There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the room was extremely damp. Compared to other hotels in Cancun, the service and sea view were just average.

The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service Then is focus about member not a simple visitor

It's a shame that no alcohol is served after 11pm, but we were able to order beer and wine at the bar and drink them in our room.

The room was clean, and the hot water temperature was good. There were staff on the beach who took drink orders, which made the experience stress-free. However, the humidity in the room was quite high, which caused a musty smell like mold, so it would have been better if there had been a dehumidifier.

Service was exceptional at this property, every employee seemed to go above and beyond. We stayed at the Family Selection and they had so many activities and surprises for our family. Have frequented other all inclusives in the area and this one is at the top of the list for a family vacation spot.

Staff were amazing, upon check in we were given complimentary access to the TRS side. Maria with the concierge helped us as well and was able to book tennis and restaurants, she was very helpful. We will be returning!

The AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

I had done a sequrity deposit 3000 peso upon check in, but i didn't get refund when i was checkout, also they have a racists mind set on restaurant staffs and in lobby also.

Hotel location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and sightseeing activities. Breakfast had a lot of variety. However staff was not friendly and very rude on the last day during checkout. We raised this with the reception staff and they later sent an email to apologize.

This year we tried a loft room vs a swimup we usually use. We were a little disappointed in the loft as it was too much room for us. It was nice but we missed the swimup. Next year we will go back to the swimup.

This is an independent resort, quite a distance from the airport, so it's best to have your own rental car. Dinner requires a reservation, while lunch and breakfast are served buffet style with plenty of options. The sea view rooms offer panoramic ocean views. The waves can be quite strong, so most guests prefer to stay by the swimming pool.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks. This is the kind of place we could happily return to again and again.

The hotel's facilities are top-notch, but the restaurant's food is quite mediocre and doesn't match the hotel's caliber. The location is inconvenient; you can only rely on local taxis, which are very expensive, and there's no Uber available. I'd recommend staying in Cancun next time you visit Tulum.

The staff were all kind and never asked for a tip. Even Japanese people can relax at this hotel. Although it is a windy area, the pool and beach are frequently cleaned and always clean with no trash on the ground.

While we appreciated the membership team sticking to their 90 minute limit, the vendors in the lobby were a different story. Hotel is nice and nice selection of alcohol for all inclusive, much better than expected especially compared to other all inclusives I’ve stayed at. There were far more children than I expected especially babies and toddlers. I think the bed was the worst. There were so many springs in the bed that after 4 days I have the worst backache.

The hotel offers a good all-inclusive package, but the facilities are a bit dated and regular. The pool is too small for the hotel's capacity.
