The room was nice, the swimming pool was a highlight, but the food was rather bland, the $250 resort credits were very limited in scope and could only be used for spa treatments, and you had to pay taxes and tips yourself
The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service
Then is focus about member not a simple visitor
It is the best place for a vacation with family.
The organization of the paid activities leave much to be desired: after paying over $600 for the dolphin swimming adventure, we were made to wait 30 minutes on the stairs of the expo center like some bums to be picked up
In general very nice resort with a friendly service. On the negative note though:
1. Even after repeated notices, air conditioning in the fitness club have not been fixed until the end of my stay
2
I originally booked a room at the Moon Palace Grand and moved the second day to the Nizuc area of the resort due to the beds, view and location of our room at the Grand (They didn't have any King size beds as requested and the double beds were a bit small in the room that we were assigned)
The hotel environment is great, the pool beach is beautiful;the food is diverse and tastes good;the staff service attitude is also very good;the hotel's activities, adults and children are taken care of, all-inclusive is really convenient
Booked ocean front on Ctrip
The feeling when entering the room was really great☺️
🥶It was cloudy and cold when we arrived. The wind was strong and the water was cold. The swimming pool was impossible to enter
Fortunately, there was a heated massage pool. We played in the rafting pool without knowing why. Why are foreigners not afraid of the cold [black potato question mark R]
🍴App reservation for dinner
Wow! The pool, wow! Being on the beach, wow! The other great thing, all of the staffing is outstanding! They are super friendly, super accommodating, and they were patient with my weak Spanish
Since my boyfriend is a big eater,
We made reservations for hana and casa madre. Casa madre Mexican food is a bit salty. The breakfast feels similar to the above two
There is not much alcohol
🥰 Overall, it is still recommended
If I must say, there are not many activities
Except for the group aerobics in the swimming pool during the day, there are people playing violin in the lobby at night, and I missed the band performance in the bar
And there are no activities
Staff were amazing, upon check in we were given complimentary access to the TRS side. Maria with the concierge helped us as well and was able to book tennis and restaurants, she was very helpful. We will be returning!
The room was fantastic. The staff was awesome. The bartenders at the pool were phenomenal. The resort is beautiful!
We experienced a warm welcome and continued attention to all our needs during our stay at the Grand Palladium. Such a beautiful and very well cared for setting with attention to even the small details
Service was exceptional at this property, every employee seemed to go above and beyond. We stayed at the Family Selection and they had so many activities and surprises for our family
The staff was engaging and pleasant throughout our stay. Special kudos to Maria Dorantes (VIP Concierge Grand Palladium) for her caring support during our stay
The room was clean, and the hot water temperature was good. There were staff on the beach who took drink orders, which made the experience stress-free

Ok - 5 days later: this place is still excellent! Sure you can zoom in on the paint in the bathroom corner not being perfect - but why are you in the (perfectly fine, clean, well maintained) room??
Sure, it's a popular resort and you might have to wait five minutes for a drink
no lobsters or anything stupid like that). And the grounds and beach are spectacular. I really don't know what else you could expect from a resort of this price
So in summary from a couple that have had many holidays in many different countries and hotels this is one of the very best we have ever been to
I have no idea what all those negative reviews were talking about. We just arrived here this morning
The staff are amazing, the check-in process was super quick, the pool is warm, the buffet does have fish - and a good selection of tasty other things, standard for this level of hotel (i
And then there's the beach, and the beautiful grounds, the superb entertainment, the 30°C weather, and the friendly staff. If you don't like this place, you probably don't like much

I had done a sequrity deposit 3000 peso upon check in, but i didn't get refund when i was checkout, also they have a racists mind set on restaurant staffs and in lobby also.
Dinner is no good. Menu doesn't satisfied and also service staff'manner is worst.
A nice hotel with good location. Services were best. Sauna and stream are best. Breakfast is good too. Only minus is A bit noising if stay at the street side.
Perfect location! Great business center at 18th floor. Strong intention to visit for next time.
Everything seems good but will be better if have the self laundry service!
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U
One of the best hotels in Mexico. Everything is fine. Quite high prices, but very good service
Had the pleasure of staying at this great hotel in Polanco while on vacation in Mexico City. The entire staff was very attentive and followed all CDC covid guidelines. The food at their restaurants was the cherry on top
A very luxurious and upscale hotel in Mexico City, in the famous prestigious Blanco district. The lobby is quaint and beautiful, suitable for meetings and coffee is served in the cafe on the ground floor
Excellent large tourist/business hotel in a prestigious residential area which I consider one of the most beautiful. There is a huge hotel atrium where the lobby and restaurant are located
Japanese restaurants are good, but it is strange that two out of three restaurants in the hotel are Japanese. There is a 24/7 convenience store which is very convenient
We will be back next month and plan to stay here again! Highly recommend!
The pools were beautiful, the beach area was well maintained, and the dining options were excellent. Every restaurant we tried delivered high-quality food and great presentation
This year we tried a loft room vs a swimup we usually use.
We were a little disappointed in the loft as it was too much room for us. It was nice but we missed the swimup. Next year we will go back to the swimup.
My wife and I stayed at TRS Coral Hotel for our 13-year anniversary, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued
The butler service and attention to detail truly made this trip special for us. We felt safe, well taken care of, and able to fully relax and celebrate our anniversary
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and relaxing — exactly what we were looking for in an adults-only experience
Spectacular! Third time to the TRS and it never disappoints. The rooms are amazing and clean. The beach is well taken care of and the food is SIX stars!!
The hotel itself occupies a huge amount of beach front and as a result has stunning views from all around the pool areas and lots of the dining and drinking areas
Every morning for breakfast (and often lunch) we relaxed on the outdoor terrace at the Buffet restaurant and were looked after by Alberto and Joni who were an absolute pleasure to talk to and excellent hosts
It can all lead to the need to say no thank you 10 times a day and walk around not making eye contact to avoid sales approaches. The big problem with our stay was the room we were allocated on the first night
Very disruptive to the holiday and absolutely zero concern about the state of the room. The reception team even suggested the next room might be in the same condition so there was no point moving
Hotel was a bit dated (however they are going to renovate at the end of May for a year) and the pool looked like it needed to be filled up with more water
For the people above, and for many more incredibly hard working staff around the pool and beach - they are working at 5 star standard all day long
The sea view rooms offer panoramic ocean views. The waves can be quite strong, so most guests prefer to stay by the swimming pool
This is an independent resort, quite a distance from the airport, so it's best to have your own rental car. Dinner requires a reservation, while lunch and breakfast are served buffet style with plenty of options
We had a great time! Plenty of activities to do in plenty of things to see oh just a wonderful location. My only complaint is I was in Kassav four and the ice machine was never repaired the week I was there
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks
The location is inconvenient; you can only rely on local taxis, which are very expensive, and there's no Uber available. I'd recommend staying in Cancun next time you visit Tulum
I have to make that statement because it’s such an inconvenience to go to the other castles or qualifies so it’s all a complaint,

Me and my wife had a great stay in this property and considerably one of the best… if you are looking for a laid back atmosphere away from the party crowd this hotel is for you… food was delicious and actually one of the best we had compare to other resorts here in mexico and would be one of the best highlights of our stay, secondly the staff here are all nice and very hospitable and lastly the property...
Under construction but it is seen that they will be adequate to stay nothing of luxury not so luxurious rooms are accessible
Beach front resort, isolated from the city. Need uber or taxi to get in and out
The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water. Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest
The hotel lived up to our expectations. There was a large variety of different eateries which you could book on line if need be. It was also nice to eat the array of food cooked by the pool side.
The buffet can be hit or miss, but the staff and service are consistently friendly and helpful. It’s a little far from downtown in terms of transportation, but the hotel itself is great for families and kids

Safe, clean, and in a great location.
The food provided by the customer service is good👍
Hotel is at good location but rooms are old. We found hair of old guests in the shower. The water they leave is very small. Good for one or two nights surviving in the city
Our staying in this hotel was awesome fantastic!
Top and outstanding quality.
Special thanks to mr Jesus at the Lounge for breakfast. He was son king and helpful.
We sincerely recommend this great hotel Camino Real
The rooms are older, but the public areas are modern. The service is very good, especially the chocolate in the lobby is delicious. There are many places to eat nearby, and there is Japanese food in the hotel.
The room was very nice, everything was great, but the price was a bit high. The hotel's location is excellent, and the surrounding area is very safe in Mexico. It's a very good choice for business trips.
The wave pool at the entrance also has various surprises
We were very satisfied with the environment, the food, and the service staff! However, I have a suggestion: if you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive option
If you pay for your own meals, it'll cost around $100 USD per meal for two people, whether you eat at the hotel or at nearby restaurants. In short, just for your reference
We chose a five-night all-inclusive stay, but spent three days on tours, leaving at 7 am and not returning until 7 or 8 pm, wasting over $400 USD on food each day, haha
The beach is really nice and spacious, you can always find a good spot. There are waves as soon as you come into the water, but you can swim once you get a bit further from the shore. Towel service is open till 10pm(!)
We liked the beach. Clean. All-inclusive with limitations. Room service and restaurants. Bars close at 10 pm.
The staff were all kind and never asked for a tip. Even Japanese people can relax at this hotel.
Although it is a windy area, the pool and beach are frequently cleaned and always clean with no trash on the ground.
It was better than Grand beach. Grand and Nizuc has no waves and not clean beach. That's why there have big pool. Food was very good except japaneses. Donot buy voucher or membership of Moon Palace
While the restaurants and pool areas are maintained, the rooms need a facelift. I came to the palace resorts about 30 years ago and no decor has changed in the rooms. It could use some “polishing”
They do try to sell you an invite to a 90 minute event, but we declined a few times. Check in and check out was a breeze. Use the slippers provided in the rooms as your feet get dirty
On the flip side, the price reflected it nicely
The resort was very clean & beautifully landscaped. The staff was incredibly friendly & attentive. Wonderful resort!
The pool area is wonderful, very big with multiple bars, and easy to get chairs w/ umbrellas without any hassle. The beach was nice too but nothing spectacular

What made our stay special were the friendly staff and how hardworking they were! They always had a smile on and were very kind and helpful. Thanks for welcoming us, I recommend staying at this hotel!
Nice location. Beautiful large rooms with nice views. Good was a big let down. Drink service was great
Disadvantages: The food is slow to serve. It is recommended to make reservations in advance. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't have a big impact
Facing the sea, with pleasant scenery, attentive service, and the pier to Women's Island is right next to it.
Victor at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helped us upgrade the room for free
very good, clean, staff are friendly, food is great. Good for family trip
Rooms were cleaned daily, frig restocked and clean towels provided. Staff were fantastic and the beach was outstanding.
Hotel is nice and nice selection of alcohol for all inclusive, much better than expected especially compared to other all inclusives I’ve stayed at
The room, pools, and other amenities were great, but the Riu Entertainment team, despite working extensive hours were always outstanding! In particular, Nacho and Alexis were great and we loved AquaFit!
Other than that the family and I had a great time. There are two water parks in for adults and teller children and one for smaller children along with numerous pools and the beach
The room was great. The hotel was very clean. Staff was very polite. Loved my swim-out suite.
Many of the staff provided inaccurate information on locations on the property, like the spa and certain restaurants. Food was tasty but most of the entrees were lukewarm
The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. That was my favorite part was how nice the staff was. Everyone at the bar was super nice. Every time I stepped out housekeeping always kept my room clean
The food is probably the only thing I would give a C- the food wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t all that good…. but that did not take away from the fact that my overall experience was super amazing
Rooms i would say a 3 but the location ( close to where i needed to be) and staff were outstanding . I will go back.
Everything about that place was amazing and I also think it pretty affordable if you wanna do a quick weekend get away as a solo travelers. Super safe, but still be self-aware
The main challenge our room had was the key card was not working the till the 2nd day mid day , and always required spending (wasting) 30 mins for security/hotel staff to get the door opened
This was a perfect location for a quick family getaway. Great value and met our expectations. Our room and parts of the hotel could use some renovations, but it was clean and comfortable
My overall experience was good until I had a negative experience at one of the pool side bars. The bartender stated I could only have Modello draft beer
The hotel offers a good all-inclusive package, but the facilities are a bit dated and regular. The pool is too small for the hotel's capacity
Our room was always spotless, and we especially want to thank Michael at the Asian restaurant for making my birthday special, and Patricia, the vacation planner, for being so helpful
The resort was clean and has many fun areas to hang out. The staff was friendly and the rooms were always clean.
We had a really great family vacation at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home
I always used to think cruises are number one but this resort in my opinion was number #1 for 2025.

The location and ocean view is excellent. There are 8 restaurants and 24hr room service available with a wide variety of food can provided. The staff are nice and helpful. However, the beach is not that clean
Amazing time, food is great and a lot better than the Riu hotel. The stuff is super nice and we enjoy the time there very much. I will definitely book again if I ever go back to Cancun
It was first time to enjoy all-inclusive hotels.
Ocean view from the room was beautiful and inside was clean and big!
Everything inside the refrigerator was complimentary.
The hotel is surrounded by beautiful white sand beaches. The food, drinks and snacks are very good. Staff are very attentive and police. Worth !
At this resort you felt safe, all needs were met within a timely manner, I would have to give a 10 for cleanliness, amenities were amazing, food was great, and last but not least, the staff was very very kind!! Would go back in a "heartbeat!!"
We enjoyed ourselves so much. Good hospitality and nice beautiful beach. The food from the restaurants are very yummy. Wish to return again.
There were basically not many people taking the indoor courses or they were directly cancelled. The activities in the outdoor swimming pool were very popular
The service is very good, the hotel is large, the beach is beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and clean. Tipping is free, the food is rich, and dinner needs to be reserved
Great all inclusive hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and there was so much to do during our stay. The room was amazing as well as a good selection of food/restaurants - will definitely come again.
After checking out at noon, you can stay to eat, drink and play until you go to the airport
After reading other people's reviews, I finally chose this all-inclusive hotel. The food there was not as good as I expected. The daily courses arranged by the hotel were organized by the hotel staff as coaches
Everything was good, but I experienced racial discrimination at a Mexican restaurant, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
