The room was clean, and the hot water temperature was good. There were staff on the beach who took drink orders, which made the experience stress-free. However, the humidity in the room was quite high, which caused a musty smell like mold, so it would have been better if there had been a dehumidifier.

Service was exceptional at this property, every employee seemed to go above and beyond. We stayed at the Family Selection and they had so many activities and surprises for our family. Have frequented other all inclusives in the area and this one is at the top of the list for a family vacation spot.

Had to change rooms. The original room had alot of broken parts. Party cancun crowd checked in on the same day was not a peaceful atmosphere as advertised. Food was 90% bad. It was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service.
