Hotels All-inclusive in Mexico

The only good thing is that there are more things to play. Hotel Restaurant The food was average. I have stayed in many other all-inclusive hotels in Cancun, but this was the worst

Instead of giving us vital information about the resort, restaurants, trips and activities, we were hooked up to a salesperson, who tried to dupe us into time share "presentation"

The room was nice, the swimming pool was a highlight, but the food was rather bland, the $250 resort credits were very limited in scope and could only be used for spa treatments, and you had to pay taxes and tips yourself

It is the best place for a vacation with family.

These were all minor blemishes on the otherwise amazing overall experience we have had throughout our stay. I i were to come back to Cancun i would still choose no other than one of the Moon Palace's resorts, period

The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service Then is focus about member not a simple visitor

The hotel environment is great, the pool beach is beautiful;the food is diverse and tastes good;the staff service attitude is also very good;the hotel's activities, adults and children are taken care of, all-inclusive is really convenient

Booked ocean front on Ctrip The feeling when entering the room was really great☺️ 🥶It was cloudy and cold when we arrived. The wind was strong and the water was cold. The swimming pool was impossible to enter

Fortunately, there was a heated massage pool. We played in the rafting pool without knowing why. Why are foreigners not afraid of the cold [black potato question mark R] 🍴App reservation for dinner

Mo’s fries are very delicious😋 The burger is not juicy. The pizza shop is a bit salty. If you like the fruit inside, you can take it anytime. 🍸Room serice at night asked for more glasses of wine

Since my boyfriend is a big eater, We made reservations for hana and casa madre. Casa madre Mexican food is a bit salty. The breakfast feels similar to the above two

Instead, a bottle of red wine was sent. Amigo is really friendly [laughing and crying R] There is no wine list. All the wines are small sweet wines

Maria Dorantes was our concierge she arranged prior to our visit restaurant reservations, a room upgrade and transportation to the hotel from the airport. Maria was an enormous part of our wonderful experience

Our VIP Concierge (Maria) Grand Palladium was very responsive and helpful in arranging nightly dinner reservations for our large family group.

Maria was texting us through WhatsApp and made life much easier for our group! She was the best!! 10/10 for her service!

Overall everything was decent! Food was decent but very kid friendly. Definitely not a couple trip but more of a family

5 star in every respect resort. We had great service especially our concierge

The room was great, excellent view. I loved that there was always something to do regardless of the time of day. The trip was extra special because I had exclusive access to an ******* staff member on WhatsApp

Ok - 5 days later: this place is still excellent! Sure you can zoom in on the paint in the bathroom corner not being perfect - but why are you in the (perfectly fine, clean, well maintained) room?? Sure, it's a popular resort and you might have to wait five minutes for a drink

no lobsters or anything stupid like that). And the grounds and beach are spectacular. I really don't know what else you could expect from a resort of this price

So in summary from a couple that have had many holidays in many different countries and hotels this is one of the very best we have ever been to

I have no idea what all those negative reviews were talking about. We just arrived here this morning

But they're all good natured and having fun - AND there's a whole bougie adult area for those that want to pay the extra, and there's a whole quieter more family oriented side for those that don't want the dance music

We also tried walking up to some restaurants and were told we needed a reservation, but when we checked with the concierge, they said those same restaurants were walk-in only

And it took a very long time to order food from room service or at a restaurant. Still, I think it's hard to follow any hotel in terms of facilities, beach-owned chic cabaret show, etc

The room was spotless and the butlers Jimmy and Yessica we had were so welcoming and helpful. The pool and amenities were fantastic. Also the beach very clean. Will definitely go back.

I had a great experience! This was a huge resort with lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend. The only downside was the bed not being comfortable. Other than that it was great!!

Since we had a great time here, i could easily avoid small errors in services. Food has been amazing with so much choice. All the restaurant Staff have been great and have helped make our stay the best it can be

Good hotel, beach with a lot of wind but little sargassum. Good service, the restaurants are good but not outstanding. The pool is good, the bar needed repairs. The gym and spa are spectacular

If you ask me to do something, you have to tell me two or three times. Because there are so many people, I think you must make a reservation for all restaurants

The Tequila and Mezcal tasting were top notch and I learned a lot about the local drinks. Daniel the entertainment coordinator was great. He planned fun activities everyday and we really enjoyed his energy

The hotel is saved by it's fantastic hard working restaurant and bar staff

Every morning for breakfast (and often lunch) we relaxed on the outdoor terrace at the Buffet restaurant and were looked after by Alberto and Joni who were an absolute pleasure to talk to and excellent hosts

Management need to look to themselves for areas that are making global review scores lower - and take the pressure off their employees. The issue here at management level is greed

Some staff are clearly under pressure to sell upgrades for wine or 'chefs specials' and the daily rounds from the Spa and watersports excursions team

For the people above, and for many more incredibly hard working staff around the pool and beach - they are working at 5 star standard all day long

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks

The hotel's facilities are top-notch, but the restaurant's food is quite mediocre and doesn't match the hotel's caliber

This is an independent resort, quite a distance from the airport, so it's best to have your own rental car. Dinner requires a reservation, while lunch and breakfast are served buffet style with plenty of options

We had a great time! Plenty of activities to do in plenty of things to see oh just a wonderful location. My only complaint is I was in Kassav four and the ice machine was never repaired the week I was there

the restaurants require reservation and unfortunately it is always fully booked! food quality is not the best

Me and my wife had a great stay in this property and considerably one of the best… if you are looking for a laid back atmosphere away from the party crowd this hotel is for you… food was delicious and actually one of the best we had compare to other resorts here in mexico and would be one of the best highlights of our stay, secondly the staff here are all nice and very hospitable and lastly the property...

Under construction but it is seen that they will be adequate to stay nothing of luxury not so luxurious rooms are accessible

Excellent breakfast with ocean view, dinner need to make a reservation then you get full service, considering the volume of guests need to have dinners, don’t expect too much

They have playtime with parents and then drop off time when they do arts and crafts, movies and other fun activities. I also really enjoyed spinning class here with their fitness instructor

Seems multiple families on the 7th floor had same issue. Buffet Food was good , but was very repetitive. The restaurant (Seafood Dinner) was very good

great staff-provide great customer service from bartender to housekeeper. Nice beach front location though buffet food and restaurants are mediocre.

Upgrading was definitely worth it! The second room was beautiful! The buffet was excellent, and the service and staff were amazing. Not all the shows were entertaining, sometimes they were just karaoke night

The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. That was my favorite part was how nice the staff was. Everyone at the bar was super nice. Every time I stepped out housekeeping always kept my room clean

The food is probably the only thing I would give a C- the food wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t all that good…. but that did not take away from the fact that my overall experience was super amazing

Everything about that place was amazing and I also think it pretty affordable if you wanna do a quick weekend get away as a solo travelers. Super safe, but still be self-aware

If you pay for your own meals, it'll cost around $100 USD per meal for two people, whether you eat at the hotel or at nearby restaurants. In short, just for your reference

This resort has met all my expectations and beyond. Room was nice and clean, and the all inclusive food in all the restaurants were good

We liked the beach. Clean. All-inclusive with limitations. Room service and restaurants. Bars close at 10 pm.

We were very satisfied with the environment, the food, and the service staff! However, I have a suggestion: if you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive option

We chose a five-night all-inclusive stay, but spent three days on tours, leaving at 7 am and not returning until 7 or 8 pm, wasting over $400 USD on food each day, haha

Hasienda Sissal was a restaurant that stood out, the live music on Tue and Thu nights were worth experiencing

They did housekeeping for us upon request each time doing an excellent job. The staff was very good and always wanted to help. The entertainment team was nice though only one game per day on average in the pool

The beach right in front is beautiful, and there are many restaurants that serve delicious food, so I was happy while staying at the hotel

Moon Palace Nizuc was a great stay. The food was outstanding at both the breakfast and dinner buffet. I love the bread and made use of the toaster. There are tons of options for food

The a’la cart restaurants were also very good. We were pleased with the evening entertainment, as well as the sweet Shop. The beds were pretty comfortable, but the pillows not so much unless you like them squishy

I suggest eating dinner at different restaurants especially at Sunrise hotels. What needs attention is the bed , new bed needed asap

It's perfect for kids, with lots of activities. The restaurant is also good, and the hotel staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old, but it's still highly recommended for family trips.

There is no hot tub to be found and there are some difficulties in getting food into the later dinner hours, as most of the restaurants shut down before the town does

What made our stay special were the friendly staff and how hardworking they were! They always had a smile on and were very kind and helpful. Thanks for welcoming us, I recommend staying at this hotel!

Let me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins)

Disadvantages: The food is slow to serve. It is recommended to make reservations in advance. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't have a big impact

Victor at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helped us upgrade the room for free

The ocean view room was absolutely stunning, absolutely gorgeous.

We had an amazing time at the Riu Palace Costa Mujeris. There was lots to do and there was a lot of dining options for us. The all inclusive property was great

Hotel is nice and nice selection of alcohol for all inclusive, much better than expected especially compared to other all inclusives I’ve stayed at

Many of the staff provided inaccurate information on locations on the property, like the spa and certain restaurants. Food was tasty but most of the entrees were lukewarm

The room, pools, and other amenities were great, but the Riu Entertainment team, despite working extensive hours were always outstanding! In particular, Nacho and Alexis were great and we loved AquaFit!

There were far more children than I expected especially babies and toddlers. I think the bed was the worst. There were so many springs in the bed that after 4 days I have the worst backache

Great place to stay, staff was great they where always on there’s toes to serve everyone. Nice in every way. N all the food was good that we got to taste..would definitely go back for a get away

Overall, I was satisfied, but the room service was late and didn't clean up the contents other people ate before, so there were a lots of bugs.

The location and ocean view is excellent. There are 8 restaurants and 24hr room service available with a wide variety of food can provided. The staff are nice and helpful. However, the beach is not that clean

It was first time to enjoy all-inclusive hotels. Ocean view from the room was beautiful and inside was clean and big! Everything inside the refrigerator was complimentary.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful white sand beaches. The food, drinks and snacks are very good. Staff are very attentive and police. Worth !

I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service

There are no disadvantages to this price. There are 8 restaurants, and we ate them one by one. The steak at Tradewind Steakhouse is especially good. Las Tres Cervezas Mexican food, the home-brewed beer tastes special

Our room was always spotless, and we especially want to thank Michael at the Asian restaurant for making my birthday special, and Patricia, the vacation planner, for being so helpful

The service was very poor, both at the reception and from the beach attendants. Waiters only brought drinks if you paid for the sun lounger and tipped them

The hotel offers a good all-inclusive package, but the facilities are a bit dated and regular. The pool is too small for the hotel's capacity

I always used to think cruises are number one but this resort in my opinion was number #1 for 2025.

Good service and nice resort. Will return. My only disappointment was the drinks. Very watered down and weak. We ended up buying our own alcohol for the room so we can make our own. Other than that had a great time

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!! We had a fantastic time; we were 26 strong; ages 16 -73; a family wedding; and we all really enjoyed ourselves!!!!

Just had to deal with the noise. Hotel itself is very clean and the common areas are very well decorated and furnished. I ate in all the alacarte restaurants and would highly reccomened Gaucho and the Japanese

The place was phenomenal and everything included was a plus on not having to worry other than the restaurants offered! Staff was great and very attentive and always willing to help! I would recommend anyone to come here and will be returning for my next vacation!

In addition, there are many aquatic plants in this sea area, which makes it difficult to swim in the sea. Fortunately, there are two hotel swimming pools. Finally, it is recommended to experience the seaside restaurant

I had an amazing stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres in Cancun. The food was delicious, the staff provided excellent service, and the daily activities were fun and well-organized. Everything was very clean and well-maintained

We loved our stay at Secrets, the staff/service was outstanding. Although the majority of the resort gorgeous, it is in need of some upgrading, I understand they will be closing in a week to do that

The hotel is amazing definitely planning an another trip here, Thomas the golf cart driver was excellent and super helpful when we needed to find our way!! If I could give a hundred stars I would

I was a little worried at first after reading some of the previous reviews, but it actually exceeded expectations. Compared with the price/performance ratio, it's good

The food in the restaurant is delicious and the evening program is great.

It is very cost-effective among the all-inclusive hotels in the hotel area, but the rooms may be ordinary because of their age. The supporting facilities such as swimming pool, beach and restaurant are not bad.

The restaurants are too small for the guests so reservations fill up way too quickly. The buffet leaves much to be desired. I'd give the food a 5 out of 10 but the rest if the resort gets a 9 out of 10

The beach area is rather small and cramped during peak hours. In my opinion, the property would do well to improve security and specialty restaurants

It's new, clean, and tidy, with excellent service. The only downside is that the toiletries weren't fully stocked. I was very satisfied with the two separate sinks, and the separate toilet and shower were very convenient

We love this hotel. It’s clean and it offered a variety of restaurants choices from bar to cafe and fine dining. You can see the beautiful view of the ocean right outside of the swimming pool. We recommend this hotel

I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service

The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future

As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options
