservation, while lunch and breakfast are served buffet style with plenty of options. The sea view rooms offer panoramic ocean views. The waves can be quite strong, so most guests prefer to stay by the swimming pool.
Wonderful place.. top notch service… great food.. amazing hospitality and customer service
Pleasent place to be everything food drinks, rooms
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks. This is the kind of place we could happily return to again and again.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch, but the restaurant's food is quite mediocre and doesn't match the hotel's caliber. The location is inconvenient; you can only rely on local taxis, which are very expensive, and there's no Uber available. I'd recommend staying in Cancun next time you visit Tulum.
A decent all inclusive hotel with very nice service.

Beach front resort, isolated from the city. Need uber or taxi to get in and out. Excellent breakfast with ocean view, dinner need to make a reservation then you get full service, considering the volume of guests need to have dinners, don’t expect too much. But overall good experience.
Me and my wife had a great stay in this property and considerably one of the best… if you are looking for a laid back atmosphere away from the party crowd this hotel is for you… food was delicious and actually one of the best we had compare to other resorts here in mexico and would be one of the best highlights of our stay, secondly the staff here are all nice and very hospitable and lastly the property...
the restaurants require reservation and unfortunately it is always fully booked! food quality is not the best
Good hotel for the price, food decent especially the Italian. Shuttle service was too restrictive and taxi service is very very expensive, check in was a bit poor and the gym staff were very rude.
The facilities were new, and the all-inclusive option was convenient as we didn't have to worry about food costs. However, getting around was very difficult because the hotel entrance is 4 kilometers from the main entrance, and Uber is prohibited. The location is a bit far from the main hotel strip, so that's something to be aware of. You can only get a ride via taxis affiliated with the hotel or through...
Staying at this hotel brought mixed impressions. On one hand, the property looks new and visually appealing; on the other, there were several disappointing and controversial moments.

The room needed a lot of remodeling , the food was the same everyday ,the dessert was the same everyday ,no meat ,no breast chicken ,no real squeezed orange juice or fruit juices no Coke just Pepsi the staff was very polite .amd the shows have to be more rated fir children the girls dancing were half naked .
This was a perfect location for a quick family getaway. Great value and met our expectations. Our room and parts of the hotel could use some renovations, but it was clean and comfortable. There was always plenty of food with a decent variety of options - nothing too fancy, but good and plenty of it.
Rooms i would say a 3 but the location ( close to where i needed to be) and staff were outstanding . I will go back.
great staff-provide great customer service from bartender to housekeeper. Nice beach front location though buffet food and restaurants are mediocre.
Everything about that place was amazing and I also think it pretty affordable if you wanna do a quick weekend get away as a solo travelers. Super safe, but still be self-aware. The main challenge our room had was the key card was not working the till the 2nd day mid day , and always required spending (wasting) 30 mins for security/hotel staff to get the door opened . Seems multiple families on the 7th floor had same issue.

Hotel is at good location but rooms are old.
We found hair of old guests in the shower. The water they leave is very small.
It's very old style hotel.
Good for one or two nights surviving in the city.
Location is pretty good tho.
Our staying in this hotel was awesome fantastic!
Top and outstanding quality.
Special thanks to mr Jesus at the Lounge for breakfast. He was son king and helpful.
We sincerely recommend this great hotel Camino Real
Nice hotel in a good location in the city of Mexico. Would recommend staying here to be able to relax and visit all main locations
The room was very nice, everything was great, but the price was a bit high. The hotel's location is excellent, and the surrounding area is very safe in Mexico. It's a very good choice for business trips.
Aside from the lack of a kettle, everything else was fine.
The hotel boasts a bold color scheme and excellent service. The bellhops, mostly older staff, are warm and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful, and the area is very safe. A short walk to the right from the hotel leads to the bustling Reform Avenue, lined with stylish restaurants, shops, and trendy, green spaces – a truly beautiful sight.

We were very satisfied with the environment, the food, and the service staff! However, I have a suggestion: if you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive option. We chose a five-night all-inclusive stay, but spent three days on tours, leaving at 7 am and not returning until 7 or 8 pm, wasting over $400 USD on food each day, haha. If you pay for your own...
The hotel is awesome. The communications system isn't designed for foreigners; the processes are designed for working with US citizens.
We liked the beach. Clean. All-inclusive with limitations. Room service and restaurants. Bars close at 10 pm.
This resort has met all my expectations and beyond. Room was nice and clean, and the all inclusive food in all the restaurants were good. Hasienda Sissal was a restaurant that stood out, the live music on Tue and Thu nights were worth experiencing. We went sea fishing one day and brought back some fresh fish with us to the hotel and to our surprise the kitchen cooked the fish for us as of the all inclusive...
The staff were all kind and never asked for a tip. Even Japanese people can relax at this hotel.
Although it is a windy area, the pool and beach are frequently cleaned and always clean with no trash on the ground.
The room side and cleanness is good. Pool and beach access is super for those love swimming. Food was so so, not various options, however generally ok.

Very clean hotel. Ocean view was incredible. It was better than Grand beach. Grand and Nizuc has no waves and not clean beach. That's why there have big pool. Food was very good except japaneses. Donot buy voucher or membership of Moon Palace. I was trying to voucher but hotel was full and cannot use it.
Staff was very welcoming. I suggest eating dinner at different restaurants especially at Sunrise hotels. Food was really good.
Clean rooms and overall.
What needs attention is the bed , new bed needed asap . Our back hurts for days.
Clean resort, friendly staff, lots of activities for families, lots of food options, loved the Christmas village with the train ride, dessert and drink set up. What I would change though is the over priced day pass to the Grand.
It's perfect for kids, with lots of activities. The restaurant is also good, and the hotel staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old, but it's still highly recommended for family trips.
I like this resort, all would give it 5 stars, but not the sales staff at check-out.
Overall, the experience was very good. From front desk service, restaurants to room services.

Hotel is nice and nice selection of alcohol for all inclusive, much better than expected especially compared to other all inclusives I’ve stayed at. There were far more children than I expected especially babies and toddlers. I think the bed was the worst. There were so many springs in the bed that after 4 days I have the worst backache.
Overall 6/10 stay. IMO, the resort needs some updating/sprucing up. The grounds are meticulously maintained, but the rooms is where some of that attention needs to be. Our room had blood on the bathroom wall, half used conditioner and lotion bottles. Water leaked continuously from the shower out onto the main floor. None of the restaurants take reservations. Great place to stay, staff was great they where always on there’s toes to serve everyone. Nice in every way. N all the food was good that we got to taste..would definitely go back for a get away
The room, pools, and other amenities were great, but the Riu Entertainment team, despite working extensive hours were always outstanding! In particular, Nacho and Alexis were great and we loved AquaFit!
The room was clean ,stocked, and the showers were amazing. Loved the beach access. Bed was hard and caused me to wake up painful. Many of the staff provided inaccurate information on locations on the property, like the spa and certain restaurants. Food was tasty but most of the entrees were lukewarm.

We had a really great family vacation at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was always spotless, and we especially want to thank Michael at the Asian restaurant for making my birthday special, and Patricia, the vacation planner, for being so helpful. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we’d happily come back!
The hotel offers a good all-inclusive package, but the facilities are a bit dated and regular. The pool is too small for the hotel's capacity. The service was very poor, both at the reception and from the beach attendants. Waiters only brought drinks if you paid for the sun lounger and tipped them.
