The room was clean, and the hot water temperature was good. There were staff on the beach who took drink orders, which made the experience stress-free. However, the humidity in the room was quite high, which caused a musty smell like mold, so it would have been better if there had been a dehumidifier.

Service was exceptional at this property, every employee seemed to go above and beyond. We stayed at the Family Selection and they had so many activities and surprises for our family. Have frequented other all inclusives in the area and this one is at the top of the list for a family vacation spot.

Staff were amazing, upon check in we were given complimentary access to the TRS side. Maria with the concierge helped us as well and was able to book tennis and restaurants, she was very helpful. We will be returning!

The AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

I had done a sequrity deposit 3000 peso upon check in, but i didn't get refund when i was checkout, also they have a racists mind set on restaurant staffs and in lobby also.

Hotel location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and sightseeing activities. Breakfast had a lot of variety. However staff was not friendly and very rude on the last day during checkout. We raised this with the reception staff and they later sent an email to apologize.

While the restaurants and pool areas are maintained, the rooms need a facelift. I came to the palace resorts about 30 years ago and no decor has changed in the rooms. It could use some “polishing”. On the flip side, the price reflected it nicely.

The hotel offers a good all-inclusive package, but the facilities are a bit dated and regular. The pool is too small for the hotel's capacity. The service was very poor, both at the reception and from the beach attendants. Waiters only brought drinks if you paid for the sun lounger and tipped them.

It was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service. Our room was not ready on the check in time, the pillow didn’t smell good, our luggage wasn’t delivered to the lobby even after an hour after checkout etc. I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service.

I was looking for a reasonably priced, newly built, all-inclusive hotel and decided on this one. I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay at the hotel and use its facilities, so even though it wasn't in the main hotel zone, I was okay with it. Everyone was friendly, the food was decent, and I had a great time!

In general, it is good. But there is one weird thing when they promote the preferred club, sometimes 185usd / 135usd / 85 usd / 65usd

The hotel room is quite large and clean, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Tacos is recommended. The only downside is that there is no free water.

Every time I go on a business trip, I stay in a hotel with an OXXO store, a barbecue restaurant, a Japanese food restaurant, and a supermarket nearby.

It's about 7-8 minutes away from the exhibition hall by Uber. It's very convenient. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. There are many places to eat near the hotel, including pizza and Italian food. It's worth recommending.

Highly recommended, a closed holiday home, it’s a bit troublesome to travel but it’s really a one-stop service! You can also eat anything, and there are several specialty restaurants to choose from.

Our stay at the JW Marriott was very nice. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Marianna Pineda, Guest relations manager. We met her at the club lounge and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Marriott is very fortunate to have such a charming, warm, kind and interesting person working for them. She truly made us feel that her home is our home.
