Hotels All-inclusive with kids in Mexico

The room was nice, the swimming pool was a highlight, but the food was rather bland, the $250 resort credits were very limited in scope and could only be used for spa treatments, and you had to pay taxes and tips yourself

The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service Then is focus about member not a simple visitor

It is the best place for a vacation with family.

The organization of the paid activities leave much to be desired: after paying over $600 for the dolphin swimming adventure, we were made to wait 30 minutes on the stairs of the expo center like some bums to be picked up

In general very nice resort with a friendly service. On the negative note though: 1. Even after repeated notices, air conditioning in the fitness club have not been fixed until the end of my stay 2

I originally booked a room at the Moon Palace Grand and moved the second day to the Nizuc area of the resort due to the beds, view and location of our room at the Grand (They didn't have any King size beds as requested and the double beds were a bit small in the room that we were assigned)

The hotel environment is great, the pool beach is beautiful;the food is diverse and tastes good;the staff service attitude is also very good;the hotel's activities, adults and children are taken care of, all-inclusive is really convenient

Booked ocean front on Ctrip The feeling when entering the room was really great☺️ 🥶It was cloudy and cold when we arrived. The wind was strong and the water was cold. The swimming pool was impossible to enter

Fortunately, there was a heated massage pool. We played in the rafting pool without knowing why. Why are foreigners not afraid of the cold [black potato question mark R] 🍴App reservation for dinner

Wow! The pool, wow! Being on the beach, wow! The other great thing, all of the staffing is outstanding! They are super friendly, super accommodating, and they were patient with my weak Spanish

Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back! I'll be back with my family next time!

There is not much alcohol 🥰 Overall, it is still recommended If I must say, there are not many activities Except for the group aerobics in the swimming pool during the day, there are people playing violin in the lobby at night, and I missed the band performance in the bar And there are no activities

Overall everything was decent! Food was decent but very kid friendly. Definitely not a couple trip but more of a family

Our VIP Concierge (Maria) Grand Palladium was very responsive and helpful in arranging nightly dinner reservations for our large family group.

Maria Dorantes was our concierge she arranged prior to our visit restaurant reservations, a room upgrade and transportation to the hotel from the airport. Maria was an enormous part of our wonderful experience

Maria was texting us through WhatsApp and made life much easier for our group! She was the best!! 10/10 for her service!

The room was great, excellent view. I loved that there was always something to do regardless of the time of day. The trip was extra special because I had exclusive access to an ******* staff member on WhatsApp

The sea view rooms offer panoramic ocean views. The waves can be quite strong, so most guests prefer to stay by the swimming pool

This is an independent resort, quite a distance from the airport, so it's best to have your own rental car. Dinner requires a reservation, while lunch and breakfast are served buffet style with plenty of options

We had a great time! Plenty of activities to do in plenty of things to see oh just a wonderful location. My only complaint is I was in Kassav four and the ice machine was never repaired the week I was there

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks

The location is inconvenient; you can only rely on local taxis, which are very expensive, and there's no Uber available. I'd recommend staying in Cancun next time you visit Tulum

The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water. Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest

The hotel lived up to our expectations. There was a large variety of different eateries which you could book on line if need be. It was also nice to eat the array of food cooked by the pool side.

The buffet can be hit or miss, but the staff and service are consistently friendly and helpful. It’s a little far from downtown in terms of transportation, but the hotel itself is great for families and kids

We were very satisfied with the environment, the food, and the service staff! However, I have a suggestion: if you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive option

If you pay for your own meals, it'll cost around $100 USD per meal for two people, whether you eat at the hotel or at nearby restaurants. In short, just for your reference

We chose a five-night all-inclusive stay, but spent three days on tours, leaving at 7 am and not returning until 7 or 8 pm, wasting over $400 USD on food each day, haha

I was impressed with "the concierge" on top of having a regular concierge service you also will have your own concierge who will help you save some money booking activities and dinner reservation in other sister royal resorts (all meals are included in all Royal resorts if you have the all inclusive plan) one more thing to add is that the food in the resort is very good quality especially at the buffer...

I'm giving the place a 5 stars first for the cleanliness, every where you go to the resort is spotless, the staff is very professional and super friendly this place is perfect for family and for young couples (like us) visiting for first time yo Cancun

Disadvantages: The food is slow to serve. It is recommended to make reservations in advance. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't have a big impact

Victor at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helped us upgrade the room for free

Rooms were cleaned daily, frig restocked and clean towels provided. Staff were fantastic and the beach was outstanding.

There were far more children than I expected especially babies and toddlers. I think the bed was the worst. There were so many springs in the bed that after 4 days I have the worst backache

The room, pools, and other amenities were great, but the Riu Entertainment team, despite working extensive hours were always outstanding! In particular, Nacho and Alexis were great and we loved AquaFit!

Many of the staff provided inaccurate information on locations on the property, like the spa and certain restaurants. Food was tasty but most of the entrees were lukewarm

Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite

A good hotel for this area! 9 and 10 points! Delicious cuisine, a wide choice of fruits and freshly squeezed juices for breakfast! A decent choice of fish, seafood and meat for lunch and dinner! The chefs cook deliciously! It is better to take suites in the right high part of the hotel!!! Very beautiful view of the sea!!!

There are no disadvantages to this price. There are 8 restaurants, and we ate them one by one. The steak at Tradewind Steakhouse is especially good. Las Tres Cervezas Mexican food, the home-brewed beer tastes special

There are many swimming pools in front and behind, which are heated at a constant temperature and comfortable to swim. The beach sand is as fine as flour. We played beach volleyball, which was fun

Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun *****, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers

The location and ocean view is excellent. There are 8 restaurants and 24hr room service available with a wide variety of food can provided. The staff are nice and helpful. However, the beach is not that clean

Our experience at Secrets Playa Mujeres was amazing. This is truly one of the best resorts we’ve ever been to. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service was exceptional

This resort was everything we hoped it would. A perfect balance of tropical but not jungle like, modern but not over the top where you don't feel like you're in Mexico

The silent disco is always fun but they need to have a better variety of music like 80's on one channel, Rock on another and then today's top hits maybe to make it fun for everyone and 3 channels like other resorts do but again I think still learning

The restaurants are on rotation currently assuming due to occupancy being lower as they are still renovating some of the areas. Food was good to excellent and again think it will improve more as new staff adjusts

I wish they had a brick oven pizza outdoors like Secrets Maroma. They had the best pizza there! The theater and sports bar areas is a great set up and the shows were great

Dirty Pools: The pools were poorly maintained; water was often cloudy, and there were hygiene issues noted by guests

This was truly the best value for money trip! The $1 bus tour was fun, and the small Mayan museum, snorkeling, and golf cart tour nearby were short but pretty good too

The resort was nice; great pools, great gym, and helpful reception desk

Honestly, the scenery, the hotel's view, cleanliness, friendly service, and the buffet taste – everything exceeded my expectations and was incredibly satisfying

The steakhouse had decent food but the wait is over 90 minutes unless you get there before 6 to get on the line. Service from staff were good on general. Friendly staff with limited English

We had a great stay at Dreams Vista 1. They have enough staff to cater your need. Foods are amazing, hygiene and sanitation is excellent. All restaurant staff are wearing mask

I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay at the hotel and use its facilities, so even though it wasn't in the main hotel zone, I was okay with it. Everyone was friendly, the food was decent, and I had a great time!

The 24-hour room service is very convenient. This time I stayed in a room with a small swimming pool (footbath). It was OK for taking pictures, but it was a really useless facility. Drinks: The drinks are all delicious

Overall, it is a good tourist resort. The beach is beautiful, the food is rich, and there are many activities. Of course, it is a little worse than Bali, Indonesia

This was the second hotel we've stayed at in Cancun, and while the first one was pricier, leading to a slight downgrade, it doesn't overshadow this hotel's strengths

Its affordability is definitely one of its major advantages. The interior decor is a bit dated, which is understandable as the hotel has been around for decades

To sum up, if you're a first-time visitor to Cancun looking for a truly comfortable or luxurious hotel experience, this might not be the ideal choice

However, if your main goal is simply to relax and lounge on a beautiful beach, then this place is perfectly adequate

We also visited the spa and had a massage and facial. They were a nice add to a wonderful relaxing wedding weekend

Everything was good at this resort food personal the people in the lobby restaurants bars etc it was amazing

I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience

If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor

Other than that, everything about my stay was wonderful, and I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to others

There was one time the world cafe took a long time to seat me, when the restaurant wasn’t full and I didn’t have much time

Excellent service, very friendly staff, and the food was superb. The room was very basic but clean, and the hotel, while small, was very practical

The only extremely negative part of our experience was an invitation we accepted for a 'beach membership' promotion. A short, bald man got very aggressive with me because I didn't take what he was offering

The only bad thing of this Resort, we did not like that the bars around the pool they all close at 6 pm

They push you to make a decision on the spot, and we felt truly uncomfortable with the whole situation. It made for a very unpleasant moment

First time at Beach Palace or any other Palace resort. Traveled with 11 and 14 year old kids. Love that everything is right there. No huge facility where you need to take golf carts to go to the beach or pool

The issue I had was with downstairs, the salespeople booked me to go with my 5 children to Moon Palace for a day pass, when Moon Palace mentioned that all my children had to participate in a 90 minute presentation, I told them I'm sorry, but will have to return to Beach Palace

I enjoyed how respectful and caring the staff were. All of the meals were amazing 😍. The activities and events at the resort were awesome,transportation access was on point. The tour to Isla mujeres was so much fun

Food was on par for all-inclusives— not award winning but something for everyone. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Didn’t feel like I was constantly being pressured into tipping at every interaction

The hotel is generally good, though a bit dated. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the shopping mall, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel

The only thing that I didn't like was the doors to the rooms. Otherwise my experience was a 5 out of 5

That was a fair price for really good amenities. I don't know why the hotel has a low rate on some resources but my wife and I loved everything there. The personnel were amazing.

The massage therapist though; I wouldn’t recommend. You lay sans clothing, and he gets VERY CLOSE to “areas”. He did “accidentally” touch my. He did stop when I moved and voiced my concern though

The shows were okay but not spectacular. All excursions are quite far away. We will stay elsewhere next time but; a nice place all around

Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch

We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun

On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities

Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews, food was good, rooms were clean, felt safe with small children. The only downside is the app for booking a la carte restaurants just did not work at all for us

There was quite a few times we were in a long line for food. There is a bit of pressure from the "concierges" to attend their "special" breakfasts to celebrate some made up event. Avoid its some confusing timeshare scam

Room: furniture is dated, clean, no balcony but the view from our room overlooked the pool area and beach. We had to hang our bathing suits on the window sill to dry

Check in: stood in line over an hour and then stood in line another hour to get room Room: when you have 4 people, why are the beds pushed together?? No privacy (bathroom door not full and if you turn the bathroom light on, the whole room lights up The app never worked for us to make dining reservations Evening shows were excellent

During my stay at this hotel, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations. The bathroom door scraped when opening, which is a basic issue that should have been resolved with minimal maintenance
