This property is beautiful and clean. Staff is welcoming, attentive and pleasant. The beach is stunning and the vibe is calm and zen
In my opinion those should be included especially for the price of the room. The food was good however like everywhere in Tulum, extremely expensive, example you will pay around 30$CAN for a Margarita
The room does not have a mini fridge which was very surprising to learn upon arrival to our room considering we are in a hot climate. The room also does not have a hair dryer or a coffee maker
All rooms are just a few meters from the beach and very centrally located in the middle of the promenade. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. One small drawback: Beach service doesn't start until 10:00
Sergio was amazing, our room cleaners kept it immaculate. Will definitely be returning, such a perfect spot for a honeymoon or girls trip.
The ocean was full of sea **** but the hotel was so good at cleaning it up from the beach. It takes them hours to clean the sea ****. The concierge was absolutely perfect. They were always in touch with us
Staff very friendly. Resort is older but very nice grounds. Our room was renovated...very nice Beach.
While the property is old and a tad dated, it was clean and well maintained. The beach is fantastic with lots of loungers and nice sand
The staff was the highlight of the experience, everyone from roomkeepers, bartenders and even the security guards were friendly and very patient even with my very limited Spanish (most of the staff spoke better english than I do spanish) Guadalupe in particular made our time at the buffet so good
Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and though we were too early for check in they got one of our rooms ready for us immediately and gave us our wrist bands to enjoy the bar while we waited for the other
The hotel left a wonderful impression! Cozy rooms, cleanliness, and a convenient location—everything was top-notch. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home
The food was great! Each day breakfast, lunch and dinner had different options and there was always something one of the pickier eaters in our group found they really liked
A nice hotel with a good breakfast. Parking is limited, but there's a clean beach in front. A restaurant next door offers drinks on the beach. The rooms are very clean, and the prices are reasonable.
Unfortunately, the beach and water was covered in seaweed, so we did not get in the water (although some people did) but I laid in the sun on the beach and our patio. Staff was attentive and helpful
Nora and Jesus were wonderful. The area beautiful. Thank you
We went in the off season, so the beach had a lot of seaweed, but we had done our research so we expected this and we still enjoyed the beach area, the deck and beach chairs
The room was right on the beach with our own patio at the door with an outdoor lounging BED! I stayed in the coral room and would definitely stay there again
Staff was really nice, good location in front the beach.
Just a lack of privacy with the bathroom / toilets (no wall ahaha).
Plus the breakfast in included :)
It’s farther from the main Tulum Beach restaurant area, so you’re either looking at a 25-minute walk or renting a bike or scooter to get around
The property is beautiful and the beach gorgeous. We did not stay in the hotel, but went to the beach club. We loved there was no day booking fee, but planned to have our meals there and make use of the bar for beverages
I received my QR code and also was able to parc my car here. They have no minimum spend , great aspect comparing to other beach clubs in Tulum. The small walk to the beach is amazing, really nice place
The prices for food and drink were very expensive so all in, it would be the same as other beach clubs where the entrance fee goes towards food and beverage. It was the lack of service that was very disappointing
They offer towels, restrooms we’re clean. They offer also towels for the beach , it will cost extra but the price was really ok
It was not busy when we arrived and it still took almost an hour to get a drink. When no server approached us despite us waiting patiently, we went to the bar to try to place an order
We had a room on the second floor overlooking to ocean and it was absolutely perfect. The bedding, the shower pressure and warmth - perfect. The constant breeze and the sound of the ocean all night were just magical
When you want to go out and connect with Tulum you can do so any time, but when inside Libelula you are in a cocoon of total relaxation. We lay on the comfortable beds and enjoyed the ocean
George who runs the day to day operations was fantastic as well and created a welcoming and lovely experience right from the beginning. The dinners and breakfasts we had were excellent
The staff weren’t just great, they were cool people that you will miss when you leave. The cocktails Armando made were hands down the best in Tulum - he is an artisinal mixologist
But the best part about this place is the food !!! It’s so much more enjoyable than the restaurants in town , and cheaper. You will not be disappointed in this hotel
Incredible, world-class service, excellent food and overall high vibes makes Libelula one of my personal favorite destinations in Tulum in my 10+ years of visiting.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sueños Tulum this past February, it truly felt like a healing escape. The property is beautiful, clean, and incredibly calming, with a beach so soft it feels like cotton
We’ve stayed in many five star resorts and hotels around the world, and this is our new favorite experience. The attention to detail and the calming relaxing environment was second to none
Staff was exceptionally attentive, and also let us be at the right pace… icing on top of the cake was the sand raked pathways felt like we were always walking on sand that had never been touched, truly except exceptional experience
The hotel arranged amazing massages and made everything effortless, from reservations to transportation. Morning yoga was a true highlight. Sueños Tulum is a place to reset and reconnect
The included breakfast was truly wonderful with daily fresh fruit, yogurt/granola, amazing coffee with steamed milk, fresh juices made daily, and your choice of egg dishes to order
The rooms were immaculate and very unique, with different themes and decor. Bedding was truly comfortable and top-notch. The service was very personalized and attentive
The room and bathroom give a very good impression of cleanliness upon arrival. The floor in the room looks clean, the towels are white, and overall it looks good.
In the center of old Queretaro it was convenient and walkable. The property has maintained its old world charm. Very clean, staff are friendly and ready to meet all your needs!
Good stay
We were very comfortable at the hotel. It's not luxurious, but it has everything you need for a good stay.
Excellent location , big parking, restaurant with Mexican food, the personal at the hotel very nice, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is great ?? like it
Wonder staff and perfect location with private and secure parking.
I left our window open for some ventilation, but the noise from the courtyard kept waking me up. Got several mosquito bites to show for it

Nice hotel in Tulum
Nice hotel with free parking and free beach club access to their sister hotel. Pool could be cleaner. Breakfast nice but limited choice.
The location is perfect between the tulum downtown and the beach, parking and great restaurants walking distance. Overall good experience, comfortable bed and room, the shared pool was great after a day exploring
Quaint and charming property. Walking and biking distance to shops and restaurants and beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable and balcony was a great way to relax.
I absolutely loved staying here. I am already planning when I’ll come back and I think I will make this
00 didn't happen but much later. Beach club offer is not really free, and needs a self paid taxi service. I ended up going to the beach on own regards
Don't listen to the review's that are bad as they are just complainers and probably complain everywhere they stay. All the staff are trying there very best to make your stay as great as possible
It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL there!! The staff very welcoming and friendly! The room was more than what expected, clean, quiet, and private! The beach was steps away and the weather was perfect! If there's anything, i advise to make transportation to and from airport ahead of time and inquire about the seaweed(?) on the beach
The complimentary breakfast on the beach was amazing every day. The rooms were super clean, and the staff was amazing… especially Arnold and Ms
so please dont leave dark makeup marks on towels or loose your beach towels. There is alot of action close to the hotel and easy to work round for food or to party. 100% recommended and we will visit again
Betty! They went over and beyond to make sure me and my wife had an amazing extended honeymoon in Tulum, and even upgraded our room at the same rate
It was so good that I had to stay longer extended my stay !! Me and my girlfriend are still here it’s very friendly staff and beautiful people partying clubs are expensive but if you have a rental always can go to downtown area best restaurants all over downtown affordable prices cocounlimited is a very good resort to stay at ………
Location is fantastic and rooms are nice. We loved daily breakfast on the beach and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They want you to take care of your towels

They also had live music at some point. There was a little inlet where there was no seaweed which was nice. For inly 300 pesos you get access to the beach (with day beds) and the cenotes, great value
Fantastic place to spend a day at beach and a cenote. Subtle music, great food and drink served by the friendliest waiter Arnold! Definitely would do it again.
It’s on the beach with a beach club away from the lodging. It’s quiet, the staff is friendly, and…it’s right on the beach. It’s also next to the protected beach of the Tulum ruins. Walk pretty much all day if you want
I had an amazing day on this great beach in Tulum. The beach was beautiful with a little cenote type of are by the beach was so beautiful to swim. The music , the food and the service was fantastic
He is super friendly, attentive! Will definitely come back here again in the future!
I’m just so happy that I encountered him. He was very patientand he kept coming back to make sure that we were OK. I would highly recommend coming to this beach club
I had the most relaxing stay at IKAL. i booked a trip to celebrate my birthday month. The hotel concierge was super helpful in booking my private airport pick up and drop off. I booked the maya plunge and it was stunning
Amazing stay for nature lovers! It’s absolutley beautiful here the staff and very kind and helpful! They have so many unique private accommodations that all have their own charm! They have a variety of activities for their guest such as yoga, healing ceremonies, sound bath ect… The hotel is family friendly as well
Tulum is very expensive, so be prepared to pay more for everything in général in comparaison to other places Mexico but Ikal still deserves 5 stars because the higher cost applies to all of Tulum
I booked a private tour to visit the ruins, cenote and ven a la luz. The hotel arranged a private tour guide Nelson who was amazing. Words can't describe how beautiful this sanctuary is
The room and property were well kept. The food was delicious and staff super friendly. The wellness programs were included with my stay and were super therepeutic
Enjoyed my stay at Ikal! The area is very private and clean. Great place to stay if you’re wanting to relax and enjoy nature.
We had a great kite Lesson and now I M still excited! happy to have chosen Marco and his team to follow me and my family discovering this awesome sport.. Great service with the radio too!!
I had some of the most wonderful moments of my life at this eccentric hotel.I am deeply sad it had closed. The site looks like a tsunami hit it.RIP Hotel Zulum and thank you Esteban.
Perfect kite surf school! Instructors are nice, friendly, we had a great time!
Thank you Marco! That was pretty good time in Tulum, learning kite surfing!
Is a great place, very rustic, try not to bring valuables, the safety cages seams like not to safety, but we had valuables at the room and all was there, we didn’t have any problem with lost items, the room are amazing, so rustic, nothing fancy; but the beach is so great
Next to Calaluna is a nude beach in case that bothers you, not every one is nude but just letting you know. We had a bless a great price and the best room with view at the sea ❤️ I’ll return here for sure
The hotel is right on the beach. You can rent bikes from near and go to Gran Cenote and Mayan Ruins. There isnt much people so its peaceful. But it lacks proper cooling system in rooms. Just a fan which is not enough
The private beach access with the world's second largest reef within swimming distance is not to be missed. The same could be said for the fresh breakfast each morning
Beach was nice but it seems like there is a public access to the same beach right next door. It's in between the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant next door was delicious. The bed was extremely uncomfortable
My room was a garden view but it's super loud all night because of the street traffic. Maybe the beach view rooms are quieter. Thank goodness it wasn't too hot. My room had no hot water the second day

Additionally, the entrance was on stairs, and no staff offered to help with luggage
The lobby was decorated with a very creative Christmas tree which added to the Holiday cheer. Our suite was clean and spacious with enough room for 2 people. We had a nice view of the pool down
The bathroom was clean and all the facilities mentioned in the booking were provided. The pool area was well equipped with pool chairs and cabanas and was open for seating. Very nice place to relax during day and night
Jackpot case! They said it was being remodeled and they moved it to a nice place in the hotel zone! I ate well and gained a lot of weight thanks to the all-inclusive plan.
Great location in Cancun,AMAZING POOL,delicious breakfast, comfty and cozy room, good wi-fi,its paradise shaped as a hotel!
It was a good experience and services provided by hotel.
Only think is location is little out side over all good.
Julio was a stand out member of the Roc Lux Hotel, he has connections with all the major restaurants. With great industry knowledge on which restaurant is best on certain nights. Making us reservations without any issues
This was such a laid back and relaxing resort. We had a great time, not a lot of people, and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
The day beds were free & easy to come & came with food & drink service! We spend both days just lounging on a day bed, enjoying the beach, the chill music, the food, the drinks, and the pull
We had an amazing time!! The hotel from the personal, decoration, location, and ambiance was excellent! Julio Avila from the Concierge team was about and beyond to made a memorable stay, he helped is with reservation to the beach clubs, restaurants and was always attentive to any request or questions we had, he was extremely professional and helpful
They let us keep our luggage at the front after check out to enjoy the beach front! Julio was the best & most attentive host. You can just text the WhatsApp group for anything you needed
We had a perfect stay at Roc Tulum. Even before our trip, they started a WhatsApp group to help us plan our stay. We’re planners ourselves, so we only requested help with the shuttle from the airport
Good water pressure and hot water. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and staff was kind. We felt safe due to it being sort of hidden and there were typically military/guards watching the beach outside
Amazing Location, right next to the beach. convenience store across the street., the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend!
We were able to walk to mostly everything & the ferry pier was right outside. Easy access to one of the best beaches. Our room was clean and AC worked very well. The shower drained slow but that was our only issue
The location of the property is damn good just across the playa caracol beach and isla mujeros ferry point
Great overnight stay after a week in Isla Mujeres. Ferry stops right out front.

Its a hotel boutique, not a hostel not a big chain hotel. So its a small but perfect hotel if you dont need big amenities. I needed a room to sleep well and be close to everything i needed and this hotel was perfect
Staff was extremely helpful and i think under new management so they will take care of you. They speak Spanish and English so for me it wasn't an issue. The two rooms that i stayed were working and were fine
I got there late but i called them before and i had no issues to do the check in, hotel has probably 10 or less rooms so its pretty small but thats why it's a boutique hotel
I totally recommend this place!!
Excellent location… I stayed in the Van Gogh’s room, so comfortable and the staff was very helpful, friendly and warm
It's a small hotel with all the essentials for a good night stay--it was clean, the staff members were sweet and helpful, they have security or someone at the front desk all the times and a nice deck on the top floor! Highly recommend this hotel!
Safe area, i got to the hotel at midnight or very late every night and i didnt have any safety issues and there was always a security inside making sure we were safe
The service was so so nice and friendly, the lady at the reception was the sweetest person and just felt like home. The room was perfect - big, clean and with a nice decor
The taxi is like to rip people off. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was very clean and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that they had a physical key. I don't like keys in case I lose them
Spacious second floor new construction. Great location to start for exploring cenotes and ruins.
The hotel was very cute and in a great location - close to the main street but far enough to avoid the crowds and the noise
Also we didn't need cleaning every day and even put the "do not disturb" out, while we were out, but still they were in our room. Despite this, we only got new towels maybe once or twice, when we asked for them
Generally would recommend this place, just don't plan on the breakfast and go to the beach instead for swimming and sunbathing
We were not staying in the hotel and just used the beach club. Staff were super friendly and helpful (much more so than many of the other hotels along the hotel zone), great drinks, great beach and great food
Great service & food! I’ve been to several beach clubs in Tulum and in a lot of them, because I don’t look foreigner and because I don’t pay or tip in dollars but pesos, i’ve been discriminated, however, Rosa del Viento welcomes everyone and treats everyone the same
the beach absolutely beautiful and you can relax an order from your chair. Many activities to do, the night life is awesome. I like that the hotel is at the end of the strip so no traffic
There are some toys available to use on beach, but not much more in terms of kids friendliness. Free breakfast includes some local fruits, yogurt, granola, some bread and jam and coffee
Their beach is clean, beautiful and private. Their cuisine is excellent and different. Great for families, couples or anyone looking for a calm, quiet resort or just a day at the beach
Great place, exceptional view, right in the beach. One of few places around allowing children, they were very nice to provide a crib

After a long, hot ride from Tulum airport, we were greeted on arrival with fresh towels and chilled water. Other thoughtful touches included coffee in the room and towels, sunscreen and bug repellent at the pools
This place is equal parts relaxing and adventure. The grounds are just breath taking and every detail is thought out. David's tours in particular made the trip unforgettable.
Very special place, which feels unique. Enough cenotes and pools that it's very easy to feel like they're for your own private use, a little family of pigs that caused great delight for our 3 year old, and great food too
I wanted to relax and get lost in nature. This place did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very relaxed and feels like you are immersed in nature. Highly highly recommend doing a tour with David
We enjoyed our tours with David, who is knowledgeable and an interesting conversationalist. We never left the grounds during our stay and so did not need a car
Activities on site- use of kayaks, SUPs and bikes mean you can make it as active or relaxing a stay as you want
