The room was nice, the swimming pool was a highlight, but the food was rather bland, the $250 resort credits were very limited in scope and could only be used for spa treatments, and you had to pay taxes and tips yourself

If your looking for a bigger and better gym go to the Grand nearby. The pool is gigantic and the beach is beautiful. The service is first class and everyone is very nice

There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the room was extremely damp. Compared to other hotels in Cancun, the service and sea view were just average.

The hotel is good but the beach is dirty and the staff is no so kindly , I thing then have to improve the service Then is focus about member not a simple visitor

The organization of the paid activities leave much to be desired: after paying over $600 for the dolphin swimming adventure, we were made to wait 30 minutes on the stairs of the expo center like some bums to be picked up

The hotel environment is great, the pool beach is beautiful;the food is diverse and tastes good;the staff service attitude is also very good;the hotel's activities, adults and children are taken care of, all-inclusive is really convenient

Booked ocean front on Ctrip The feeling when entering the room was really great☺️ 🥶It was cloudy and cold when we arrived. The wind was strong and the water was cold. The swimming pool was impossible to enter

Mo’s fries are very delicious😋 The burger is not juicy. The pizza shop is a bit salty. If you like the fruit inside, you can take it anytime. 🍸Room serice at night asked for more glasses of wine

Since my boyfriend is a big eater, We made reservations for hana and casa madre. Casa madre Mexican food is a bit salty. The breakfast feels similar to the above two

Instead, a bottle of red wine was sent. Amigo is really friendly [laughing and crying R] There is no wine list. All the wines are small sweet wines

The room was clean, and the hot water temperature was good. There were staff on the beach who took drink orders, which made the experience stress-free

However, the humidity in the room was quite high, which caused a musty smell like mold, so it would have been better if there had been a dehumidifier

The room was fantastic. The staff was awesome. The bartenders at the pool were phenomenal. The resort is beautiful!

Although resolved, it was their error and we expected a better apology. Despite having premium drinks included, these were unavailable in the sports bar and pool bar, with no clear explanation

Staff were amazing, upon check in we were given complimentary access to the TRS side. Maria with the concierge helped us as well and was able to book tennis and restaurants, she was very helpful. We will be returning!

We experienced a warm welcome and continued attention to all our needs during our stay at the Grand Palladium. Such a beautiful and very well cared for setting with attention to even the small details

Ok - 5 days later: this place is still excellent! Sure you can zoom in on the paint in the bathroom corner not being perfect - but why are you in the (perfectly fine, clean, well maintained) room?? Sure, it's a popular resort and you might have to wait five minutes for a drink

The ocean view is amazing with beds and shades to enjoy the live concerts and beautiful view of the beach

Spectacular! Third time to the TRS and it never disappoints. The rooms are amazing and clean. The beach is well taken care of and the food is SIX stars!!

This year we tried a loft room vs a swimup we usually use. We were a little disappointed in the loft as it was too much room for us. It was nice but we missed the swimup. Next year we will go back to the swimup.

My wife and I stayed at TRS Coral Hotel for our 13-year anniversary, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued

The butler service and attention to detail truly made this trip special for us. We felt safe, well taken care of, and able to fully relax and celebrate our anniversary

For the people above, and for many more incredibly hard working staff around the pool and beach - they are working at 5 star standard all day long

It can all lead to the need to say no thank you 10 times a day and walk around not making eye contact to avoid sales approaches. The big problem with our stay was the room we were allocated on the first night

Management need to look to themselves for areas that are making global review scores lower - and take the pressure off their employees. The issue here at management level is greed

Some staff are clearly under pressure to sell upgrades for wine or 'chefs specials' and the daily rounds from the Spa and watersports excursions team

Simple requests like a room on a higher floor or in a quieter area were squarely ignored once it was clear that no further cash could be extracted

On the run up to the stay there was frequent contact from concierge services but only with a view to selling room upgrades or experience packages

The sea view rooms offer panoramic ocean views. The waves can be quite strong, so most guests prefer to stay by the swimming pool

This is an independent resort, quite a distance from the airport, so it's best to have your own rental car. Dinner requires a reservation, while lunch and breakfast are served buffet style with plenty of options

We had a great time! Plenty of activities to do in plenty of things to see oh just a wonderful location. My only complaint is I was in Kassav four and the ice machine was never repaired the week I was there

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks

The location is inconvenient; you can only rely on local taxis, which are very expensive, and there's no Uber available. I'd recommend staying in Cancun next time you visit Tulum

Good hotel for the price, food decent especially the Italian. Shuttle service was too restrictive and taxi service is very very expensive, check in was a bit poor and the gym staff were very rude.

You can only get a ride via taxis affiliated with the hotel or through the DiDi app, but DiDi never showed up even after waiting 30 minutes. Hotel taxis are also 2-3 times more expensive than Uber

However, getting around was very difficult because the hotel entrance is 4 kilometers from the main entrance, and Uber is prohibited

The facilities were new, and the all-inclusive option was convenient as we didn't have to worry about food costs

great staff-provide great customer service from bartender to housekeeper. Nice beach front location though buffet food and restaurants are mediocre.

The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. That was my favorite part was how nice the staff was. Everyone at the bar was super nice. Every time I stepped out housekeeping always kept my room clean

The food is probably the only thing I would give a C- the food wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t all that good…. but that did not take away from the fact that my overall experience was super amazing

Everything about that place was amazing and I also think it pretty affordable if you wanna do a quick weekend get away as a solo travelers. Super safe, but still be self-aware

Rooms i would say a 3 but the location ( close to where i needed to be) and staff were outstanding . I will go back.

The main challenge our room had was the key card was not working the till the 2nd day mid day , and always required spending (wasting) 30 mins for security/hotel staff to get the door opened

The beach is really nice and spacious, you can always find a good spot. There are waves as soon as you come into the water, but you can swim once you get a bit further from the shore. Towel service is open till 10pm(!)

We were very satisfied with the environment, the food, and the service staff! However, I have a suggestion: if you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive option

The hotel is awesome. The communications system isn't designed for foreigners; the processes are designed for working with US citizens.

The staff were all kind and never asked for a tip. Even Japanese people can relax at this hotel. Although it is a windy area, the pool and beach are frequently cleaned and always clean with no trash on the ground.

The room side and cleanness is good. Pool and beach access is super for those love swimming. Food was so so, not various options, however generally ok.

The hotel room was humid and the service provided by staff at various facilities including the beach bar and upon check-in, especially the staff at the beach bar had annoyed faces. I will never go to this hotel again

Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line. In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach

There is child care, and there are child care next to several restaurants where you eat, full marks! The sea view is super beautiful, the sea water is very clear, and the beach is white. The sanitation is also very clean

Let me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins)

They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all

Rooms were cleaned daily, frig restocked and clean towels provided. Staff were fantastic and the beach was outstanding.

Hotel is nice and nice selection of alcohol for all inclusive, much better than expected especially compared to other all inclusives I’ve stayed at

The room, pools, and other amenities were great, but the Riu Entertainment team, despite working extensive hours were always outstanding! In particular, Nacho and Alexis were great and we loved AquaFit!

The food, all over the resort, overall 7/10. Beach is beautiful! Walked down the beach and while other resorts had piles of sargassum, there was none insight at Riu

Many of the staff provided inaccurate information on locations on the property, like the spa and certain restaurants. Food was tasty but most of the entrees were lukewarm

My overall experience was good until I had a negative experience at one of the pool side bars. The bartender stated I could only have Modello draft beer

There are many swimming pools in front and behind, which are heated at a constant temperature and comfortable to swim. The beach sand is as fine as flour. We played beach volleyball, which was fun

Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun *****, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers

The main thing for me was the ammount of sunbeds reserved for "privilage members" was almost double the amount than for regualar guests, also the accesible part of the beach was full cover with shades so the only area you could really sunbathe was around the pool and if you didnt have a towel on it by 7,30am good luck

The beach is fantastic, 25 meters wide and not too deep, so even children can have fun! There are only three or five restaurants, but the all-inclusive package is more than enough

In addition, there are many aquatic plants in this sea area, which makes it difficult to swim in the sea. Fortunately, there are two hotel swimming pools. Finally, it is recommended to experience the seaside restaurant

I had an amazing stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres in Cancun. The food was delicious, the staff provided excellent service, and the daily activities were fun and well-organized. Everything was very clean and well-maintained

We loved our stay at Secrets, the staff/service was outstanding. Although the majority of the resort gorgeous, it is in need of some upgrading, I understand they will be closing in a week to do that

We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea

The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future

This was truly the best value for money trip! The $1 bus tour was fun, and the small Mayan museum, snorkeling, and golf cart tour nearby were short but pretty good too
