Hotels All-inclusive in Mexico

The only good thing is that there are more things to play. Hotel Restaurant The food was average. I have stayed in many other all-inclusive hotels in Cancun, but this was the worst

Instead of giving us vital information about the resort, restaurants, trips and activities, we were hooked up to a salesperson, who tried to dupe us into time share "presentation"

The room was nice, the swimming pool was a highlight, but the food was rather bland, the $250 resort credits were very limited in scope and could only be used for spa treatments, and you had to pay taxes and tips yourself

It is the best place for a vacation with family.

These were all minor blemishes on the otherwise amazing overall experience we have had throughout our stay. I i were to come back to Cancun i would still choose no other than one of the Moon Palace's resorts, period

The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service Then is focus about member not a simple visitor

The hotel environment is great, the pool beach is beautiful;the food is diverse and tastes good;the staff service attitude is also very good;the hotel's activities, adults and children are taken care of, all-inclusive is really convenient

Booked ocean front on Ctrip The feeling when entering the room was really great☺️ 🥶It was cloudy and cold when we arrived. The wind was strong and the water was cold. The swimming pool was impossible to enter

Nothing bad to say about my experience at Marriott. We stayed for 8 nights in a partial ocean view room. We were expecting to have a view of the pool but we ended up being on the side of the hotel instead

Fortunately, there was a heated massage pool. We played in the rafting pool without knowing why. Why are foreigners not afraid of the cold [black potato question mark R] 🍴App reservation for dinner

Mo’s fries are very delicious😋 The burger is not juicy. The pizza shop is a bit salty. If you like the fruit inside, you can take it anytime. 🍸Room serice at night asked for more glasses of wine

Since my boyfriend is a big eater, We made reservations for hana and casa madre. Casa madre Mexican food is a bit salty. The breakfast feels similar to the above two

Must stay at this resort was phenomenal! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were good and there was a lot of nightly entertainment for the adults

My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and we had an amazing time! All of the staff in every aspect of the resort, was very kind, professional, helpful, and made the experience so great

I want to specifically thank Maria, our VIP concierge who was amazing and went above and beyond for us! Even before check in, she reached out and offered assistance

The room was spotless, the service was great, food was amazing. Everything checked all the boxes. Definitely recommend

Throughout our stay, she was very attentive always making sure we were okay and asking if we needed anything

There's nothing you can do with the children , as they will be banal boring, if you take a teenager under the age of 18 he will drown in the saliva of the local parties in the coyote ( with white bracelet would not let him go ) the food is average, I would say that is not very good , but the main drawback and not much to say discriminatory point, it's a bloody carve-up of bracelets, you've got purple...

Noisy hotel, not for family trips, Russian very little information, hotel guides do not understand why there are ( with the exception of the girl in the first case, here it is for all and pulls the strap, the other full of zeros) the hotel grounds are beautiful, the beach is gorgeous

Went there for our honeymoon, for no charge they upgraded our room to King size bed with a wine bottle and the gift voucher for dinner which was amazing

And it took a very long time to order food from room service or at a restaurant. Still, I think it's hard to follow any hotel in terms of facilities, beach-owned chic cabaret show, etc

The Butlers Ricardo and Jesus were great for the 2 days we had them. Entertainment/Buffet at Isla Blanca was the only down side to the resort I felt. Could have been more entertainment at night

Staff the room, the amenities, my butler mostly the people downstairs at the courtesy counter helped me when I was having a problem. They made our stay they are so welcomed. I would definitely stay there again

Since we had a great time here, i could easily avoid small errors in services. Food has been amazing with so much choice. All the restaurant Staff have been great and have helped make our stay the best it can be

Good hotel, beach with a lot of wind but little sargassum. Good service, the restaurants are good but not outstanding. The pool is good, the bar needed repairs. The gym and spa are spectacular

If you ask me to do something, you have to tell me two or three times. Because there are so many people, I think you must make a reservation for all restaurants

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks

The hotel's facilities are top-notch, but the restaurant's food is quite mediocre and doesn't match the hotel's caliber

The location is inconvenient; you can only rely on local taxis, which are very expensive, and there's no Uber available. I'd recommend staying in Cancun next time you visit Tulum

Alejandra, the Guest Relations Manager, was phenomenal - very genuine and attentive over our entire stay! All of the restaurants were wonderful and kudos to Michel, the Executive Chef and his entire team! Each meal from breakfast to dinner was excellent and such a great experience! We particularly loved La Luce, the Mediterranean restaurant which is definitely a favorite amongst guests

This is a great resort if you want to have a relaxing getaway. The staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is not too 'party. ' The food is delicious and the rooms are very clean

The food and drinks were good. It's a great place to disconnect. There's nothing nearby and transportation isn't cheap, so it's not ideal if you're looking to explore the city. The facilities and staff are excellent!!

The buffet can be hit or miss, but the staff and service are consistently friendly and helpful. It’s a little far from downtown in terms of transportation, but the hotel itself is great for families and kids

I would definitely recommend this resort based on value and service

The hotel generally is good, easy to book restaurants; staff are friendly; it would be great if the foods in the main buffet restaurant could be more diversified; during our 5-night stay, only two night shows in the main theater, were expecting more

Upgrading was definitely worth it! The second room was beautiful! The buffet was excellent, and the service and staff were amazing. Not all the shows were entertaining, sometimes they were just karaoke night

The live music was the same band every night, so it got a little tiring. The beach was great, clean, no seaweed, and a lifeguard on duty. The loungers under the palm trees were lovely to relax in

Our mini fridge was stocked everyday with water beers and sodas and the coffee at the buffet was nice and strong. I very highly recommend staying here, you will thoroughly enjoy your time

Service was great, very clean, and safe! We upgraded our room once we got there and the rooms with a view were nicer inside the room as well as with a better view

Juices were watered down, the food choices were limited and to make it all worse, the was a large group of students (hundreds of students) holding a convention and that made everything a waiting game for anything

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable

The Tequila and Mezcal tasting were top notch and I learned a lot about the local drinks. Daniel the entertainment coordinator was great. He planned fun activities everyday and we really enjoyed his energy

Every morning for breakfast (and often lunch) we relaxed on the outdoor terrace at the Buffet restaurant and were looked after by Alberto and Joni who were an absolute pleasure to talk to and excellent hosts

Management need to look to themselves for areas that are making global review scores lower - and take the pressure off their employees. The issue here at management level is greed

Some staff are clearly under pressure to sell upgrades for wine or 'chefs specials' and the daily rounds from the Spa and watersports excursions team

For the people above, and for many more incredibly hard working staff around the pool and beach - they are working at 5 star standard all day long

If you pay for your own meals, it'll cost around $100 USD per meal for two people, whether you eat at the hotel or at nearby restaurants. In short, just for your reference

This resort has met all my expectations and beyond. Room was nice and clean, and the all inclusive food in all the restaurants were good

We liked the beach. Clean. All-inclusive with limitations. Room service and restaurants. Bars close at 10 pm.

We were very satisfied with the environment, the food, and the service staff! However, I have a suggestion: if you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive option

We chose a five-night all-inclusive stay, but spent three days on tours, leaving at 7 am and not returning until 7 or 8 pm, wasting over $400 USD on food each day, haha

Hasienda Sissal was a restaurant that stood out, the live music on Tue and Thu nights were worth experiencing

The beach is fantastic, 25 meters wide and not too deep, so even children can have fun! There are only three or five restaurants, but the all-inclusive package is more than enough

The place was phenomenal and everything included was a plus on not having to worry other than the restaurants offered! Staff was great and very attentive and always willing to help! I would recommend anyone to come here and will be returning for my next vacation!

Just had to deal with the noise. Hotel itself is very clean and the common areas are very well decorated and furnished. I ate in all the alacarte restaurants and would highly reccomened Gaucho and the Japanese

The resort itself needs some work. The main pool has sharp broken tiles in it. The preferred club pool is lovely but not heated. There are water leaks throughout the building including the buffet itself

Best beach that’s calm, beautiful and safe for all ages. They really go all out to give you the best experience. The entertainment staff are the best and the shows and activities offered are fantastic

The property location, beach and staff make up for what is lacking but I hope the hotel will get around to improving the other things because Dreams Sands has a lot of potential

The hotel is nice, big and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, the beach is beautiful, not rocky at all and very safe. We usually don’t use the pools, all of us prefer the beach and the ocean

We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for 10 days. This is not the first time we are staying at Riu Palace hotel, we love it and every time return to it in different places

The only thing I didn’t like is that during the 10 days stay they didn’t change my bedsheets at all, other than that the room was very clean and well maintained

Food is good, however at other Riu hotels we had better food. Also three of us got really sick from it, we all thought it was the seafood…

Will I come back to Riu, probably yes although I would like to try something different

For three consecutive days, we had no air conditioning or hot water, which made it extremely difficult to rest, especially with the constant loud banging and noise throughout the hotel during both daytime and night time hours

It's perfect for kids, with lots of activities. The restaurant is also good, and the hotel staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old, but it's still highly recommended for family trips.

The only thing is that the room service takes forever to come (the food), and I would suggest eating at the restaurants rather than ordering room service for the taste as well

Property is very big and most about 8 minutes a walk to get to any of the restaurants. Workers are all very professional and friendly

we paid for ocena view, but we got a wedding view with noise. every day party, was a waste for the ocen view, first of all their ocen view rooms with 2 beds only on the first floor.

The beachfront five-star hotel is packed with people all day long, with lots of topless women, all-inclusive, and all-you-can-eat regular drinks and seven different restaurants, but the striptease show has to be booked a day earlier on Thursday!

Food is average buffet is horrible like canteen food. If you tip well they remember your choice of food and drinks

Playmakers and rest of staff are great!!!, only downside was buffet area was very hot during lunch, ac could not keep up, and also need more bartender working at the swim up bar, only had 3 bartender they cant keep up , waited 15mins for a drink never had a bartender even walk by where i was at in the pool bar, then i got out of the pool to wait over 5 mins more to get one at the outside...

Bash Dj need to stick to more of what the theme night are and songs that relate to them, first 30 mins he does then it the same old tracks they play everynight just in a different order, you can tell it gets old to all the people that been there more than 2 nights instantly kill the mood and dance floor starts to empty

What's unique about Temptations is definitely the sexy atmosphere and the personal service by the staff like Odalys, Mayra and Hayver they will treat you like family making sure all your reservations and activities are taking care of

We had a fabulous time at Temptation as always! All the staff were friendly and helpful! Odalys, Mayra and Hayver were great in the lobby bar! The ******* VIP check in/out was super easy and staff at friendly! Can’t wait to go back!

The rooms are gorgeous but have rock solid floors that get slippery if you keep the balcony doors open. The concierges speak good English and helped us orient ourselves in

Let me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins)

Disadvantages: The food is slow to serve. It is recommended to make reservations in advance. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't have a big impact

This place is completely all inclusive. I love that even room service and laundry was included. The food was tasty, but I would avoid the sushi. Their best item is definitely the flank steak

I always used to think cruises are number one but this resort in my opinion was number #1 for 2025.

There are no disadvantages to this price. There are 8 restaurants, and we ate them one by one. The steak at Tradewind Steakhouse is especially good. Las Tres Cervezas Mexican food, the home-brewed beer tastes special

There are many swimming pools in front and behind, which are heated at a constant temperature and comfortable to swim. The beach sand is as fine as flour. We played beach volleyball, which was fun

At this resort you felt safe, all needs were met within a timely manner, I would have to give a 10 for cleanliness, amenities were amazing, food was great, and last but not least, the staff was very very kind!! Would go back in a "heartbeat!!"

The food in the restaurant is delicious and the evening program is great.

It is very cost-effective among the all-inclusive hotels in the hotel area, but the rooms may be ordinary because of their age. The supporting facilities such as swimming pool, beach and restaurant are not bad.

The restaurants are too small for the guests so reservations fill up way too quickly. The buffet leaves much to be desired. I'd give the food a 5 out of 10 but the rest if the resort gets a 9 out of 10

The beach area is rather small and cramped during peak hours. In my opinion, the property would do well to improve security and specialty restaurants

We loved our stay at Secrets, the staff/service was outstanding. Although the majority of the resort gorgeous, it is in need of some upgrading, I understand they will be closing in a week to do that

We had such a great experience with Secrets in Costa Rica on our honeymoon that when we decided to take another vacation we would hands down choose another Secrets resort

It was a nice resort. They are renovating it but I’m not sure why it was real nice as it was.

The meals are sumptuous and the service is enthusiastic. The pool party performance at dinner is also unique. It's a good arrangement to share hotel resources with Dream next door

In addition, there are many aquatic plants in this sea area, which makes it difficult to swim in the sea. Fortunately, there are two hotel swimming pools. Finally, it is recommended to experience the seaside restaurant

I had an amazing stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres in Cancun. The food was delicious, the staff provided excellent service, and the daily activities were fun and well-organized. Everything was very clean and well-maintained
