Cancun, Carretera Cancun-Chetumal Km. 340 🧭 Map
There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the room was extremely damp. Compared to other hotels in Cancun, the service and sea view were just average.
The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service Then is focus about member not a simple visitor
The room was nice, the swimming pool was a highlight, but the food was rather bland, the $250 resort credits were very limited in scope and could only be used for spa treatments, and you had to pay taxes and tips yourself.
The hotel is very poor. I booked two rooms, one with a broken phone, one with dirty sheets, and the service was mediocre. It took 40 minutes to get someone to get a toothbrush because the hotel is so big. The staff rarely asked for directions and couldn't ask... Hotel It’s so huge that you have to walk everywhere to get a golf cart. The hotel environment is featureless. The rooms are all the same....
It is the best place for a vacation with family.
I've been a member of the palace resorts, palace premier and palace elite programs for a number of years and overall feel like I've gotten a decent value. I originally booked a room at the Moon Palace Grand and moved the second day to the Nizuc area of the resort due to the beds, view and location of our room at the Grand (They didn't have any King size beds as requested and the double beds were a...

It's a shame that no alcohol is served after 11pm, but we were able to order beer and wine at the bar and drink them in our room.
Great hotel with friendly hotel staff who go above and beyond to accommodate our needs! High recommend staying here.

Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort, Tulum1 / 30
8.9
Tulum, Carretera Cancun Tulum 307 🧭 Map
This is an independent resort, quite a distance from the airport, so it's best to have your own rental car. Dinner requires a reservation, while lunch and breakfast are served buffet style with plenty of options. The sea view rooms offer panoramic ocean views. The waves can be quite strong, so most guests prefer to stay by the swimming pool.
Wonderful place.. top notch service… great food.. amazing hospitality and customer service
Pleasent place to be everything food drinks, rooms
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks. This is the kind of place we could happily return to again and again.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch, but the restaurant's food is quite mediocre and doesn't match the hotel's caliber. The location is inconvenient; you can only rely on local taxis, which are very expensive, and there's no Uber available. I'd recommend staying in Cancun next time you visit Tulum.
A decent all inclusive hotel with very nice service.

Hotel is at good location but rooms are old. We found hair of old guests in the shower. The water they leave is very small. It's very old style hotel. Good for one or two nights surviving in the city. Location is pretty good tho.
Our staying in this hotel was awesome fantastic! Top and outstanding quality. Special thanks to mr Jesus at the Lounge for breakfast. He was son king and helpful. We sincerely recommend this great hotel Camino Real
Nice hotel in a good location in the city of Mexico. Would recommend staying here to be able to relax and visit all main locations
The room was very nice, everything was great, but the price was a bit high. The hotel's location is excellent, and the surrounding area is very safe in Mexico. It's a very good choice for business trips.
Aside from the lack of a kettle, everything else was fine.
The hotel boasts a bold color scheme and excellent service. The bellhops, mostly older staff, are warm and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful, and the area is very safe. A short walk to the right from the hotel leads to the bustling Reform Avenue, lined with stylish restaurants, shops, and trendy, green spaces – a truly beautiful sight.

Beach front resort, isolated from the city. Need uber or taxi to get in and out. Excellent breakfast with ocean view, dinner need to make a reservation then you get full service, considering the volume of guests need to have dinners, don’t expect too much. But overall good experience.
Me and my wife had a great stay in this property and considerably one of the best… if you are looking for a laid back atmosphere away from the party crowd this hotel is for you… food was delicious and actually one of the best we had compare to other resorts here in mexico and would be one of the best highlights of our stay, secondly the staff here are all nice and very hospitable and lastly the property...
the restaurants require reservation and unfortunately it is always fully booked! food quality is not the best
Good hotel for the price, food decent especially the Italian. Shuttle service was too restrictive and taxi service is very very expensive, check in was a bit poor and the gym staff were very rude.
The facilities were new, and the all-inclusive option was convenient as we didn't have to worry about food costs. However, getting around was very difficult because the hotel entrance is 4 kilometers from the main entrance, and Uber is prohibited. The location is a bit far from the main hotel strip, so that's something to be aware of. You can only get a ride via taxis affiliated with the hotel or through...
Staying at this hotel brought mixed impressions. On one hand, the property looks new and visually appealing; on the other, there were several disappointing and controversial moments. The check-in process felt quite strange. My room upgrade request was declined in an inappropriate manner despite my Hilton Honors Gold status. Additionally, no one assisted us in locating our room, and there was no introduction...

Hotel Riu Palace Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive, Cancun1 / 30

Cancun, Blvd. Costa Mujeres 🧭 Map
Hotel is nice and nice selection of alcohol for all inclusive, much better than expected especially compared to other all inclusives I’ve stayed at. There were far more children than I expected especially babies and toddlers. I think the bed was the worst. There were so many springs in the bed that after 4 days I have the worst backache.
Overall 6/10 stay. IMO, the resort needs some updating/sprucing up. The grounds are meticulously maintained, but the rooms is where some of that attention needs to be. Our room had blood on the bathroom wall, half used conditioner and lotion bottles. Water leaked continuously from the shower out onto the main floor. None of the restaurants take reservations. It was chaos. We got to the steakhouse at...
Great place to stay, staff was great they where always on there’s toes to serve everyone. Nice in every way. N all the food was good that we got to taste..would definitely go back for a get away
The room, pools, and other amenities were great, but the Riu Entertainment team, despite working extensive hours were always outstanding! In particular, Nacho and Alexis were great and we loved AquaFit!
The room was clean ,stocked, and the showers were amazing. Loved the beach access. Bed was hard and caused me to wake up painful. Many of the staff provided inaccurate information on locations on the property, like the spa and certain restaurants. Food was tasty but most of the entrees were lukewarm.
The room was great. The hotel was very clean. Staff was very polite. Loved my swim-out suite.

We were very satisfied with the environment, the food, and the service staff! However, I have a suggestion: if you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive option. We chose a five-night all-inclusive stay, but spent three days on tours, leaving at 7 am and not returning until 7 or 8 pm, wasting over $400 USD on food each day, haha. If you pay for your own...
The hotel is awesome. The communications system isn't designed for foreigners; the processes are designed for working with US citizens.
We liked the beach. Clean. All-inclusive with limitations. Room service and restaurants. Bars close at 10 pm.
This resort has met all my expectations and beyond. Room was nice and clean, and the all inclusive food in all the restaurants were good. Hasienda Sissal was a restaurant that stood out, the live music on Tue and Thu nights were worth experiencing. We went sea fishing one day and brought back some fresh fish with us to the hotel and to our surprise the kitchen cooked the fish for us as of the all inclusive...
The staff were all kind and never asked for a tip. Even Japanese people can relax at this hotel. Although it is a windy area, the pool and beach are frequently cleaned and always clean with no trash on the ground.
The room side and cleanness is good. Pool and beach access is super for those love swimming. Food was so so, not various options, however generally ok.

Very good location. Walking distance to main attractions. The bed was very comfortable.
Really good experience for one night if you have enough money. The buvet is the most comfortable I have tried in my life. The bellboy can store our luggage for free (seems that) which also save our time and money for traveling in other cities.
Very dynamic dated hotel in city centre. Great location, it’s one of the pick up points for many day tour. Roomy twin double bed room. Cleanliness was alright, the hotel is a bit old. Overall ok.
clean bed sheet, just a bit old. Breakfast few selections. Overall ok.

It's alright, not bad, but not as good as the online reviews say...
Fantastic service and beautiful rooms.
Great all inclusive hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and there was so much to do during our stay. The room was amazing as well as a good selection of food/restaurants - will definitely come again.
After reading other people's reviews, I finally chose this all-inclusive hotel. The food there was not as good as I expected. It was just average. The daily courses arranged by the hotel were organized by the hotel staff as coaches. There were basically not many people taking the indoor courses or they were directly cancelled. The activities in the outdoor swimming pool were very popular.
Everything was good, but I experienced racial discrimination at a Mexican restaurant, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The service is very good, the hotel is large, the beach is beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and clean. Tipping is free, the food is rich, and dinner needs to be reserved. After checking out at noon, you can stay to eat, drink and play until you go to the airport

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!! We had a fantastic time; we were 26 strong; ages 16 -73; a family wedding; and we all really enjoyed ourselves!!!!
Everything was amazing! Except for our bathroom - it had a smell that would not go away…
Good service and nice resort. Will return. My only disappointment was the drinks. Very watered down and weak. We ended up buying our own alcohol for the room so we can make our own. Other than that had a great time
When I arrived I was checked in by Concierge and upgraded to a balcany room with seaview, I did not anticipate the room to have an adjoining room with gaps around that door as well as gaps around the main door and balcony door. The room was NOT quiet at all, I did raise this with the team but the only solution was to move and after a long flight, unpacking and trying to settle for a holiday I didnt...

Hotel Cristal | Cancun, Mexico If you’re looking for that "1990s Spring Break" nostalgia mixed with a view that looks like a literal postcard, Hotel Cristal is your time machine. It’s not the sleek, ultra-modern glass tower your influencer cousin stays in, but it has a certain retro charm that I actually dug. The Vibe Let’s be real: the decor hasn't changed much since Titanic was in theaters. It’s...
We have been vacationing at this resort for the past 32 years. We have seen the upgrades throughout the years, as well as the consistent views of the most beautiful beach in Cancun. One thing that has remained constant and consistent is the people. They make our stay comfortable and like home. As our life has evolved into snowbird stage, we find ourselves at the Krystal for 10 days at a time for 3...
Fantastic atmosphere and dining, though rooms need a little TLC We had a lovely stay at this resort. Our first impression was very positive, and the reception team made us feel welcome right away. Beautiful location! Right near nightlife/clubs and restaurants which you can easily walk too. All within minutes of the hotel. Rooms are outdated and I booked the club king balcony ocean view suite. Being right in front...
The off-season is truly amazing – fewer people and a great price. The Caribbean really lives up to its reputation. As for restaurants, the buffet is actually the best. Definitely avoid the Japanese restaurant (unless you manage to get a teppanyaki booking), and the Italian one is just okay; the desserts have a strange artificial flavor. But just chilling out is still pretty good.

Second time I go to this hotel. Overall I really like it. Two things that disappointed me this time: 1/ I specifically asked for a one big bed room and they said it was available, then they gave me a different room and 2/ they didn’t fill the body soap when it was almost over, we had to use the hand one to shower.
Good hotel with great services! 1. You can reserve a shuttle from here to Airport(MEX) 2. Give a try for the restaurant Daikoku at Floor B1

This resort was everything we hoped it would. A perfect balance of tropical but not jungle like, modern but not over the top where you don't feel like you're in Mexico. My boyfriend and I just returned from Secrets Playa Mujeres and we have nothing bad to say about this place. It is beautiful with staff that is friendly and welcoming. Excellent service, very friendly staff, and the food was superb. The room was very basic but clean, and the hotel, while small, was very practical. Overall, it's pretty decent. This was the second hotel we've stayed at in Cancun, and while the first one was pricier, leading to a slight downgrade, it doesn't overshadow this hotel's strengths.
